Sam Pryor: I have a 18 year old TT which I love and can't seem to part with. I called The Garage Sheffield and took my car as no other garage could get the parts needed. The lads were fantastically knowledgeable and did what other garages couldn't and fixed my beloved car having parts refurbished and spending time to source others. The price was fair and to be honest I thought that it would have cost more. The receptionist is lovely and friendly so I had an all round good experience using The Garage Sheffield and will definitely return. Chris Hastings: I cannot comment on the quality of work I'm sure its fine but I made the determination to not pursue a full repair as it was costing and taking too much time. I felt the comunication from the mechanics were vague at best. I take umbridge at the cost of parts which were twice the cost what I could find and was quoted elsewhere, but I understand garages tend to work with one supplier so this may be the real cost to them. In total I am left feeling I have over paid for an incomplete repair that took too long that wont have warranty. I cannot recomend this garage to anyone.Service:Steering suspension repair

Liam O'Donoghue: Melissa and Craig were a blessing, "The Garage" - more like "The God Send". After calling/visiting 5 garages, a long chain of referrals lead me to The Garage. I had been told by the previous garages they either didn't have time, or didn't have the tools. 5 minutes into the conversation with Melissa and a smile had been restored to my somewhat frustrated face, the car was booked in for the following week, job completed and car returned within 48hrs.The price was very reasonable and the service offered, excellent! Andy Coates: Took our Polo here for a full service and brakes replaced. Were very helpful when my wife dropped the car off and when she rang up about it. I went down to pick it up and felt these guys were very friendly and happy to spend a few minutes to discuss things they noticed about the car (exhaust blowing and rear tyres low on tread). When we called up the staff immediately advised us on what we could do in the short term as well as doing their best to point us in the direction of getting a quick replacement, including checking in with their own supplier. Upon visiting them at their location the service was quick and advice clear, which is helpful for someone as clueless about cars as I am... as a result we got home without a problem. All in all, friendly helpful staff that had is sorted out within a pretty short time frame considering the rather unusual nature of our problem. Service: Oil change

He rang me 3 times during the day to keep me updated. I think it’s important for the technician to feed back about the work that is needed rather than a receptionist. This is what I got with Nick. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. A huge saving compared to main dealer. Brilliant service. Car was washed. Have full confidence in the service I received. matthew snell: Booked My Audi Rs6 in for a change of new matrix light unit, the guys booked me in for a 2hr time slot everything ran on time front bumper was taken of with care and new light unit fitted that I had supplied for them, bumper back on and light recalibrated with no issues, One of the flimsy audi push fit clips for the front guard broke when removed, I was informed about this and they told me they would order me a new one and send out in post. Expected this to take a week or so with it only being a plastic clip nothing major, returned home from work today 24hrs later to X2 clips in the post. Top service nothing was to much trouble, all the team really friendly, will definitely return in the future, Top service Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Robert Sheehan: After having an Adblue fault on my Audi and phoning so called Audi specialists in my area with them all brushing me off telling me I need to go to Audi I came across this garage! What a life saver! From the first email I sent Nick was straight in touch on the phone explaining what the fault more than likely is and what options I had. He got me in within a couple of days and repaired the fault and even did a remap on my car! Garage is in a great location right next to Meadowhall. Dan Church: Discovered a coolant leak on my Audi. After taking it to one garage who said they couldn't fix it due to the proximity of electrics, the problem quickly diagnosed as a water pump leak. The facility is staffed by ex German-marque technicians who know their cars. The facility is clean, tidy, and modern, and for people waiting, provides tea/coffee in a customer waiting room with sofa, TV/Netflix/YouTube access. This place is well worth considering if you're presented with a mainstream dealer quote for a pricey repair. Certainly use them again for repairs and servicing. Nice place.

Kevin sheffield: Had my car in today for a full service & mot, I was surprised last week to phone my usual garage to find the owner had retired and the business had been taken over by Tec-Nick, I needn't have worried because I've had exactly the same great service at the same reasonable rates. I found the service that I received today to be excellent and I've changed Dave's number in my phone and will be back to see these guys when I next need their assistance.Update 13/10/2021Had my third visit for another full service & mot today and was shocked at how much it cost this time. Since 1st full service in 2019 I was shocked to see all the parts had increased in price by between 90 to 100% but the real shocker is how much I was charged for a set of 3 spark plugs.....£48 + vat = £57.60!!!!!!I checked the price at a local motor factors and I could purchase a set for £8.95 + vat or if I wanted Bosch they would be £10.40 + vat = £12.50If i was to pop to Halfords I could buy them at £5 each including vat so it is easy to see why I feel that I have been ripped off!!I called back 1st thing this morning but Nick wasn't in one of his guys tried to tell me he was looking at the invoice and they'd been charged £36 + vat I said, and still believe, he was looking at an invoice for another vehicle because the plugs for my car are not that expensive. If they have paid that, then I would counter that they need to do more work in sourcing parts for customers as it looks like their supplier is caning them for being lazy and not checking they're getting competitive prices.I feel okay about leaving this review because everything I have said is honest and genuine and I told Nick's employee to his face that I feel ripped off and that I'll be voting with my feet and they won't be seeing me next year!!!

Brian Lowe: Well my insurance company suggested this branch, told me my car would be picked up from home a hire car also dropped off, when I contacted them nothing like that, the woman said no you will have to bring the car and take it home then wait for a repair date then bring it back for repair at that point you could have a hire car. I rang my insurance and cancelled the repair at jct600. I decided to go to virtu vw Mansfield who were a lot more helpful I fact I week after the accident the car is in being repaired.

Ell Sed: After purchasing a used car last year from JCT600 I was offered their own gold warranty that I was told covered a vast aray of things on my car so I purchased it costing £650 anyway recently I had an issue with the vehicle, so I rang to speak to the service team was told it was £79 for them to take a look at my car just to diagnose the fault! I was never told about any £79 diagnostic fee! , anyhow I tried to book it in, all my details where left, yet had zero contact from them since! So I fixed the problem myself it was a stone trapped in the exhaust heat shield I'm glad I didn't spend £79 for that, but my start stop is still not working but as I say no effort has been made to get back to me on this, come on JCT600 please do the honourable thing and help your customers out who have paid honest money for your warranty, just shady!

Few weeks later had another issue which was again sorted.Initially I’ve got to say that I was disappointed with JCT as I didn’t really feel valued as a customer from purchase to picking it up, then when I emailed about the error message my emails were ignored by the person I’d been dealing with.It wasn’t until Ryan and Sam Samara intervened where everything got sorted. My opinion went from ‘will never go back’ to actually, great after care service so I would now be happy to go back for another purchase. I liked there straight forward, jargon and policy free talk! I was able to wait while my car was being repaired and had use of their great on-site facilities. A great little office space with access to free wifi, the ability to plug in a laptop and offers of tea and coffee. The quality of work was great and as you'd expect from VW/JCT600, I wouldn't have any hesitation in taking my car there in future.

Bill O'Sullivan: I've taken my Subaru Forester to Subaru Services for the last 7 years. First 2 years with Europa, Sheffield. Martin is a top bloke amd great Mechanic. My car is running like it's just come out of the showroom, better than ever. Europa provided a good service but very expensive and in my opinion, not as good as Martin.
