Neil did a great job of the installation. He was punctual, respectful of our property and worked really hard. Alistair came back to make a quick adjustment to the shelf inside the unit, but again, communication was great and it was sorted very quickly. Mario Castellino: We contacted Freebird to help design and install Alcove cabinets and floating shelves based on a vision we've had for a couple of years. Starting with a blank wall, Alastair provided different options for us to choose and although we used a different company to build the chimney breast, the process was made so much easier due to the detailed design provided by Freebird. We had to wait a little while for our installation for various reasons, but were really happy with the final outcome. The colour and finish was just what we imagined and the lighting with hidden cables look fantastic providing a great effect and really modern and neat overall. Even when requesting small adjustments, Alastair was happy to revisit and ensure all the furniture was just as expected and the room was back as it was and hoovered. He was courteous, professional with great attention to detail and he ensured every query was answered. A really great company to work with and highly recommended.
