Florence Rai: It’s my first time experience with Thai massage and I must say that it was best decision that I ever made for my body. I didn’t realise that how my muscles were tight all over my body. I felt tight muscles knots and pain to areas that I never ever expected. I did 1 hour massage session and I thought that it was too long however, even 1 hour session felt short for me. The whole experience was pleasant, relaxing and few pressure point here and there, however, my body needed that massage to relieve me from my stress from day to day lifestyle. The prices are reasonable too. I look forward for my next session.

The masseuses are attentive and skilled. I’m in love with the heated beds too.Note that they work in big rooms where there are 2-4 beds, separated by thick curtains. Not a problem for me, but some clients think that if they nobody sees them, nobody hears them — no talking please!Also, mind there are like 15 stairs, leading to the place, so not accessible for disabled.To suggest an improvement in the toilet: it would’ve been nice to wash my hands with warm water (not ice cold), plus have something to dry my hands with.

Judyta Wieczorek: Today was my first appointment with Kasia and surely not the last! I've had something called a deep Oscillation, which was quite helpful with my pain.I can easily say, you'll find an exceptional full professionalism and very warm welcome in THERAPY ROOM.I've had a long lasting injury, which doesn't let me cope with work/home etc. I didn't receive any help from NHS.. very sad, just the stronger and stronger painkillers... and a place on the waiting list for physio(but doesn't look like I'm going to get one, for about more than another 3 months🤔😅).Anyway I've received more answers and help on only one appointment, than for nearly 4 months from the NHS.Thank you Kasia and see you on my next appointment Xxx
Hannah's Adventures in Nature: I live in Southampton and was staying at Kenwood Hall & Spa - originally I was planning on booking in with the Hotel but they were fully booked which made me look into local options and in doing so I got pointed to Therapy Room Sheffiled (less than a 10min walk from the Hotel). I was not disappointed. In fact, I'd actually go so far in saying they exceeded my expectations, have a lovely premises, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable (both in person and via email). You walk in and it smells divine, there were some beautiful flowers in the hallway, and the massage rooms are spacious and welcoming.I had a much needed deep tissue massage by Caroline - who is a very lovely lady and listened to where I was having issues (lower back, neck and shoulders) and talked me through some stretches I could do to help and then got stuck in with the massage. I knew I needed a massage, but I don't think I quite realised *how* badly I needed one - an hour session just didn't feel like enough! I wish I lived locally because I would 100% become a regular here if I did. If I ever come to visit Sheffield again, I will definitely be booking in here again for another session.Also: a handy tip - if you book online and pay online, it gives you the option to add a tip. I didn't do this as I had never used them before but I wish I had because on the day I asked if I could leave a tip by card (I don't tend to carry cash on me these days) and I wasn't able to.

Up on the balcony you enter the Wellness Centre, where there are talking therapies and massage available. Rheanna Griffin: Absolutely incredible massage from Fi today. After having a really difficult week Fi was able to literally reset my nervous system, I left feeling 100x better than when I arrived. Fi has such an intuitive style, I felt like she read what I needed from my body perfectly. At 37 weeks pregnant I didn’t know how massage would feel on my aching limbs and pelvic girdle pain but it was absolutely magic, I feel so incredibly relaxed and the pelvic pain has even improved slightly. Fi also gave me some helpful advice with some things I’ve been struggling with through my pregnancy. Highly recommend this wonderful woman.

Bemorenannyogg: Had a wonderful massage with Lucy. She was warm and professional, and spent time beforehand checking what I was looking for, any areas of tension etc. I felt really comfortable, the room was soothing, the pressure was just right (she checked during the massage, which I always appreciate because too much pressure makes me sore and achey for days after and it's not always easy to pipe up and say so at the time), and as the hour went on I could feel the tension melting away. I went for stress relief and relaxation, and came out feeling like I was floating. I'll definitely be back.

All towels used are always clean and freshly washed, she changes these every time a customer visits and ensures she anti bacs the massage bed - this is very important for me working in healthcare during a pandemic. The massage is suited to your needs and Georgia can vary dependant on what is requested from light pressure to deep tissue massage. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a remedial massages or specific bodily issues with muscle pain.

I decided to book myself and my fiancée in for a couples side by side massage to end a great weekend of concerts and partying we had Friday night in Leeds.This was something else, head to toe. Not only deep tissue massage but a full on stretch therapy with foot rubs, head rubs & facial, sinus stimulation.I have suffered from sports injury to my ankle and shoulder for the last 4 years. I have spent thousands so far on various chiropractors (£40 for 20 min session) osteotherapists (£55 for 40 mins )& NHS physiotherapists along side sports massages (£30 for 30 mins) every two weeks.Nothing compared to what I felt I have achieved in one hour here for just (£35).The stretching really opened up my hips, the massage hit all the right places and has released my neck to shoulder pain, BIG time.I am so eager to go back already! As I write this feeling bruised and sore from the selected ‘hard’ massage option (as I’m use to sports massages).I’m going to stop going to my other therapists for now and just use these Amazing people at Thai Retreat.I didn’t expect so much progress in such little time. 10/10 quality service. Very grateful from a 29 year old, mechanic/ new father, who needs his mobility for the long run!My fiancée will write a separate review.Riley

Got right in there and has eased some pain I've had for 20 years, my posture is improved after one session. I managed to put my socks on the next day without pain and stiffness, for the first time in years. 100% recommend, wish I'd gone here years ago. Definitely going again and have recommended him to everyone. Knows his stuff, friendly and professional, puts you at ease and gets results.

Forget the NHS this is the place you need to be!Already booked myself in for another session. I can not speak for all the staff members, but please do not jump on this bandwagon for Becca, as I need my sessions with her and when I've finished my so called needed sessions, I will be continuing with wanted sessions.I can not recommend this place enough. Its clean, very nice and the other members of staff seem very nice.Due to my dry humour please don't all phone up in a furry to see Becca. I think I've already stated she did wonders for me. She knows her stuff, she knows precisely what to do and gives any added information that will help your recovery.Just to add (here comes the dry sense of humour) I do not want to see her next time and be told that I've got an "x' amount of time to be able to see her again, due to my review.

I was sore the following day but was able to run the half marathon at the weekend thanks to her efforts. Can't recommend her high enough, fantastic knowledge and treatment.I have already booked back in for maintenance to prevent any further injuries from coming to halt my marathon training.
