Wilson Chan: Standard Costco in UK. Large warehouse with plenty of items you need and want. Food prompter are positioned well to offer samples. I don’t go often but I love shopping here. I spent a lot every visit and it be good quality food and products you can’t live without it.
Linzzz A: Love Costco, the onsite restaurant is fab, great prices. Could just do with a better way of managing the queue for fuel, as you get stuck at the back of it when you only want to get in the shop!

Timothy Pettitt: Very busy from the moment it opened but that was due to the petrol being 1.37 a litre. Just be mindful of what you buy as not everything is a bargin and the online shop has different deals. The best thing is that if you buy electronics they have a 90 day return window even if its used.
Rob Parks: Look the store is fine. BUT - who wants to join a fuel queue from the Sheffield Parkway when I don’t want fuel? - why do you have to queue for 30-45 minutes just to get a coffee or piece of pizza at the cafe? In my opinion the store management or Costco UK need to resolve theses issues. It must be costing them money in store sales.

Pelican Reviews: Lucas and Steph were excellent. The guidance on choosing the finish for my wheels was spot on after the old coating was removed. The Team helped me change two tyres which were low on tread and they went the extra mile to get that done. The photos are after the first wash and I opted for the additional ceramic coating. The Team would have got six stars if we had sorted the ceramic coating when I checked in!

Michael Smith: Better than new Having these guys clean & refinish my 12 year old dirty unloved alloys was the best thing I have done to my car for ages. Unlike my last garage these guys did what they said they would when they promised & at a price better than anticipated. A big 4x4 used as a tool not loved or cared for for the past ten years - finally the wheels & tyres were revolting - hating me & just feeling deflated - too regularly. I was not expecting miracles - TWS described my wheels as pitted to death - they warned me not to expect too much - but wouldn’t give up hope. When I returned two days later - I was certain they had swapped the wheels for new! They are a credit to a far more loved vehicle - so my excuse for getting rid - the cost of new wheels started at over £1000 - is happily not going to happen. I now just need to sort out the odd niggle & get polishing. Pity is that Jeep wheel centres are on back order - then I will post proud photos

Symon A: There are other so-called specialists out there, but if you want real expertise, professionalism and a great outcome, then I can't recommend the guys at this branch highly enough. My advice, based on experience, don't go for cheap, go for quality and a job you'll be more than satisfied with. Don't hesitate to contact them to talk things over, they're a friendly bunch.

Shaun Fabiano: I used this company to carry out a service on my range rover as the main dealer wanted to charge me circa £550 for a service on a car which had only done 2000 miles since its last service, this company were professional and competitive on price. Also they noticed a warranty issue which looked to had been their since it was built and was never picked up on by the main dealer.

Paul Gilbert: I would highly recommend this company. I have collected today by appointment, one single sheet of plywood in an over size, which few, including themselves carry. I tried a few other local companies without joy, however Timber Specialists offered to order in this item specially. It arrived into stock on time (despite current Covid related issues). I will most definitely use them again.
Gavin Richardson: I have used this place twice after a recommendation. I have no idea why they have may decent reviews unless it’s from friends and family. Inept and ignorant staff! Dreadful customer service, called in advance on both occasions only for know one to have may idea where the order is! Forty minute wait on both occasions, poor quality of ply on both occasions. Told to speak with Steve Simpson in particular but can never reach the man. Christ knows how this shop makes money, terrible service.
lee ward - 5020 Creations: I am unsure why they call themselves Specialist Timber, they have very little specialist timber in stock at all, not even a decent choice of hardwoods. This is more for the builder and the CLS used in that, its a pity because Sheffield has shocking suppliers of quality hardwoods for such a big City. Staff have always been friendly, but I dont understand why they dont offer a cutting service.....

Hardwoods we keep in stock Sapele 50mm thick /63mm /75mm . Ash 50mm / 63mm . Oak 25 mm /50mm / 63mm/ 75 mm .Meranti 50mm / 63mm / 75mm We can and do regular order other species of hardwoods as a special order please email or call and will try to help on any enquiry. We dont have the facility to offer cutting services on timber sorry

Xiao Mei: This morning, I saw employees of this disgusting centre harass and call the police on a poor homeless man who was trying to sleep nearby. The staff were extremely rude, particularly the lady who was shouting obscenities and touting how much better she was than the homeless man because she 'worked for a living'. I am so disgusted and shocked that people working in healthcare would have such an extreme lack of compassion and empathy for society's most struggling and disadvantaged people. It is truly disgusting how they made absolutely no effort to help the man, only to get rid of him by the force of four police officers. This man normally sleeps near my building but I imagine the wind tunnel effect forced him to move near the centre where he could shelter himself better and the employees decided the best course of action was have the police come and arrest him or at the very least put him through the ordeal of being tied up and dehumanise an already struggling person.I hope you people feel so proud of yourselves. You disgust me.
Mona Alzant: They are dishonest, they put misleading information on their website. they claim their cost is 20% lower than others. however they are higher than others but you will not know until you pay for your consultation. the CT scan I have done was inaccurate. I have to repeated again in other clinic. When I complaint. they didn't reply to my email. very disappointed

Went to another dentist 2 days later, he said the shadowing is padding NOT decay, I didn't need a crown and she could fill it for me now. My teeth have been fine ever since. Don't go here
Physiotherapy Sheffield & Sports Injuries Clinic: I saw the Hygienist lady there a few weeks ago. Overall it was an excellent experience, The app lasted 45mins in total, She explained me the process and how to clean my teeth using Tp etc.(plus it was not painful) I was very happy with the service, I will rebook my appointment for my follow up soon, I would highly recommend this place to everyone ..!!

From the moment we arrived on the car park we been taken care of by Oliver. He is super friendly, professional, knowledgeable with strong sense of humour. Through out the process we changed our mind few times and took time to think about our options. The team was extremely supportive giving us ideas, options and advices where needed but also plenty of space to feel comfortable. They also made it all about us and our experience. They cared about us as customers not about making only the sale. The managers also made effort coming to meet us introducing themselves and getting to know us. The communication was clear and consistent. They went an extra mile picking registration plates matching my initials and on the day when we picked our new A class. Even after the sale they still make the effort with follow up calls to make sure everything is good and we are happy with the car. Well done Mercedes and the team!!!

Kai Oloughlin: Fetched my partners Mercedes in for a diagnosis which was £180, Mercedes told us it was the turbo, pass forward a month we were meant to collect it Tuesday morning, they rang to say the car was not ready, can we come Wednesday afternoon.Wednesday afternoon we get a call, the turbos been swapped, the cars still not working, it turns out it was the DPF filter, we still owe the £2400, as well as an extra £2000+ for the new part.If we hadn’t payed £180 for a diagnosis I’d understand the proper procedure not being taken.Reproduce the problem, verify the cause of the problem, fix the problem, and verify the repair.Mercedes have obviously skipped the proper diagnosis procedures, really disappointed.AVOID AT ALL COSTS (Take your car to the local garage, they’re £1000s cheaper, do the job proper, and don’t look to rob you blind, big lesson learned)

scott green: Went to Mercedes Benz Sheffield this week to service a Mercedes that’s 18 years old. It’s been there every 2 years from new and a few years ago the service really was terrible. However I noticed a marked improvement this visit, really friendly greeting and very efficient service. The car was very well looked after and cleaned and ready for collection with the invoice well explained. What a great improvement and goes to show that they do listen to comments and have obviously implemented some major customer care strategies. Well done Mercedes Sheffield at this rate they will still be servicing the car in another 18 years.

They diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes, where others had failed to provide confidence that they knew what the issue was. They told me what needed to be done and the associated cost.
