The receptionist are rude and hang up the phone before you finish speaking. They need lessons in hospitality. They take advantage of the fact we have to use this service. I’ve gone to the one in Chesterfield because it’s miles better. Terrible service.

Rosie Dal-Molin: There are clearly not enough staff to answer calls and with no alternative to book an appointment this is simply not acceptable. I have been trying to book for three weeks but every time I call, I am eighth plus in the queue. I have waited for forty five minutes yet still no one actually spoke to me .I even called in to book face to face but was told there was a waiting list and that they would call me - so far, after a week, no one has. It is ridiculous that we have no alternative in Sheffield but to use a central service that is inaccessible. I am going to officially complain!

Mikaela Korth: As has already been said by others, I cannot get through on the phone. Why is there only one contact number available on the website despite there being several different departments? I was originally booked for a coil fitting which was totally wrong (i only wanted some pills!) And now I have waited nearly a month to get my results back and am having to now chase these up. This should not be happening, it has only caused me more stress wondering whether I have caught something or not. Doctors were friendly at least but yet again its the appointments and admin system which has let the service down.

Lalla: Had an appointment that was booked 2 weeks prior cancelled randomly by clinic staff, and was treated as a walk-in patient. No explanation nor apology for the wasted time I spent there, and I still have no idea how or why my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge at all. I had to wait 1.5hours to be seen to, was pressured by nurses and receptionists to not leave despite me expressing the desire to do so on several occasions, and then was treated badly by a nurse who was sarcastic and impatient with me, bringing me to tears.the procedure I went in for was botched again (i had been twice prior for this exact reason the weeks before and still have not had any success with my procedure) which left me in pain, and will make it harder for it to take place for the foreseeable future. I was promised a doctor to do the procedure and have not had one at all, therefore leaving me with people who have not been able to do it.I won’t be returning here again. Appalling service.

Florentina Luca: I called at 8:30, at 8:35 I was answered by a very nice and kind lady who made an appointment for me the same day. A very nice lady greeted me at the hospital reception. I didn't wait a minute after the time I was scheduled for. I met the best assistant who behaved exemplary with me! Thank you for your help! Do a wonderful job!

A B: Terrible inaccessible service, not the staffs fault but clearly there’s no funding anymore it makes me really sad to think. When I was younger it was so easy to get a self test kit or walk in for an appointment. Now I’ve tried for three weeks just to order a self test kit and every time it says to come back tomorrow. What has the nhs come to :( I don’t think I’ll ever get one as I don’t have access to my phone during 8-5 when I’m working so can never get there in time. So I could just be walking around with an sti that I could spread to others or could ruin my reproductive system 👍

Sam X: Had to wait for a call back which was fine, a rude dismissive unhelpful lady called me back. I'm pregnant, the woman Left me very worried, and told to wait 3 days for another phone call? Called up for advice, basically was told they dont give it!Oh and you should make sure you put the phone down before you start to moan about people! So unprofessional.

Connor Jay: Used to be so helpful.Could walk in pick up a self test kit do it put it in a box without having to speak to anyone.Apparently now you can only order it online or collect one.So I spent £20 in taxi to get a test as the website is utterly terrible and won't give me a test telling me to just book a appointment.To show how I used to have a symptom 3 days ago but no longer.I arrived to be turned away being told I had to order a test online.So I have to lie to the website to get a test or book a appointment.Which I've tried twice in the last week got through to someone at 8:34 to be told that they are fully booked 4 minutes after opening.And the 2nd time rang 12 times before getting through to someone to be told that they are fully booked agaiI start work at 12 tommorow so lets hope i can manage to get a apointment tommorow then i can spend another £20 to probably sit in a room tell my symprom show my dingle and then be made to pee in a cup to get it tested before any treatment can be given.If I could ya know do a self test would save alot of hassle I could just ring up and say hi I did a test this is the result can you get me in for treatment

Gemma Aktekin: The Doctor I saw here today was such a lovely caring and compassionate lady.I know it's her job to be this way, but I genuinely felt like I mattered and not just another case.Time was taken to explain every detail of my procedure and I left feeling well looked after.Thank You Dr Porter. k: Impossible to get an appointment. Told to call at 8am for appointment. In call queue for an hour to be told there's no appointments for 2 days, try again in 2 days time. Ridiculously impossible to make an important appointment when I have concerns!!I even emailed in with my concerns and asked to make an appointment. I was simply told to call again (to get ZERO HELP).Quote from YOUR OWN WEBSITE:"Our friendly and welcoming staff are here to make your visit to our sexual health clinics as easy as it can be" !!!

DC - South Yorkshire Cobras: When i first arrived for my appointment i was greeted by reception with a smile at 9:30 am, being a schitzophrenic i find it hard to cope around groups of people so i was escorted to a better seating area that was a bit quiter for me, upon my assessment i was treated accordingly and with respect and during the midst of a breakdown Lauren took the time to sit and help me through my anxiety which to me is above and beyond,great service and great staff!

Charlie Scott: Super helpful staff and didn't have to wait long to get through to reception to make an appointment. After having pain from my implant I found out it had been touching a nerve which made getting it out a way more anxious experience. The doctor was extremely helpful, did great job at keeping me calm and removed my implant super quick. Waiting times may be annoying but for a free service with amazing helpful staff I can't complain.

Bethany Leadley: Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a night away in November 2021. It was a great little hotel. The room was basic but had everything you needed (a bed and a bathroom). I wouldn’t want to stay here for more than a couple of nights, but for a short stay it’s a great choice. We only paid around £30 for one night which I thought was really reasonable.

Diana Capurina: Nice hotel in city centre, very clean and tidy room, great service. Nice place to stay over night or two, but would recommend to add at least tea or coffee table, as not really convenient to keep all the necassary things in the bag or on the floor. Also I would add few hooks as after shower there is no place where to keep the towel especially if you want to reuse it in the morning.

James Morphet: You get what you pay for. Very clean and tidy though. Staff nice too. Everything you need for a cheap sleep. Low price attracts groups of drunk lads who are full of life when you want a rest. Can be a bit noisy in the corridors at night. We were all young once though….

Ulka Chandini Pendit: The hotel has good location and service. It is close to KFC, Subway, and other supermarkets. However, there is no kettle, coffee or tea in the room as they provide it in the reception with the coffee&tea machine with £2. Plus they have really good front desk. Phil was very helpful, kind and friendly. I came at 12 pm night to ask for the Briyani rice that my friend put in the reception and he also offered and explained me about the hotel which is very kind of him. Not only him, Symone is also very kind and always smile. She is lent me iron with iron board and always answered my question with smile and warm vibe. I am very satisfied with Phil and Symone's service.Safety: Couple times I accidentally realized I didn't close my door properly but hamdulillah nothing happened and the hotel is very safe.Walkability: Very close to city center.

Kristaps Bumburs: Definitely the cheapest hotel around but not acceptable standard for anyone. Walls and ceilings were stained with paint or nail varnish, floors were extremely dirty, bedsheets were covered in some hair and sand, the extra towels given in reception didn’t smell fresh at all. Generally felt very unpleasant and wanted to leave.

Matthew Sillitoe: We arrived at 1:30pm and was told the room was ready but we would have to pay £10 early check in or wait till 3pm which we found ridiculous. If the rooms ready why charge £10 extra, if it was in the morning I could understand an early check in fee but not 90 mins before when the room is ready. The rooms are basic but are good value if you only want a few nights. I wouldn’t stay in a room this small without a window for longer than 2-3 nights. The guest experience on arrival could have been better. Excellent location in the city centre.
