scott griffin: Miracle worker! Had a few massages in sheffield in past and they never seem to hit the spots what needed most help in my back, but after one session with pippa i felt like a new man! Highly reccomended. Also a great personal trainer aswell with her fitness bootcamps and coaching.

Emily Branch: Pippa is just fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. Her treatment room is lovely and she has fantastic facilities for personal training. I highly recommend Pippa if you’re looking for sports massage or personal training!
Kisha Bradley: There's space between my ears and shoulders! I've been seeing Pippa for 6+ months now and I can feel the difference with each session. She's great at making a welcoming atmosphere and is okay with my squirmy giggles. At the end of each session, Pippa suggests easy stretches that will help with improved posture and mobility. Jo Cavalot: I have been working with Rory for over a year after experiencing some pain and discomfort with my knee. I love to walk long distances and was preparing for my next 1,000km Camino and asked for help. I was going to the gym and walking lots but was feeling like my knee was getting worse. Rory got me started straight on exercises to support my knee more, strengthening my ankles and hips and quickly the pain went. I have continued with Rory since to prevent injury and to focus on working towards my new goals. I have just finished another 429km walk in 11 days, am off to do my first ultra challenge of 100km in 24hrs and then off for a mountain challenge of 62km in 14hrs. The shape of my legs has changed significantly and I feel so much stronger. I look forward to catching up with Rory and planning what’s coming next. It helps for me to have him there for accountability and encouragement and I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. Love you Rory :-) Jo xxx

From the very start Rory has been incredibly attentive to my specific needs, following a very personalised approach suiting my individual availability and situation. From the start Rory has been clear and transparent about what is possible, where work is needed, and what has been out of scope - this transparency has been hugely appreciated. After starting with a series of massage sessions and a home exercise/stretch plan, I have increasingly found ways to successfully manage the pain in my shoulders and we are looking forward to a series of strength and conditioning sessions following this in order to build my confidence using gym equipment correctly. Amy Hood: Top class service from the team at Made to Move, after my ACL reconstruction I felt like I’d hit a plateau in my rehab and return to sport so got in touch with Made to Move and I haven’t looked back since! Rory’s workout plans are easy to follow and he is always on hand to support! Dom has been treating me weekly for a 60 min sports massage and my muscles are already feeling better with less aches and pains and more flexible after 3 weeks. Would highly recommend Made to Move!!!!

Prudence Cherry: Dom was great, he listened to my concerns and was very thorough in understanding my problems. It was the best sports massage I have had and he regularly checked that the pressure was ok or if I needed more. I highly recommend sheffield physio on the moor.I cannot recommend this company as I have been scammed by them, the way they ignored my texts and emails until after redeeming my groupon voucher shows me their real intention of pulling a fast one.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Jake Griffiths: Excellent knowledge, facilities and communication.I went to Made to Move while I was training for a marathon, with a previous knee injury and was suffering from pain/discomfort while exercising.Rory suggested a package that they offer to suit me best, which included a consultation & functional screening, 2 sports massages and a 4 week rehabilitation programme.Rory guided me through an easy to download and use app, where my workout program was displayed, I could easily follow and was able to message him with any questions or advice I needed.My goal was met and I completed the marathon and first program, feeling much more reasured that my knee injury is improving. I have now started a second program with the focus on getting me back playing football and build my confidence on how to prevent another knee injury.I would recommend MadetoMove to anyone who's looking to recover/prevent an injury, or just improve there physical wellbeing as their knowledge and facilities are brilliant!

He quickly singled out the worst areas and worked to relieve the pain, including adjusting to where I was feeling the pain on the fly. He also provided useful exercises to complete at home to help with the rehab process.I will 100% be going back for further treatment and I'm confident that Rory will have me right in no time.

I met with Kate who got to know me, my health and fitness goals and recommended the ‘focus on change’ package which allowed me to try the classes, personal training and use of the gym. Since then I have been a member of the gym, the online classes and the Tuesday antenatal group. Kate and her amazing team have supported me in so many ways this last year tailoring the services to meet my needs. Expertise in antenatal and postnatal care complimented by great people with passion for fitness makes Kate Campbell fitness unique and a lovely community to be part of x

Ethan Basford: Kate Campbell Fitness provides an incredibly supportive and welcoming environment. It’s an oasis away from the intimidating nature of most gym chains. I train with Dom Hall who is who brilliant at what he does. After working with him I’ve become more confident in my abilities and no longer feel nervous or unsure when working out. He built me a great workout plan and helps massively with my nutrition to ensure the best results while at Kate Campbell Fitness. An all around fantastic gym with an amazing group of people running it. 100% recommended!

I was desperate to regain my fitness and tone but was genuinely frightened of harming myself and was in pain and swollen . I contacted Kate Campbell gym on the off chance they could help knowing they worked with new mums . I got a call back immediately from Shannon. Shannon was incredible - she supported me in the first 3-5 weeks post surgery with lymphatic drainage massage which helped manage the swelling , breathing exercises which helped with anxiety and sleep and taught me how to do my pelvic floor exercises properly . I gradually gained confidence under her guidance and worked with her to devise a programme to build strength tone and most importantly my confidence exercising . I also joined her Pilates classes. So it’s now almost November , I’m strong, feel well and have returned to Bootcamp . I can’t recommend Shannon and this gym more and for anyone post operative it’s a must !

I attended the classes in my first pregnancy and came back again in my second pregnancy as I was so impressed first time around and feel I really benefited from the exercise programs and expert advice of Kate. Matthew: I've been going here for a good number of weeks now, seeing Dom as my personal trainer, he's knowledgeable, enthusiastic and really good for helping to give me confidence in the strength training we're doing. I'd highly recommend him and highly recommend this gym if you want a friendly, welcoming atmosphere with a bit more of a personal touch, that's hard to come by at the larger gyms around the city.

Louise Lancashire: I highly recommend Liz for physiotherapy and pilates classes. I have had two budged discs over the years and Liz provided excellent advice, treatment and care that helped me back on my feet. Liz has many years' experience which shows in the diagnosis and treatment. She is professional and kind, and genuinely cares for her clients. The pilates classes are for all levels and I quickly progressed with her guidance and support. Based on your assessment during the pilates consultation, she will advise if you should avoid any of the exercises and suggest alternatives during the class, plus any particular ones that you should practice at home. My posture and core strength has massively improved so recommend to all.

Rebecca Gould: I saw Emily for quite a few months after the birth of my baby and she was amazing. I honestly couldn't have been better looked after by her. She was so reassuring and gave me a plan for getting rehab and getting back into fitness. Emily is also so lovely to deal with and I really enjoyed our sessions. She is really knowledgeable and you just know you are in safe hands.I used to have regular massages with Hannah and James who were both excellent. I only stopped because we moved out the area. The Diamond package for monthly massages is well worth it.I also went to the baby and me Pilates course, which was really well led with great corrections.

Jenni Sayer: I started to see Nick after having glute and hip weaknesses following pelvic issues in pregnancy. Over the course of a couple of years I'd jumped between professionals without success, but I knew as soon as I met Nick I stood a much better chance with him to recover (which I did!).Nick's approach to treatment was so personalised and well backed up by the extensive background he had. Rob Nicholson: I was looking for a physio after being referred by Bupa after a problem with my shoulder. Luckily steel city physio was only up the road from me and even better still nick managed to sceudule me an appointment for the same day I was referred. I felt better after my first session and only needed two more after that to get my shoulder back to being pain free again. Nick showed me some stretching techniques and explained how I can avoid getting the pain again. Great service by Nick. I would definelty recommend.
Russ J: Nick has treated me for various issues including back, knee, foot and elbow injuries sustained whilst climbing and mountain biking.He is extremely professional, great value and provides excellent service.In the case of a foot injury his advice and physio work proved more useful than that of a number of consultants I had seen previously who had a much more bleak outlook and were discussing surgery etc, Nick fixed it in a couple of sessions.Further more, he is very encouraging of at home work including stretching and posture adjustment, meaning that for many issues only a few sessions are needed to get you back on track.
Jeremiah Cheesegrater: I saw Nick after damaging my foot during an ultra marathon. When I saw him, he treated the injury properly - concentrating on the calf which was part of the foot problem. His magic worked as I completed a 24 hour race this weekend with no injury problems at all. I've also previously used him for a sports massage when my legs were needing some assistance when training miles kicked in. Highly recommended.

GREENHANDS: Phenomenal work, couldn't be happier with my results, from barely able to walk at my first appointment to exercising again in no time, after the A&E Dr said there was nothing they could do for me except opioid tablets, the staff at Kinetic knew exactly how to help my body heal and realign. I would never have worked out the pain in my knee was being caused by my psoas. I have every confidence in Kinetic and Jess. It's my go to place for sport related injury.

KATHY HOPE: After an accident resulting in two broken bones in my neck and 6 months of Hospital visits and a further 9 month of NHS Physio treatment I was still unable to move my neck and resigned myself to the fact that "this is how life is to be from now on"!After a recommendation from a friend who assured me that Kinetics would be able to help I agreed to give them a try although I was quite skeptical.I was given a consultation in which I explained about the accident and what my main issues were. The Physio (Tom) was absolutely brilliant he was professional but more than that he was caring and really understood how I was feeling. He promised me that he could help although it was never going to be a quick fix.We started with "Be Activated" therapy and Tom explained everything what he was doing and what effect it would have on my neck. The physio sessions have been superb and I have gone from strength to strength. I have now got about 80% movement back in my neck :-) I can not recommend Tom highly enough he must have "Magic Hands"Thank You Tom you have given me my life back !!!!

Ruth Tobler: I enjoyed the classes I attended & used the online library several times.Unfortunately, as a 9-5 worker with children the in person class times weren't accessible for me. I would also have liked a few more online options so I wasn't repeating the shorter classes so much (didn't have time to do an hour most days).Clare was so lovely & helpful
David Skinner: Joined the 21 day programme with my partner to see how I would manage with my fibromyalgia and bad back amongst other things. Plus being male thought I would feel a bit awkward. All I can say is WOW. Clare made us feel so welcome and the groups are a nice size where she can really see what we are all doing and help where needed. It has made a massive difference to my energy levels and mobility.I have now become a full member and can't wait to continue my journey and find out how much I can improve. I can't recommend Clare and the team enough.

I have multiple issues which I won't share but trust me when I say if you are experiencing joint pains / back / balance issues this is a must.Having tried pilates before , but never felt comfortable or supported so never continued. Linsey Fletcher: I joined New Healthy Body pilates classes with Clare over 3 years ago. Although my daily life is quite active I hadn't had much success with gyms or keeping fit on my own....I'd be keen to start off with but easily get bored or it would be taking up too much time and effort to maintain it. I'd also had a serious back injury in my teens which often flares up if I'm not careful. Starting pilates with Clare has been the best experience. She is very knowledgeable and I trust her, so that when I've recently pulled my back again...I was tempted to not do anything in order to protect and heal, but with gentle guidance I managed to keep exercising safely so I can now do all the moves easily again. I find that although it is challenging sometimes, it is also very relaxing, spending that hour on myself when there are so many demands from work and family. It has been an absolute lifeline during the last 2 years when life has not been normal. I'd started out going to the studio, then online as covid came along, but both seem to work really well. I would thoroughly recommend Clare as an instructor, and she is a lovely friendly person who puts everyone at ease.
