Sadia Hussain: For someone who absolutely despises dessert and pink tea!! There must be something seriously wrong with me and this review may need toilet paper? Either that or.. I can certainly say I have been converted to a churros and tea lover (Lets go with the latter 🤣).
Awais: First of all I’d like to say if you’re in Sheffield and you’re wanting dessert, come to Chai and Churros. The staff are amazing, customer service was top notch. The design of the place is really nice. I ordered the fully loaded churros and their tea. Absolutely wonderful, portion was good, and you have options of what topping you’d like, and they have a variety, which is great. The tea was great also. Don’t really have any negatives. They have much more on the menu, such as milkshakes and cakes which I’m eager to try. So tell your friends and family, this is the new hotspot in Sheffield
S. A: I’m very selective with my food and where I eat, but after trying the Churros and the tea, absolutely delicious. Best churros i’ve had so far! The staff were amazing and so attentive making sure customers left satisfied. Will definitely be returning

Jamie Lee: I bought the fully loaded churros which was supposed to be the most popular item on the menu. After waiting over 20-30mins for a box of churros that had 4 inside that came cold and was flavourless I’m so sad to say that I’m disappointed and won’t be going again I asked if it was possible to get a fresh batch of churros but because I was the last customer. they said they have turned the fryer off and won’t be able to make me a fresh batch. Not a way to start an establishment, I would of taken a photo but was binned 👍

Hamza Akhtar: I was very hesitant on going down due to it just opening and I am a picky when eating. I went down ordered some loaded churros and was surprised how cheap they were. I eat churros a lot but I could honestly tell you these were the best I’ve had definitely recommend going down you won’t be disappointed.

David Richmond: Haven’t had one In ages and recommended to many. Spent £20 on 2 burritos which managed to be dry and soggy at the same time which is hard to do. Rice was chalk and black beans were like pebbles. Bit embarrassed to be honest. Also after making our food I was informed the staff member who made my food put his hands in his teams members trousers. Never again!

Nick Boden: Items missing from order delivery. Called street food chef and they said even though they had miss read the order it wasn’t their problem as we’d ordered through Uber. Poor service guys, if you get something wrong on the order it shouldn’t be up to the customer to chase Uber to sort a problem you caused. Avoid.

Shaun: Very good and I know this is the phrase that gets thrown out around a lot but the food feels pretty fresh not procesed whatever that means . relatively healthy good price good vegetarian options. Very few decent and healthy food places in this area of Sheffield massively lacking, seen as the university is next door so this place is a godsend

Nina Sanderson: i’ve eaten a lot of burritos as they’re my favourite food, but these are the best and i come here around twice a month! i always get the pork and it’s delicious. i was a bit disappointed to see that you now charge extra for cheese and pico de gallo as they used to be a staple to my burrito but now it just makes it a little too pricy. always happy to pay for the guacamole though as it’s very yummy.

chr: I got takeaway (14.99£ including delivery) for a The Perfect Combo. I loved the cookie dough - it satisfied my dessert cravings without being too overpoweringly sweet. The shake and ice cream were ok, but the packaging for everything was very satisfactory - I like nice packaging. The price is on the costlier side but it’s not a bad bargain.

U I: Nice place, very nice friendly service by man who looked like he was in charge. One young woman working in back not very nice but rest of staff friendly. Been twice. Some deserts very nice and some not so much. Lotus milkshake, cookie dough, Kulfi, hazelnut icecream, passionfruit sorbet were tasty.

Rob Duffy: Incredibly delicious Chocolate Brownie Sundae - these guys know how to do takeaway dessert! You do pay a bit extra going to a Treatz compared to some of the more local places but they don't disappoint in flavour - the ice cream is to absolutely die for and the food always comes fresh and well thought out i.e separate hot and cold if ordered on takeaway.

Miss Ty: Nice, clean and friendly atmosphere. Food served quite quickly . A wide range of desserts with comical names to suit on the menu. The decor is fun and child friendly. Clean cutlery and hospitable staff. Prices are very reasonable for larger families. Hygienic and comfy seating with friendly staff. There is a positive family atmosphere with something to suit everyone on the menu. Food is served in a timely fashion and the portions are very reasonable- value for money.

Tilly Hall: Ordered an Oreo waffle and white chocolate and strawberry waffle. Service is lovely, staff are super friendly and smiley, great prices at £5.99 for those waffles, upgraded menu which is much easier to read. Water was brought with out asking and quick service, Love coming here.

Amber Crookes: Where do I even begin! Firstly, we were taken to a bizarre seating area in order to wait for us to be seated? Even though there were spare tables! Secondly, I didn't like the table lay out within the restaurant itself, it was a very open setting leaving no intimacy between me and my partner. In addition to this, even though we were waited on at our table (or should I say second seating arrangement of the evening) we had to pay at the counter. Lastly, no-where near enough staff, service was far too long for a microwavable cookie (chef mic working hard). I am sure you will be happy to hear Mr. Rasssam I will never be attending your so called "creamery" ever again!

Tahmina Begum: I just went there just now for a take out order for Slice of cake, was told to sit down while they pack my slice of cake. Waited 15 mins and no one came with my slice of cake…asked how long it will take and was told to wait another 15 mins….I’m sure it doesn’t take 30 minutes to cut a slice of cake ?? Poor service
Aadam: Food: we had the 6 flavour pancakes and each flavour was delicious, not too overwhelming or sickening. The smokey carribean fizz complemented this. The menu provides a wide variety of options and many items are exclusive to rassams.Service: An organised team providing excellent service however from time to time the establishment may be very busy and run out of tables but it is certainly worth the wait and they stick to the time they tell you.

It was not busy and I counted multiple empty tables that were not being used? We did not wait as I felt it was a waste of time as people looked like they were waiting a while for their desserts also. Won’t be trying to return.

Paige Turton: Ordered an £8 fondue set and received what looked like two large strawberries cut into tiny segments, a barely filled pot of chocolate sauce, 2 pieces of brownie finely chopped up, and two pathetic pots of melon this would’ve cost about £4 at AsdaWe ordered a fudge cake which was replaced with a brownie without telling us first (my partner has a severe nut allergy) so he can’t eat the food incase if a reaction. Spoke to the worker and didn’t provide us with any help what so ever disappointing tbhCost me £13 and wasn’t worth the money
Fiona Jennings: We have ordered from here for years. Favourite cookie dough in Sheffield!! :D had lotus cookie dough every single time. Got it recently though and it was abit different ? I always get extra sauce and large, and it was just not the same as usual - not any bigger, not as much sauce and no biscuit:o !! . Will order again of course, hopefully it will be SAAUCEYYY !! 5/5 STILL !!!

Zoey Lowrey: I had the Snowcream Special Shake (as recommended to me by a mate) and Mochi (which I had wanted to try for ages) and honestly was even more impressed than I thought I would be, the mochi was really really good but the milkshake was phenomenal, my new #1 Drink / Dessert whichever way you look at it, was worth every penny, would highly recommend the Snowcream Special Shake as long as you dont have a nut allergy :D
Rowan Arundell: Absolutely ridiculous ordered food at 9pm, its not arrived by 10:45pm. I got sent a message to say its been cancelled even though it said it was on its way! Rang up the restaurant to complain and ask where my food was for them them say they haven't even started making it yet? Is this a joke because it really is not acceptable.

I found my appetite immediately.The interior is to a high standard, it is genuinely like a restaurant but focused only on desserts.I had the s’mores waffles which was a very generous portion indeed and was made in a waffle iron. Each individual element came together for a layered symphony of flavour!The prices were lower than I was expecting, a great time.
Aparajita S: In the heart of the Sheffield City Centre. The place in itself is big enough to be a restaurant serving food and not just desserts. Everything on the menu sounds delicious and amongst the 4 of us, we tried different dishes and were quite happy with all of them. The service is another matter because there was just one person who was doing everything from seating us to taking orders, to prepping the dishes and serving everyone. It didn’t happen to is but at one point tempers did run a little high. Note to the higher management: better staffing levels please.
