Yee Kwan Ltd Ice Cream: what do users think?

Holly NgFoShing: Tremendous customer services and scrumptious superb ice-cream tastes that you will not get it any where but with YeeKwan!! I have ordered most flavour (20tubs) and host an ice-cream birthday party for my daughter. All guests were impressed with the unique flavours and love to know where to get-YeeKwan in Sheffield!! We love Matcha, black sesame, lychee, Thai red tea, Vietnamese coffee...etc. all tubs were gone for the day!!

Sheffield Vegans: We were kindly given samples of frolyk salted caramel, vanilla and chocolate Yee kwan strawberry and new wow (nut free peanut butter soy based) butter & chocolate My favourite was salted caramel and the strawberry as I like unusual flavours it was nice and creamy yet light. The vanilla is a classic and would go well with warm brownies or fresh fruit, and the matcha tea flavour is on my my list to try when its a tad warmer. I am thinking ahead to summer ☀️ for iced drinks, and perhaps there might be a vegan version of Vietnamese coffee flavour? She is currently running a competition for new flavour ideas so head over to enter wouldn’t it be amazing if a vegan flavour won! 😍 Our Instagram account is @sheffield_vegans if you want to follow us thanks xx

Steve Layhe: Fantastic ice cream, not afraid to be adventurous with the flavours & all products are gluten free, personal favourites are black sesame flavour and toasted coconut. Also green tea flavour, beautiful.

Ana B: A few weeks ago it was the first time had a taste of Yee Kwan ice cream and sorbets. Absolutely delicious fantastic tasty flavours lots of unusual flavours ☕️👌, We just had another order of them, also been trying out lots more different ones this time. My husband Favourite is the coconut and the lychee ice cream, lime lemongrass sorbets and I’m loving the chocolate chilli and black Sesame, durian is a must. Both my siblings also enjoyed the coffee flavoured ice cream, they can’t decide between the sorbets they are a huge fan. I have to start hiding mine away esp from the kids. Definitely the best Ice cream and sorbets you can ever ever taste. A must try 🍦🍨🍧

Stacey Allan: The best ice cream ever! So smooth and creamy. The flavours are so unique (we tried all three Christmas flavours - marzipan, Christmas pudding, and gingerbread), and the taste is just amazing! Previously tried mascarpone and fig, stollen, macha green tea, and miso chocolate - they never disappoint!

Selina Tan: It is a cute little place with delicious ice cream!! Would strongly recommend! And it’s a great treat to have after a great hike.

Samysha S: Bless you google Found this treasure of a place on our adventures The ice cream was absolutely amazing There was an option to buy milk and large ice cream tubs to take away I tried the snickers and raspberry one Too good I’ll be back The kids loved seeing the cows resting

David Wood: Finest Ice Cream, sorbet, milk ever tasted. Brilliant to see all these items plus pies, sausages etc being vended from our Jofemar Vending machines

Daniel Ramsden: Great place for a visit. Lovely views and staff. And fantastic ice cream.

Stan Mills: Brilliant ice cream parlour with outdoor seating. A working farm experience where children can see new born cows up close. Wonderful ice cream, with good choice of flavours. Also great coffee and fantastic views, great family fun. A Sheffield must do.

Elliott Armitage: Brilliant local farm shop with a superb ice cream selection. Great to see them growing and products appearing in more shops. Great drive out to enjoy some ice cream, particularly good for families with younger kids.

Fahad Alshatti: Good ice cream and nice view of area but thought some real experience but didn’t see

Sundaes Gelato (Sheffield): what do users think?

PY Ng: The chicken fillet burger is excellent and has a reasonable price. The meal deal combo is also worthy to upgrade as the milkshake tastes good as well!

Erin Sana: It was nice! We ordered the toffee fudge frenzy and the kinder bueno waffle along with a scoop of kinder bueno gelato. The portions are very big, so I think that the price is okay. The place looks pretty with the green neons, the pink and the red booths.

chr: Came here quite a few times to hang out and enjoy some sweets. I think the menu and the ambience is average. The location is what makes it a convenient hang out spot. There’s a fair variety of ice cream selection too.

Isobel Edwards: We have visited here a couple of times and everything we have had has always been good quality. Not had nicer ice cream anywhere else in Sheffield :)

L: Never had such a huge 3 scoop ice cream. So many flavours to chose from and all delicious!

Susan Veall: Brilliant place to visit it you ❤️ LOVE ice cream so much to choose from Lovely friendly staff to help you make you choices well worth a visit
Ahbab Chowdhury: Good service and good selection of ice cream
Eric Foster: Excellent value for those with sellected Dietary requirements
何诗诗: Icecream came all melted and they wouldn’t give me a new one. They said it’s all like that but my friend got one which was fine. They refused to give me a new icecream.
Abigail Ayorinde: It was a beautiful restaurant and very cozy. I enjoyed their sandwich and look forward to visiting again soon.
Hidayati Mardhiah: The food is okay but I give it a one because of a certain rude worker. I had a bad customer service experience. Please fix your employee's attitude, he was very rude to me and to my friends by discriminating us.
vicky deaton: So disappionting! You could of drank the ice cream, wouldnt go back that s for sure!
infinity UK: Love the food and amazing pudding
Mrs A: Overpriced
Bhone Pyae: Good food, average service.
Benny Mezali: Nice yummy one
Holly Williams: This was horrible I came here 5 years ago and it was a lot better I will say never again
Brad Hancock: I've had both the cheesecake and the gelato. Definitely recommend the cheesecake as it is nicely presented and tastes great. The strawberry cheescake gelato was a little bit too sweet for me. But I'm sure others would enjoy it.
Johnny: Absolutely beautiful ice cream and cheese cake. This place is brilliant a wide selection of delicious yummy ice cream. The staff are very polite, the atmosphere here is relaxing. We really love coming here well worth it.
Harry Parkin: Not sure what happened to this place. Used to be a great dessert place, but now doesn't appear to know what it is.It looks to me like they've attempted to rebrand into a pizza takeaway, but still have the Sundaes Gelato branding on the windows at the same time, and still sell sundaes. Half of the ice cream containers were empty, and the menu was a bizarre mash up of pizza, burgers, and then sundaes at the back. Alongside this, the prices were all very high. It's a shame, it's as if this previously great food place has attempted to rebrand but not fully committed to it. It resulted in somewhat of a Frankenstein restaurant, lost and clueless on the street.
Anwar Hussain: Fantastic customer service was greeted with a smile. Cheesecakes were amazing, a thorough great experience, and will certainly be visiting again
Shirl Harrison: Good offer coffee and cake is cheap
Mu Mu (Mu Mu): Friendly staff. Best ice cream in Sheffield. Made fresh in the house.
Bhakti Kumbharkar: They offer great food and excellent service.Highly RecommendedThankyou Noor!
P Illingworth: Scrumptious
Susan Veall: Brilliant place to visit it you ❤️ LOVE ice cream so much to choose from Lovely friendly staff to help you make you choices well worth a visit

Rassam's Creamery deliveries & takeaway: what do users think?

Sara Agahi-Murphy: Super service from lovely Aiham. Welcomed us for a birthday party and provided us with amazing service! Very helpful and attentive and accommodating of a large group with young children! We will be back thanks to him xx

zsuzsa kovács: Friendly polite staff .We ate pancake with Nutella strawberries, was delicious .

Tshani Bnd: Great Service! We had the best waiter by the name Asghar. Very welcoming and friendly, I would definitely recommend

Simon “The Emperor”: Great place for ice cream, sundaes, pancakes and anything sweet! Good service, friendly staff!

Miss Ty: Nice, clean and friendly atmosphere. Food served quite quickly . A wide range of desserts with comical names to suit on the menu. The decor is fun and child friendly. Clean cutlery and hospitable staff. Prices are very reasonable for larger families. Hygienic and comfy seating with friendly staff. There is a positive family atmosphere with something to suit everyone on the menu. Food is served in a timely fashion and the portions are very reasonable- value for money.

Brett Bentley: The desserts are to die for.... The only negative is that air con is needed or needs to be on.
Philip J. Nicholson: Had a bueno ice cream with chocolate waffle cone. Was yummy
Gina Webb: Just had a delivery from these asked for no chocolate ice cream on banana split but arrived with it on spoilt itAlso on cookie dough strawberries was added on for extra 99p and didn’t have them onSo somebody is not reading the order’s correct
Tilly Hall: Ordered an Oreo waffle and white chocolate and strawberry waffle. Service is lovely, staff are super friendly and smiley, great prices at £5.99 for those waffles, upgraded menu which is much easier to read. Water was brought with out asking and quick service, Love coming here.
Badroddin Kazkaz: 10/10 as always.
Sidra Amin: Went with my pregnant friend being both pregnant and craving a desert it was the utmost best desert place millions of options most mixes and fastest service ever felt like I was in dubai experiencing the best service ❤️ highly recommend desert place portion sizes are utmost generous a must gooo don’t miss out this is now officially my new desert spot in beston
Habeeb Abu Labeeb: Beautiful atmosphere, cheap but tasty desserts!
Ramshah Lone: Over rated
mariam eustathiou: Great menu selection. Music is quite loud and repetitive at times so have scored 4 out of 5. On busier days the desserts can take a while longer to come out. But the options are always a success and delicious!
Amber Crookes: Where do I even begin! Firstly, we were taken to a bizarre seating area in order to wait for us to be seated? Even though there were spare tables! Secondly, I didn't like the table lay out within the restaurant itself, it was a very open setting leaving no intimacy between me and my partner. In addition to this, even though we were waited on at our table (or should I say second seating arrangement of the evening) we had to pay at the counter. Lastly, no-where near enough staff, service was far too long for a microwavable cookie (chef mic working hard). I am sure you will be happy to hear Mr. Rasssam I will never be attending your so called "creamery" ever again!
Ish Mohammed: Very disappointed, we've ordered 4 kids milkshake and 1 adult. The kids milkshake is so small like mini size and charging for £3.99. The kids were surprised how small the shake was and I had to order them adults size which is £4.99 even that one is medium size 🤔Please up the size for the kids shakes for future reference.Thank uiu
Rayyan Chow: Made me wait 2 hours
Mohammed Ahmedmia: Very good ambience. Good service. Cheesecake was fresh and soft. Recommend
TENET Productions: I recently visited Rassam's Desert Parlour and was blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The decor was beautiful and inviting, with warm lighting and comfortable seating that made me feel right at home. But the real star of the show was the desserts. Rassam's offers a wide variety of sweet treats, from ice creams and sorbets to cakes and pastries. Every dessert I tried was absolutely delicious, with flavors that were bold, complex, and perfectly balanced. What sets Rassam's apart, however, is their attention to detail. Every dessert is beautifully presented, with elegant plating and creative garnishes that make each dish feel like a work of art.To top it all off, the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their desserts, and they went out of their way to ensure that my experience was nothing short of amazing.Overall, I cannot recommend Rassam's Desert Parlour highly enough. If you're a dessert lover looking for a truly exceptional experience, this is the place to be. From the atmosphere to the desserts to the service, everything about Rassam's is absolutely top-notch.
Tahmina Begum: I just went there just now for a take out order for Slice of cake, was told to sit down while they pack my slice of cake. Waited 15 mins and no one came with my slice of cake…asked how long it will take and was told to wait another 15 mins….I’m sure it doesn’t take 30 minutes to cut a slice of cake ?? Poor service
Aadam: Food: we had the 6 flavour pancakes and each flavour was delicious, not too overwhelming or sickening. The smokey carribean fizz complemented this. The menu provides a wide variety of options and many items are exclusive to rassams.Service: An organised team providing excellent service however from time to time the establishment may be very busy and run out of tables but it is certainly worth the wait and they stick to the time they tell you.
Athulya t dev: The desserts and the service here is fabulous 😍🤩 really love the towers ❤️Highly recommended ☺️
Helen Freemantle: Visited here with my children during the school holidays, waited to be seated and a waiter came over and explained there would be a wait of 10-15 minutes for a table. It was not busy and I counted multiple empty tables that were not being used? We did not wait as I felt it was a waste of time as people looked like they were waiting a while for their desserts also. Won’t be trying to return.
S J: Nice desert but service was slow and not a friendly waiter
Zee A: One of the best dessert places around. Good customer service. Good experience overall.
Enzo Ross: Avoid! Ordered a desert at 19:30 for my family…by 21:00 they kept delaying it online to the point to got to 22:00 and had to cancel.., poor service
Kay: Quick and cheerful dessert parlour. A great choice of menu.

Lillia Reading: lovely staff and food , especially tia was so kind and made the experience even better by giving my and my friends 2 free desserts! definitely recommend !!
Chunky Chunky: 39 Deserts is situated at Vally Centertaiment Sheffield.Large selection of deserts were on display during this visitvisit. had the Canadian waffles with ice cream, Watermelon and Mango sorbet. Oreo ice cream and Half and half cookie dough. All came in portions big enough to satisfy anyone's cravings.Large menu to choose from using the QR scanning system on the tables.Easy access for disabled and pushchairs as the venue is situated at street level.Seating is allocated on arrival. Just wait at the entrance for an available table.A cashless system is in operation at the venue, but on this occasion, their system wasn't taking mobile payments, so the now old fashioned card in the slot and pin entry needed to be used.A second visit 3 weeks later saw the same payment problem.s visit.Spacious seating booths can easily fit 6 adults, the venue was clean and tidy, and a large variety of deserts and ice cream were on display to choose from. Staff were pleasant, polite, and smartly turned out in their uniforms. It is easy to find lots of car parking spaces but can get full at peak times due to all the other entertainment and eating venues in the area, disabled spaces close to each of the venues. I didn't see any EV charging stations on thisOther venues on site include Bella Itallia, Wagamama, Miller and Carter, Five Guys, Burger King, Chiquito, Frankey and Benny's, Nandos, Pizza Express, Subway, Hollywood Bowl, Cineworld, Lazerquest, Monkey Business and Paradise Island Adventure Golf.Give this review a thumbs up if you think this will be helpful for others.
fern moss: Lovely food and fast service. Bit cramped and the menu app is stupid
Omar Qureshi: One word......divine!
Kyla-Gabriella: Very yummy. Big portions
Andrew Hadley: Come here regularly. Staff are always very nice. Food is great.
pippa.: Went to 39 Desserts today, served by Ryan, what a legend. Amazing customer service and bubbly service. The food was delicious. Well worth a trip!!
Saad: Firstly, I must commend the "39 desserts" for their dedication to customer service. It is not often that you come across a shop that is open late, especially for a large family of 11. The fact that they were willing to accommodate us and stay open later shows that they genuinely care about their customers.Furthermore, the staff's commitment to serving us properly, even though they were closing soon, is truly impressive. It can be challenging to maintain high levels of service when you're tired and ready to close up shop, but Husna and her colleagues went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was a positive one.As for the desserts themselves, they were delicious! It's always a treat to indulge in a sweet treat, especially after a long day on Eid.
Ethan Foster: good desserts horrible service. refused to sing happy birthday to my sister who has autism and would’ve loved for them to sing happy birthday to her. manager was rude to me and had a rude tone and walked away multiple times whilst speaking to him.
Peter Wilkinson: Not for me
Nichola Sayles: Brilliant as always
Mr Croup's dad: Service a little slow though the place was hardly full, meal was good and happy to say gluten free options are available.
Terry Bartholomew: Staff friendly food and drinks good no paper menu
Vicky Hall: We have been here a number of times as a treat on special occasions and always enjoyed it. Just been this evening, 11 April '23, and, frankly, it's changed, and not for the better! Firstly, the menu can only be accessed through scanning a QR code at your table, very fiddly and time consuming. Also, eats battery power!Second, you'd think if menu was online you'd be able to order online too, but no! You have to go to the counter and order!Third, always been impressed with quantity and quality but both seem to have gone downhill. My vanilla and strawberry cheesecake was horrible. No taste of vanilla, strange 'powdery' texture, fake strawberry flavour syrup and small portion, stepson had cookie dough which was tiny. When our order came, absolutely no attempt was made to serve to the correct person. Was just put on the table. Stepson had to go to the counter to get his cutlery as none had been brought with his order.Quite possibly will not go again after this experience! Pretty sure that for the prices charged you could manage to do better!
Terry Smith: I have eaten desserts in the past but let me tell you that this place is just the best. The bold Scouse manager was so kind and helpful as I can't read.
HVFX PRODUCTIONS: Good range of desserts. Interior is alright. Staff is bit rude. Went there for coffee and carrot cake.
Scott Walker: Seat3d quickly and eventually managed to scan the QR code on table to open menu online.Slight disappointment that change of milk chocolate drizzle to white chocolate couldn't be accommodated without a sizeable price increase by going through "make your own".Taking that aside food came promptly and was nice although kind of regret not paying the extra to remove the milk chocolate sauce. If we return will be ordering different dish.Main restaurant clean and tidy, toilets could do with attention though.

Zac Pywell: My girlfriend and I had an ice cream at The Froggatt Show served by John and it was the best whippy ice cream I've had. Very happy with both the service and taste. The card reader didn't work at the time but John was great and allowed us to resolve the payment by emailing in. Thank you.
Paulym Sargeant: Overpriced and i think they make up their own awards too and funny how a review or 2 are from family members mentioning no names T
Marco Taaffe: Fantastic all round!
Steve Bostock: Worth a visit best icecream you will buy
Alessio Lavenia (Dragon trader): Top guys!!!!
Dennis Jones: We Had 2 large whippy ice creams from a Freddricks ice cream van parked up at Waitrose’s car park in Ashbourne on Sunday 19th August. We had had ice cream from another freddricks ice cream van before and where impressed by the quality so we decided to have them again.*Unfortunately this time Both ice creams where far too sloppy (had very little ‘firmness’ to them unlike the last 2 we had just 3 weeks before at the van parked up in elvaston castle) and both had very faint/very little chocolate sauce running through them which meant no flavour what so ever of chocolate. The ice cream server was not very friendly or bothered either.*This experience was Very disappointing and especially so for the high price of £7.30 for 2 poor quality ice creams.Complete let down on this occasssion and therefore we would not recommend.
Tim Husband: Cracking ice cream, if you ask for real scooped ice cream
Chris Moran: £4.50 for an ice cream with a flake. I expect excellence for this price and it was very average.
David Stone: Lovely service, couldn't do enough for me.Thank you
Pete Hall: Crap but class ice cream bruh bruh

YAY! Flapjacks: what do users think?
Maj: Ordered a box for delivery, and was thoroughly disappointed. Looked great from the outside, but were inedible. Weird smell when cut into. Seller not accepting that there is anything wrong with these. See for yourself...Would not recommend.
Ian Hallsworth: I called in to the shop and they were very helpful. I ordered a party box for my wife birthday. I was very happy with all of the cakes and all my family where very impressed with the taste of the food. I would recommend this to anyone who are gluten free and vegan and to everyone who loves cakes.
Rowan Page: Possibly the most delicious thing I've ever eaten, places like this make life after realising im intolerant to gluten worth living. Will be back...
lesley darbyshire: Really loved the flapjacks I had as a birthday treat from my sister !! And vegan ... soooo happy !! X
Helen Birtwhistle: I got the Biscoffery cookie from YAY! Flapjacks which was hand down the best cookie I have ever eaten, gluten free, vegan or otherwise. I have missed Biscoff since being diagnosed as Coeliac and this is the best Biscoff flavour I've tasted since. Already planning when I can go back! Thanks guys.
James Sparkes: This place promises a lot but ultimately fails to deliver. Its clear a lot of work has gone into making the shop and the goods appealing to look at, and the staff seemed friendly and helpful, but the taste and texture of the donuts and cookies we tried leave a lot to be desired. The sweetness is quite one dimensional. The donuts felt more like sponge cake, while the cookies were just too dense, and for some reason gritty/chalky in feel, a bit like a sugar coated rennie?Of the ones we tried, the biscoff based donut was nicest, and felt like it did have potential, but the jupiter one I couldn't even finish.
J Wy: Super tasty treats
Alaina Beacall: Gorgeous array of sweet treats in a huge range of inventive & delicious flavours. Main problem is making a decision! Super friendly owners too - they were happy to let me personalise my ice cream sundae even!Recommend the red velvet cookies, & the salted caramel ice cream sundaes!
Matt J Cole: My wife had to go gluten free a couple of years back and the one thing she missed was donuts. You can buy most cakes etc in the supermarket that is gluten free but finding a decent donut (or any donut for that matter) seemed near impossible. We discovered YAY!Flapjacks yesterday and all our prayers were answered. Really welcoming in the shop and the donuts and flapjacks are to die for. It's hard to believe they are gluten free (as well as vegan - if you're that way inclined). Keylime flapjack is a particular highlight for us. Thank you guys so much - highly recommend.Side note: They are online and post out too!
Eva Pyrah: Great vegan snacks
Izzy Jane: The cookies are to die for!
Jessica Norton: Have ordered deliveries a few times now (including as gifts for people) and have been so pleased. Love these Flapjacks so so much, unlike flapjacks I have ever tasted before. Particular favourite is the PB&J, which is outstandingly tasty. Looking forward to trying the doughnuts and other in shop products too!
Tim Husband: Amazing service. Ordered a little late but they delivered very out of hours to make sure my son has treats for his birthday. And what treats! Incredible and very well balanced flavours in most delicious doughnuts and flap jacks. 10/10, couldn’t have been better
Holly Tilley: Absolutely beautiful vegan and gluten free treats. My first visit to the shop last week and it certainly won't be the last. The red velvet cookie was delicious, and the donuts were lovely!
S Burns: YAY! Yummy gluten free treats! Tried a hot chocolate and some donuts... ill definitely be returning!
Anne Adams: Awesome products, look and taste wonderful and all gluten free! Soooo difficult to get gluten free stuff this yummy - full marks! Delivery service excellent too.
Kate Chalk: Delicious awesome cakes and treats and great service. Our first buy (delivered as well!) was doughnuts to get us through isolation with Covid. Then our daughter loved her big doughnut cake for her birthday, the Christmas treats were out of this world and my husband got some cakes for Mother’s Day. Would recommend.
JAimee REEVE: Love this place. Think I've tried most things. Think monster cookies are still my fav. Highly recommend
Valentin Donev: We Tried these twice so I can give a proper review.Overall we are not impressed. Bland taste, too much oil and very heavy sweets. Not tasty. On the positive side they are well decorated but that's all. We will not stop by anymore.
Lucy Mackie: Amazing donuts! Best gluten free donuts I've ever had. They're massive! I got a box full of donuts of the day and the flavours were out of this world. Really, really recommend them! SO GOOD.
romano goi: This is a hidden gem for vegans and coeliac and everyone in between! 5*
