Abigail Staniforth: Claire listened to what I wanted, she took my ideas and advised me which flowers would work for me at the time of my wedding (Autumn). She is priced very reasonably and nothing was too much trouble for her. phil prior: Used this place before usually ok but the two bouquets I got on Xmas eve for my partner and her mother are not only already dead after 7 days but we’re extremely small not good value for money and one bouquet for my partner only had six flowers in it and the other had 7! And was made to look bigger with a few bits of green ery very disappointed won’t be using again as I thought I was doing the right thing supporting local business but I think I’ll travel in future to get good value for money
Neil Sheffield: I have used Katie Peckett many times for flowers in Sheffield and I have never felt less than delighted with the quality. The arrangements are superb, my Wife is always delighted, as was my Mother at Christmas. Would recommend, great customer service and top flowers!

Nikki Steedon: Arranged for an Exotic Bouquet to be delivered for my Mum today (ive had the same Bouquet at least a dozen times from here and never had a problem before) The flowers my mum received today are nothing at all like she normally receives, the flowers used today looked really cheap and plain and nothing at all like they usually look. I called the shop to advise just incase my order has been mixed up with another order and the lady on the phone was really apologetic she tried to explain the problem to the owner what had happened and all i could hear was the owner shouting whats she expect me to do about it and then shouting at the lady who took the order. I felt so sorry for the lady on the phone so i said my goodbye and hung up. I will never spend another penny with this shop

Joanne invited us to her her shop to show us the options and listened to what we wanted and made the most beautiful flowers for the day we could ask for! The Floral Touch UK: I first discovered floral touch uk online. After browsing the website for a long time, looking for my bridal flowers, I came across floral touch and decided to have a look at their website. I am so glad I did. From the very first contact with Joanne, she was so helpful and kind taking time to answer all my questions (there were alot!!) And offered suggestions. This was very much appreciated. All through the process of my flowers being made to the final product, I was kept informed if how things were progressing and sent photo's of my bouquets. The payment process was so easy and simple and delivery was so much quicker than expected, again during which I was kept informed from the minute they were booked for delivery. I was so happy and excited when I recieved my flowers, they were even more beautiful than I could have imagined. :-) they are perfect!! And I will have some beautiful keepsakes from my wedding day. I cannot thank Joanne and the floral touch team enough for everything they have done!

Annemarie Jervis: Disappointing to have looked for a local florist (still a drive away) to be able to speak to someone face to face, only to get there and discover there’s no one in the shop. Understand that it may not be possible to man a shop at the moment, but it would be kind to at least mention that in online listings or the website where people check for opening hours.

Steve Freeman: Lovely people, excellent service, competitive prices. We needed a casket arrangement for a family funeral at short notice during the lockdown, and they provided us with a beautiful arrangement 2 days later. Most of the flowers lasted a further 2 weeks in the oasis block on the grave.
