Sheffield Antiques Centre Ltd: what do users think?

J C: Called here this morning and pleased that we did. Had a deal with the fantastic proprietors for several items. Thankfully they helped me out spying the largest kettle in the world.Highly recommended, we will be back.

Russ Bower: My favourite antique shop..many different vendors. Many different styles, tastes, prices.. I rarely leave without 2 or 3 choice items...today I left with the most amazing pair of spelter figures for a great price agreed with vendor.. I LOVE this place. Staff are great friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. And they also have a great cafe with massive cakes.

Martin Reiki Master: This is a fantastic Antique centre. The owner is a fantastic chap who goes out of his way to help and assist you. We have visited this centre lots of times travelling from Oldham to Sheffield . Great little cafe also offering an extensive range of food. Thank you.

Pam Pipes: Always a great place to visit. Fabulous cafe ,the food is great, . Definitely worth a visit. Great place to spend a few hours.

Kathy Elkin: Eclectic mix of items and not run of the mill. Good to wander round. Tea shop was busy with afternoon teas. Parking and traffic an issue, try the road opposite.
Keith Austin: All went well at all stages of the work. Very pleased with the repaired chair. Thank you.I am happy to recommend the Sheffield Antiques Centre Ltd with confidence.
Andrew Sharman: Very interesting place to spend an hour or so. Located in centre of antiques quarter. Has great vintage cafe upstairs. Fantastic food and cakes, highly recommend. Note stairs up to cafe on upper floor.Cafe closed permanently at this location December 2022. Moved to 639 Abbeydale Rd, Sheffield. ( within old coach house )
Debbie Skidmore: Fantastic vintage pantry cafe just had Christmas afternoon tea just the best ever and such great value for money
Annie Clark: Lovely place of treasures
Neil Barnett: A very interesting mix of stuff, some things I didn't know existed. Some of it would decorate your home if that's what it needs. They have coloured leather hides, for example, which I'd like if I could think of a use for them.
Fiona Dos Santos: I spend hours here and each time there's always something new to find. With some imagination, this place is a treasure trove of good quality, interesting items. This is made all the better by the kind gentlemen who own the place. Both are attentive and, any time I've given an indication of what I'm looking for, they offer creative solutions with things I never would have thought of e.g. we wanted a mini pond and they located the base of an old milk churn, and it looks great! We even got some DIY tips. A great place and somewhere on my list that I visit every time I'm back in Sheffield
Lorena Tolosa Selva: Esta bien, curioso. Este tipo de antigüedades a mi no me interesan mucho pero hay variedad.Lo malo es que pensé que la zona era más transitable, bonita y temática y es una especie de minipoligono desapacible.
Stuart “Solarstu” Rothwell: Massive selection over multiple floors..
Mags Southern: This isn't a bad place, they have something for everyone . They have a great cafe there and we always eat there in fact we make a point of going for lunch when we decide we're going there.
Mike Naylor: Located in the Antiques Quarter in Sheffield this place is ideally located and although there is no car park there is on the street parking.Like most antique shops, this is a characteristic building that needs to be checked out for yourself.
Amanda Shaham: Very good , lots of treasures again
Claire Wragg: Been here before and as we were nearby we called in and had a good look round lots of interesting things to see and had an excellent cuppa and scone in the vintage tearoom
ian dyson: If you want antique/old things, great, really nice cafe.
Jane Marsh: Went to cafe for my nieces party, food amazing, staff brilliant, service amazing, staff so friendly and helpful, menu realy good for vegans,my niece even got a amazing vegan cake given to her 5 stars to staff
Mary Roberts: It was a lovely experience and the afternoon tea was delicious.
Janet Wilson: Fantastic selection of antiques. Beautiful furniture. Nice friendly feel, no pressure. Had afternoon tea upstairs which was excellent.
Sarah Wilson: Sells fake products as the real thing ! Avoid this place rude staff
Tony Beardshaw: An antique centre with outdoor space for garden type stuff. Inside it's an Aladdin's cave with plenty to search through. The building is pretty old too which just adds more interest to your search. We will be back to this one again before too long.

Sheffield Antiques Emporium: what do users think?

Barry Chandler: Lots of antiques and collectable items. So much choice and a really tasty cafe.

Carol Horsfield: Love this shop, third visit in 2 months!

David Graham: Good location a great variation of antiques and collectables with very helpful staff. A very good cafeteria, highly recommended.

Lily: A huge 2-floor antique store with mostly household items. The highlight is the teeny tiny cafe inside with a high quality and surprisingly large food selection and delicious homemade cakes.

John Green Green: Good place to have a look around and a very nice cafe.

Nicola Barton-Firth: Birthday afternoon tea for me and my husband with parents absolutely beautiful, lovely fresh food and lovely service, Great place to shop and eat ,thanks for the lovely afternoon ☺️
Lara-Michelle Short: Lovely old stuff
sarah barker: Amazing place, loved it.
Nomis Sallah: Great place with range of furniture and collectibles. All at excellent price. Also great little cafe with a fantastic range of cakes
Lisa Jolley: An interesting place to have a wander. We went mainly to try the cafe. Really lovely food and great service. Bit pricey so somewhere I'd go as a treat.
Joan Smith: Lovely to spend a few hours looking round here. Staff very friendly and food is just lovely.
Ashley Wright: This place just keeps getting bigger and I'm not sure how 😂
Z Jeff: 5 stars for the enthusiastic and professional Chinese female staff. Definitely will visit again
Suze Siviter: Great little shop, very reasonable prices, worth a visit
Jane needham Needham: Great finds,
marcus mather: Great little antique boutique full of a huge mixture of collectibles and the cafe serves great coffee and amazing homemade cakes… a perfect combination
A&S Haley: Much expanded recently and a very good place for a browse.
Keith Fletcher: Loved it. We'll lighted and nice to walk round. Worth the visit.
Jessica H: A bit overpriced compared to other antique shops in the area however and I’ve never managed to barter a better price even when spending hundreds! It’s however got a great selection with lots of unique pieces like the neon lights. Lots of furniture and Sheffield steel cutlery along with clothing and crockery. Has a cafe also which I’ve never been to but has plenty of people in whenever I’ve visited. The staff are a bit pretentious and rude but I think that comes with the trade in my experience!
hayley dale: Spent several hours here, also has a cafe, it's like a tardis, from the out side it looks small, but it's big, well worth a visit.
Tom Gibson: This place is great for all sorts of treasures. It's also a massive labyrinth inside.
Laurence Lowery: 30 little sections under one roof. Good variety
Stewart Mcarthur: It's an aladins cave, something for everybody, but the cafe is absolutely fantastic top quality food
Soul R: Plenty of smaller things but not much choice of any furniture. Nice enough for a wanderand plenty to catch your eye just wasn't what I was after from it really.

Loki Greathall: It was raining when I visited and this made finding the premises a bit tricky, as no goods were out front of shop which is located down the side entrance to the carpet shop. Owner was very welcoming and friendly we had a good chat whilst browsing the shop, which despite its size is like the Tardis. Will definitely be returning here again and highly recommend a visit.

Keith Fletcher: Really good picked up some nice pieces and will definitely be going back

Darren Jones: Fabulous and varied collection of collectibles.well worth a visit

Shelly Atkinson: Beautiful antique shop , and a lovely owner will go there again highly recommend x

Margaret Bennett: I ordered a vase for my daughter-in-law for Christmas and found the experience smooth and hassle-free. Thanks to the strike by Royal Mail I began to think it would never arrive but Vicky explained how and when it was sent and had used tracked post so it eventually did. It was intact thanks to her careful packing of the item and I would definitely purchase from them again.
Samantha Samantha: Lots of intriguing things in here, relatively selectively curated though eclectic ...not a junk shop.Things are clean, and in usable/display worthy condition. If you like preloved, vintage style home decor and trinkets then pop in on the first Saturday of each month and see what they've got... I imagine it will change frequently, and there will be regulars who arrive bright and early for the best picks!
Lara Nicholson: What a find! A marvellous selection of items that are just a little bit different, beautiful photographed for the website, and all at extremely affordable prices. Great customer care too.Support this independent business and order direct!
Lee Scott: Another great purchase. Thanks 👍
mark straw: We have purchased several items from this place over the past few months. The range of choice, quality of the items and price has been great. More importantly the welcome we have received from the owners each time we have visited the shop has been amazing. I have never met two people who are so incredibly passionate about what they do. I will certainly be buying more from this lovely place.I cannot recommend highly enough.Mark
Daniel Cosgrove: Amazing little place. Worth a visit. Good for fans of flea markets and antique shops.
Allison steers: First venture today absolutely loved it and made two unexpected purchases. The owners are really nice and friendly. Definitely will make this a regular stop off. Totally recommend

Sheffield Vintage: what do users think?
Richard Marshall: Great shop for vintage finds
S. Shutt: I use a walking stick and am rather unsteady on my feet, I simply couldn't move through the shop as it's so cluttered with very narrow walkways. It's a shame as I've got the cash and I love collecting! I'll never know if there's anything good in there, the only stuff I could see from the door/window looked unpromising but there might be better inside. Would not recommend for anyone with moderate mobility or sight problems, once again we are excluded. (Elsecar Antique and Collectables Centre is more accessible and a bargain can always be found, they have lots of cheap and cheerful items. I'm baffled by the fact that the owner of this business thinks that my comparison is ridiculous. Chapeltown's web page says Antiques, Vintage and Retro which is exactly the same as the individual seller's stalls at Elsecar Heritage Centre) I take on board the owners comments re disability but we are all different and the review is about my own personal experience and recommendations which is the whole point of reviews.
Laney Lazarus: Great shop, full of quirky and unique gifts. However, I do feel some of the items were extremely over priced, so check the ticket before you buy. My partner purchased a dinosaur pin badge for me, which I'd have expected to pay between £3-£5, it was no bigger than my thumb nail, it cost £8 lovely pin but not worth that price.
Debbie Brookes: It's a great shop that has a good range of products.
Joanne Shepherd (JoBone): Loads of bargains and interesting history - for every Nook-an-cranny is worth investigating!
CRAIG: Great shop loads of things to look at and buy, not many shops like these anymore, well worth a visit
David and Jax Parkin: I needed more time to have a good look around. The shop is a little rabbit warren, I didn't realise it went back as far as it does. There are items for sale everywhere you look. Not all the items are priced up, but I guess you need to ask. I will be back to visit for another proper look around.
Lorraine Grech: Great place unique staff friendly ownet
Peter Ellis: Great place for antique or vintage bargains. An aladins cave
John Wheatley: Not the place in the pictures ..very poor .. lots of expensive junk
Bryan Robinson: Its a very great place to visit plenty to browse through you'll need most of the day so i would take a flask
Julie Elliott: Interesting shopFriendly shop
David Young: Excellent place wide variety of great items
stephen acaster: Quirky place full of really unusual and odd things.
Stuart Laidlaw: First review was in error. APOLOGIES.
will gibson: Marvellous olde worlde shoppe ! Loaded to the brim with , picked up loads of snap on and the like at bargain prices! I'm a regular 😁
DON: Plenty of internal and rare items.
Fulwood phantom: Love this place, great browsing the vintage stock
sarah: Fabulous !!
Sps Sps: Grandchildren love it
Louise Walsingham: Really interesting stuff
