They kept us up to date with progress and any (minor) adjustments that needed to be made to our collaborative design. They kept to agreed timescales, and any mess was kept to a minimum with everything cleaned up once finished. The standard of their work was excellent across the piece - not only have they fitted all our internal doors; but also designed, built and fitted a suite of bespoke bedroom furniture (a corner wardroibe, and bedside units); and boxed in pipeworks in 3 rooms (including a bespoke utility work surface). I would highly recommend!

susan Simpson: Just had a kitchen fitted, by these guys. It's beautiful. They are very professional. It didn't take them long, I was kept informed about everything, what time they would arrive or any changers that were needed. I also had some oak doors fitted by them too. I can't praise them enough. Stephen Potts: Couldn't fault them from start to finish. Phoned for a quote for a replacement door and they came the following day to measure up and discuss what I wanted . Two days later they sent me a price which I was very pleased with. A date was arranged for fitting when the door was made, the fitter arrived on time and did a great job of installation leaving the site clean and tidy.Excellent job, well done 👍

samuel pearson: We had our front door and front 2 windows supplied and installed by Just Trade Windows. We got coloured frames, coloured door and triple glazed. They did a fantastic job, all how I wanted. Far cheaper than several other quotes I had, I was almost almost going to fit them myself until I came across these guys, and I’m glad I did come across them because they saved me a lot of time and effort. Had a couple of small issues with the materials settling after fitting but absolutely no problems with the aftercare that they provided on both occasions. We have recommended Just Trade Windows to several of our friends already.

Tim Gray: Pretty Disappointing Overall - I was recommended to Just Trade Windows & had them up for a quote on 11th August, a very nice & accommodating guy came & measured up with the promise of a quote in a few days which duly arrived. We were after a full house window replace & the top half of our conservatory replacing in UPVC as well at the same time ( we already have the dwarf wall / brickwork etc ) the quote was in excess of 26k so I called them & asked for an explanation as to why the quote for the conservatory was 68% more than the 11 x windows replace, I was told someone would get back to me & to put it in an e-mail which I did on the same day. Since I have heard nothing whatsoever, no reply to the call, no reply to the e-mail ! .... I very much got the impression that work is plentiful at present so I'm not expecting to hear from Just Trade Windows again, as the heading say's overall we have had a pretty disappointing experience trying to deal with Just Trade.

They replaced 7 windows in our shop, working around opening times to make sure we weren't affected, and also fitted a new bifold door at home. Raymond Read: I acquired the 'Trial 1 180th Anniversary kit' and it is absolutely beautiful. The weight and quality of tools far exceeds any of the similar style tools I have had in the past. I can tell a lot of hard work, time, thought, and care went into making these tools. While these tools are worthy of displaying in a cabinet and kept untouched, I will continue to use them and only hope to do them justice. Thank you to all those that keep the tradition of fine tool making alive.

M Lewis: Ordered a Combination Mortice/Marking Gauge Rosewood #14C online. Because of it high price, I thought I was buying a high quality tool. Upon receipt I noticed the marking pins were of different lengths (see photo). Waste of time and money. Very disappointed.In response to owner:Ordered gauge 23/Feb. Delivered 27/Feb. Notified distributor and manufacturer of faulty gauge same day. Today (3/Mar) distributor requested return of faulty gauge at my expense before replacement would be sent. More time/money/fuel wasted organising return postage.Total outlay so far is $105, and I have nothing for it. Enough is enough. Requested refund of all monies paid.

Abfa Nostobee: I bought a one man cross cut saw from Thomas Flinn. Beautifully made saw that really gets the job done and is much safer to use than a chainsaw.
Lex Comber: I cannot recommend the products and service enough. I ordered the 'wrong' saw and without hesitation this was replaced, the courier was arranged and the differences in price sorted out. The saw, an amercan tooth crosscut, is fantastic: my new chainsaw! Brilliant for logs.
Trevor Watson: I have a chisel from Thomas Flinn & Co, a chisel which is not only perfectly crafted from a functional point of view but also for its look and feel. These are working tools but more than that - they are legacy tools as well; you hand them down, I think, because they are designed to last a lifetime or two, or more. Why wouldn’t you; you can get a chisel from B&Q, but not these chisels. You cannot find better tools anywhere in the world, and couldn't experience better service. Thank you Katie.
stuart routledge: I am really glad this company exists as it dispels the commonly held view that we in the UK dont make anything anymore or if we do its not the quality as was. The products produced are excellent (I have two Clifton planes a match for anything from across the pond) customer service is great and as I have mentioned they are British. Woodworkers please support this great company and the skilled individuals that work there but as I write stock is not available (in the UK) I guess that's a testament to the product and that my fellow woodworkers recognize quality.
