TENET Productions: Greggs fell short in terms of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and pricing. The variety of items on the menu was a positive aspect, but overall, my experience was disappointing.

Jenny fields: I love the southern fried chicken sandwich from greggs warmed up. Its my favourite. It's just a pitty that sometimes they have ran out or haven't got certain sandwichs And buns left. Even at dinner time. This has happened a good few times.

Andrew Wheeler: I have never been treated so poorly along with anotherh customer was made to feel to horry up and leave muttering under there breathe for me to leave and asking for a bag wow you would have thought i asked for a kidney. I know we are in rotherham like but customer service is still a thing . Me qnd my staff order feom ther for our lunch allot of the time i think we will take our custome else where in future . Greggs your staff needs reviewing
Liam Jones: Ordered food, asked if the pizza was hot. When he gave us it was cold so gave him it back and said can I change it because it's cold and he said it was hot and basically called us a liar. The young lad needs some simple customer skills

MisterAuster: Waiting in a ten minute queue since it was busy, fine. Got to the front and stepped in front of a service window. The employee walks off and starts doing other jobs.Thought, fine he’ll be back in a sec, meanwhile the queue behind me slowly being served at the other window. Frustrating, but fine.The trainee serving them then asked loudly whose next without even using common sense to look around. Before I could interject, some cretin steps in and starts there order. I had my daughter with me all the while so didn’t want to kick up a fuss.I waited about 20 minutes not to be served so went to Subway next door instead. Busy or not, just horrible service.

Rich B: Popped in here a couple of times for lunch when working at the office, the staff are always friendly and helpful.
megan plant: Went in to get a sandwich at lunch time and by the time i got to the front of the queue there was this confused lady in-front of me not knowing which staff she was getting served by so she stood in between each cashier. Then one of the staff shouted ‘next please’ and she went to them and the same never of staff shouted NO at her repeatedly talking to her like a dog and telling her to move so that I could get served. Appalling customer service, it was very disgusting.
Leah Pawl: I just brought a tuna roll and was eating it out of its packaging, it got half way down so I removed from packaging to discover a bite out the other end 😩🤮I feel sick now. I’ve just unknowingly shared a sandwich with a stranger. I feel violated
