The Stag Medical Centre is situated overlooking the Stag roundabout at the junction of Wickersley Road and Herringthorpe Valley Road. The Rose Court Surgery is situated on the corner of Rosemary Road and Bawtry Road, Wickersley, in the main shopping area.

There are car parks and full access for people with disabilities or who use wheelchairs, at both surgeries. Major bus routes serve both surgeries.

The practice has been well established as a general medical practice in Rotherham for over 40 years now and in recent years has expanded dramatically.

Greenside Surgery is a training practice, We have two partners, Dr N R Ravi and Dr N Rajagopal. Dr N R Ravi is a GP trainer, we also employ 1 Salaried GP , Dr Hannah Gough. The Practice is forward thinking and is supportive to GP training.

The practice operates a zero tolerance policy in order to protect staff and patients from unwanted abuse, intimidation and attacks. Violent patients will be reported to the police and immediately struck off the practice list. Abusive and intimidating patients will be reported to the practice management team. Clifton Medical Centre has made the difficult decision to commence a Consultation with our patients and stakeholders to help us decide whether to apply for the closure of our Wickersley branch surgery. The decision to review the future of the branch surgery has not been taken lightly and the well-being of patients remains the priority.

The purpose of this survey is to consider the views of our patients and stakeholders and understand more fully what the impact of the change may be. We want to hear your thoughts.

This survey is part of the formal consultation process; the consultation opened on Monday 4th April 2022 and will close on Friday 24th June 2022.

The NHS is well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases and has put in place measures to ensure the safety of patient and NHS staff whilst also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.

Any Appeals regarding fines etc. should be made to ARD Park Ltd Quoting their reference Number.
