Asda Rotherham Superstore: what do users think?
Diane McMullan: Love coming to asda
Sura Jasim: A grocery store combined with a small cafe. Plenty of deli counters for fresh meat, cheese and baked goods. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.
judith Simmonds: Very nice clean store helpful and friendly staff can pick up some good bargains clothes are great fit and reasonably priced always plenty of choice. Only bug bear is they have closed their cafes down.
Sean W: Asda has got to be the worst supermarket for ramping up prices since this crisis began with energy and fuelAbsolutely ridiculous there prices even Morrisons are cheaper nowHonestly don’t waste a penny on Asda
Daniel Murphy: Shocking customer service, needed help at the scan and go check out in which 2 member of staff was disgustingly rude towards me when needing help and I don't think swearing is appropriate towards another member of staff, WONT BE RETURNING
Zoe Kate B: Shopped here quite a while. We’ve always done click and collect and EVERY single time there’s ALWAYS substitutes or items unavailable meaning we have to go elsewhere to buy the items you don’t have in stock. Won’t be shopping here again.
Fat lad reviews: Staff are very ignorant and can't ask them anything as they are too busy running you down with them trolleys snap is cheap, but nowt makes any sense in the aisle everything all over the place
Philip Wilson: Mega la don😂😂
chris stone: ASDA has decent produce at very reasonable prices, but the service recently as become uncaring at best.
M Taylor: Very good service easy to use helpful staff
Karen O'Connor: Large supermarket, usually has what I need, clean, cold by the freezer's,nice store made bread just what you would expect
Andrew Curry: Just popped in for some food and soft drinks to take fishing with me at 6.30am the store is really clean and you can find what you want easier by looking at the overhead cards all in all a good shopping experience
Jonathan Mannion: Home shopping came again and again I had to send things back?
Itz Noah: Good store, staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful, as was the cleaner. My only suggestion is if there’s no cafe, maybe introducing some sort of takeout food stand or food warmer.
Andy Ellis: Used to be the best shop in the area. Many other shops to choose from. You have to ask for the tills to be on and then usually wait 15 mins. Rubbish.Nice clothing cheap cost but usually fighting around the pickers. Much better options locally
Lauren Day: Great store
Mark Cockram: Disgusting. Pay day for many. Two till operators on. Nobody answering the phone. Queuing down the aisles. Get a grip ASDA. Covid is over now.
Matt Watkins: The messiest and most disorientated asda I've been to in my life. Departments and customer flow is crazy
Martin Carr: Good place to shop all you need under one roof
Elle E: Really like this branch. Always fully stocked plenty of staff on hand and never really had to wait at the tills long.
Janet Campbell: I love browsing in this store, I always find lots to purchase.

Tesco Superstore: what do users think?
Angel Candy: some what okay, everytime i walk in after work most the staff give me a dirty stare just because im a teen and will follow me around however ive only started coming here recently for work so it confuses me alot for some reason. However prices are decent and its never really busy
Diana Stableford: Excellent
Phil Allen: Good location, plenty of choice on all items
Chloe D: Some rude staff that seem to have the "argue with the customer" mentality over basically nothing that would warrant an argument. Some of the staff hover over when you're using self checkout, making people feel uncomfortable.
Colin Myers: Had all but one item I went for, lady on till was pleasant and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant visit.
Jamie Jackson: Very friendly staff.
Phil Middleton: Local and handy
Adrian McKenzie: Friendly staff and good choice of grocery items.
van dam parmo: Popped in to get a weekly shop..nothing on the shelves on a Saturday 1pm!..as you enter, straight in front of you is the fruit and veg department then noticed hardly any fresh fruit and veg products even basic things like, grapes and potatoes, next no packed meats, pies, yogurts, cheeses this is the front of shop (that's where the impressions are made about the quality of the shop begins) futher into the shop all the main freezers empty but had plenty of bags of ice for sale..waste of time left the trolley and walked out, ended up going to aldi down the road..yes aldi don't sell well know brands but the shelves were full and being constantly refilled..and tesco wonder why they struggle to compete with other companies loads of staff but no basic food items..lost another customer..aldi from now on.
David and Jax Parkin: First time visiting tesco at Hoyland today. To be honest it was a bit of a waste of time. On the hottest day ever 37 degrees, I wanted a fan and a paddling pool for my granddaughter. Unfortunately they didn't have either. It also looked as though the display fridges and freezers had broken / stopped working and the staff were putting up barriers and emptying freezers (poor people of all days for it to happen). A very small store, I was a little disappointed.
Shelby Teale: Wasn’t allowed to but alcohol even though I had my ID because I’m nearly 19 but my boyfriend didn’t have his and because of this and the ‘group’ we were in a group is more than three, there was two of us. Not to mention my mother went in after staying in the car with my nephew and went in with my boyfriend and didn’t even challenge her. Like an 18 year old can adopt, own a house, vote etc…and all we got told was because it was a new policy like what?
Paul Walton: Great place and staff was great
Shane Peake: Call in at hoyland to get bit's and Bob's and a lovely young assistant help me with my shopping I've never had any body ask me if I need help but she did and I thought that was brilliant thank you so much for the help
joshua walker: Amazing place they their are massive Iles so you can still social distance from other shops and the price of everything is really cheap compared to other stores the staff is friendly at the supermarket and if you ever need any help working the self service machines generally they have some one their that can help. The supermarket sells everything that you would want for a typical family meal
Julie Wilson: Well stocked staff really helpful
T Myers: Nice store and usually well stocked. Unfortunately, none mask wearers are unchallenged and this is very frustrating for normal shoppers. A the start of the pandemic there was a 'meet & greet' system. This needs to be put back in place and masks given to none wearers! Omicron is more infectious and masks should be worn!
hazel deane: Love this branch of Tesco. Always well stocked. Friendly staff and always plenty of staff on the check outs.
Sue Pearson: Good
owen davies: Friendly staff, the black security guard is also like a greeter and welcomes and says hello to everyone coming in he is excellent. Good selection for a small store, very helpful staff, good parking and electric car charging.never had a bad experience here it is a good Tesco's always well stocked clean and a pleasant place to shop
Jack Conway: Tesco at hoyland is an excellent place to shop .friendly helpful staff cannot recommend this store enough
Teri Leanne Jones: Disgusting how they treat the staff!!!

Imran Khan: Lodsa parking space inside asda car park... easy access location... Big store! No Halal fresh meat option though..
Moid Mohammad: Great products at affordable prices
Tayba Ibrar: Good variety and manage to find most things on our list
No name alt: Has travelators, lifts (elevators) & stairs & parking big with 2hr parking
Charlie: Took 15 minutes for pizza woman to even acknowledge the pizza order. I ordered with her 15 mins ago and still not started it. She’s been too busy chatting up the man stocking up the butter next door to where she’s working. I know because I’ve walked past her SIX TIMES and she’s still stood there. The audacity is outrageous.
Gill Podoski: Cafe was not very good lots of food not available
Wayne & Angie: Just ok.
Terry Wykes: Great shopping experience
Ryan Fox: Plenty of parking, wide varied selection, friendly staff, bit of a bear to get out as roundabout usually busy but not their fault.
Alan Deloughry: Need to put info about the door up the stairs being out of order. At the bottom of the stairs not just on the door. Not being steady on my legs this was a big problem.
David Augustine Wolemonwu: The experience I had with their pharmacy was highly unprofessional. Misplaced my prescription, I had to wait more than 24 hrs to get it back.
ashley malkin: OK
Shahid Bashir: Amazing
Jon Booth: Everything you need
lucky sithole: One stop shop.well priced
Susan Kitson: Always shop here finding what I need and love rewards scheme
Scott B: Went in here a couple of weeks a go at 9:30pm, got refused service because I only had cash and was told "it's card only" repeatedly.

Shelly G: Friendly staff

Asda Sheffield Drakehouse Superstore: what do users think?
Julie Hayes: Been today... young lady on the parcel collection... was so so helpful... didn't catch her name .. but I was stuck with a retun .. and she helped me so much .. polite and very patient thank you flower 🌼
Ann Adams: what's happening with this store went to do my weekly shop only 2 tills open out off the 5 that are left queues down the aisle and queues at the self service checkouts more staff stood talking in groups on the self service checkout than helping try putting some of these on the checkouts to get the queue down next week i'm going to try sainsburys just down the road at crystal peaks can't be as bad as asda is these days
Alfred Stone: Good store. The staff will always help. Prices.
Ryan Clayton: Guys what actually is this?Happy birthay?!
Cristian Farcas: 👌 Nicely
Julie Hague: Well stocked, friendly helpful staff, great range.
Christopher Booth: Always running out of the best selling products they should order more Sunday's there's nothing on the selves.
Katie Thompson: If I could give this place and company 0, I would. So tonight I have had the 3rd delivery cancelled within a few months. No explanation just that it’s cancelled.I complained last time my order did not turn up and (without prejudice) their call centres are abroad. The lady I spoke to had no idea what I was saying and I eventually got so frustrated I just left it without taking it further. On that occasion I ordered party food to be delivered for a major family occasion with all my family attending and just got told it was cancelled. I was offered £5 credit, which did not even cover the delivery. When I asked for the matter to be escalated so I could talk to a team leader/manager I was told I would get a call within 3 days. After 5 days I called back and got told again I would hear from them within 3 days. Another 3 days, I called back and yet again got told I would 100% get a call after I told them I had been let down time and time again. By this point it was 2 months after my initial complaint. So I called back for someone to say “it’s December, why are you making a complaint over something that happened in October” I tried to explain it has been going on since then. but her English was bad and didn’t understand. I asked for all the call recordings on several occasions (as I know I’m legally entitled) but are still yet to receive these.Ombudsman is on bored with the treatment and I hope I will get justice soon
John Wombell: Good with friendly staff
Aaron Hollingsworth (Hotash): It's more roomy for powerchairs than shelves close together like some outlets
Russell Watts: It's an Asda!
Jean Matthews: Shelves not full
C C: Amazing staff, everything easy to find and great deals
Leni W Lenihan (Leni): Perfect for shopping and they sell prime drinks that kids love these days
Roger Searle: 👍
Shawn Coulson: Just the ticket.
Rachael Donson: Sick and tired of there been no baskets or small trollies, I live at the side of asda drakehouse so go most days and there is never no baskets I have to go all the way down to checkouts to find my own, even on days when there dosnt seem to be many people in or many cars in car park, such a pain they need to refill the baskets more or employ more staff so someone can
Justin Jose: Great place for all your grocery needs and more. Ample of parking.
Michelle King: Self service an absolute nightmare, I nearly gave up and left the shopping, every other thing it didn't recognise in bagging area, it's a bloody joke, when they only have one person to deal with everything that goes wrong. I won't go for a quick shop again.
Andrea: Never order online again didn't deliver my stuff rob me of £10 try call all get is answer voice message
Pamela Tillery: Good choices, lovely helpful staff
