Ross was super helpful and took the time to answer a few questions I had, even when he was right in the middle of fixing another bike and had a tight deadline. Would highly recommend Evans Cycles and Ross if you need anything regarding bicycles!

We had some new parts added to the used bike and we were very happy with the price of the bike and parts. The bike looked like new when we collected after the new parts added and bike cleaned and service. We will definitely shop here again. Great shop.

Andy: I purchased a brand new focus e bike from pitsford cycles and they were really un helpful regarding anything after the point of sale, even though I had paid for a two year service agreement.I phoned this shop, booked my bike in, they said I could wait for it to have its first check up and take it away. job done. That's the service I want , not someone with an attitude thinking they are doing me a favour by checking a bike over that they just sold me for three grand. I'd rather drive 60 miles to this shop than take it to Pitsford. Thanks for taking the time to help me out. Much appreciated.. update. As I expected, this shop serviced my bike today with a friendly helpful attitude. Good shop.Update in march 2024.Sadly my Bosch performance line CX motor developed a noise peddling hard uphill. It was by this time seven months out of warranty but this shop acted on my behalf and fitted a brand new motor free of charge through Bosch. Doubt you'll get that sort of service anywhere else. Top marks.

They did a top job and it was at a very good price compared to competitors. The staff are really knowable and are bikers themselves, so they really understand your needs. I will be back soon!

Sebastian James Devereux: My Car got a flat outside the shop and as I went to put the spare on I realised I didn’t have my jack. I went into the shop and asked if any of them had one I could borrow. They were very happy to help, however, it wasn’t as straight forward as that. My cars lowered so we couldn’t fit a Jack underneath it. The staff came out and helped me figure it out. At the end of it all they refused to even let me buy them coffees. As a keen mountain biker, these generous and kind folk will have my business from now on. 🤘

Rex Lambourn: Little up hill battle with them as to fitting my battery as said not bought from them therefore wouldn't fit. Nothing on site that I could find saying only if purchased from them and eventually manager said would allow fit only if exactly as in car. Sad but was the same and then fitted battery. For nil was happy to pay £20 for fit but as a Halfords premium customer said was free. Shame though I needed to go through as the hassle just to get my battery fitted. As advertised fitting for £20 nothing made clear only if battery supplied from Halfords. Halfords couldn't supply the battery spec that I wanted so purchased elseware . And customer services extreamly poor with any help sad experience from Halfords although finally resolved in the end..

Ben Harper: So I ordered a lovely shiny new Specialised Fuse and it arrived with a problem with the rebound on the fork. I took it to the nearest dealer and after a quick look they decided it needed to go back under warranty which was pretty annoying for a brand new bike. So again contacted the Newbury store. No problem, they got a bike in from a different store, built it to my weight and literally hand delivered it and picked up the old one. First class and they didn't even ask me to write this. Top marks.
