Before I knew it I had them and a great jumper that was reduced to an amazing price. I don’t normally shop in Gant but the staff were so nice and made me feel like a regular. Love my new jeans! Toby Green: This review covers my sales experience from the store manager and Ben a sales assistant Soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked what I was looking for from the manager and after explaining I had 2 suits I liked and wanted to leave with one today was shown my second choice as the other unfortunately wasn't in stock and I needed to purchase a suit on that day. I have no experience in purchasing or judging a suit and asked many questions thought my time there and all were answered professionally by both of them . I was handed over to Ben a sales assistant after getting the blazer taliored to me for the waistcoat and throusers and Ben really went above and beyond showing me all the options I could go for and searched up and down for certain items such as a shirt that would fit me well with my longer reach to the perfect pair of cuff links. I was always presented many choices and when asked what his personal recommendation was he offered that as well I never felt rushed or silly for any question and wanted to make sure the work here was recognized I hope Ben and the manager keep delivering such a high quality service and I hope to be back in the future for my second suit! Talioring was also done and really gave the suit the fitting wow factor highly recommend service in itself

The minute I walked into slaters I was greeted by a gentleman whose name was Tony, his service and knowledge was nothing less than exceptional. Chris Frenzel: Nice shopping environment with plenty of choice. Products tend to be of the higher end of the market with a lot of big name brands. It's great to have a brows round and look at some lovely items.That's not to say I've never bought anything from them, I have many times as they can be the cheapest and good customer service too.

However, a big thank you to Simon who works in the baby department at the Reading store who went above and beyond to help me source an item that was showing online as in stock in store, but wasn’t actually there on the shop floor when I went to look. I really appreciated the time he took to help me resolve this issue and order it to a local Waitrose store instead.
