They are a joy to deal with and the standout individuals at Jacobs include Melissa and of course Adam himself. I look forward to many more years of continued good customer relationship management, with a refreshingly personal touch - totally superior to any high street competition.

She was always talking to my wife about the rings even though I knew more about them and did most of the talking, when I would ask a question she would reply to my wife.It might just be that we had a bad member of staff on a bad day, but overall not a great experience when we were just looking for some advice.

I was contacted by Jeanette, she is a very lovely lady and she made it all very easy for me. I told her the ring I wanted, and the ring size and she took care of the rest. I am very happy with the service and the short time it took for the ring to arrive, and my new fiancée is very, very happy indeed.

Great service, excellent value and I whole heartily reccomend Jacobs.

Amy: Poor customer service, talk down to you.Bought an engagement ring here, 9K white gold, shouldn't scratch very easily, certainly not more easily than higher karats. Within one day of wearing this it looked more scratched than an 18K ring I've worn for years. Hence why I went in, I was concerned maybe there was a defect or something had gone wrong with the ring.Initial lady I spoke to didn't seem to know how to handle my query. Presumably the higher manager was patronising to say the least. I was not treated with the compassion of a woman with a damaged engagement ring. I had explained to me multiple times ah well jewellery does scratch, and well when it comes into contact with things it scratches - no duh - I've worn jewellery of higher karats, and worn it for many years and not had such scratching. She even started describing ah well metal is soft, again no duh, I have a degree in chemistry with a focus on metals, and I know 9K white gold should not scratch so much on the first day of wear when the wearer is being most precious about it.There was no compassion of oh dear let's have a look and see what the problem could be or oh maybe it just needs a more regular clean or polish. Just nope nope normal, don't you know metals scratch.Think I'll take my insurance elsewhere for my ring. Evidently shoddy quality, not compassionate, and patronising service. Unfortunately the ring is no longer returnable, otherwise that's exactly what I'd be doing and I'd find another engagement ring (I bought this one because I couldn't resist, evidently I should have)

Vinod Reddy: The store assistant manager and sales person are super rude and Show all signs of being racist. They kept on mentioning there is potential treat in my credit card. I am from the US an they did not even care to listen or understand. I did atleast 10 purchases in the same mall with out any trouble. I am not sure how will they detect transaction failure with out even swipping or tapping the card. I coulnd believe thry deny to sell me a watch entirely because they thought I am not worth buying. My card card is working fine. It has signature on the back, they made me show my US drivers license, checked the picture on the card, signature and still denyed selling me. I had to go to the nesrest ATM, pay international withdrawl fees and pay them in cash. The store manager did not even care to say a sorry for all the trouble they put me thru worst experience. Either the sales person and asst manager are dumb or plain racists with zero willingness to listen. Its simple, they did not allow me to swipe the card and then came up intellegent decision to come to a conlusion which is meaningless.

Danni Zhu: My wife and I bought a pair of cufflinks from this place as a gift to my father. However when it arrived at the store, it looked very different to what was shown on their website. The diamond was dim and much smaller than what's in the photo, and the box also had patches of paper scraps and damages. We wanted to return it on the spot but was told by one shop assistant that we have 30 days return window so we can think about it. We accepted this suggestion which turned out to be the biggest mistake we made.After a week of searching and browsing we made up our mind to return the cufflinks as there are much better options elsewhere. However the manager declined the return request, claiming that there are so many scratches on the cufflinks that she won't be able to sell it to the other customers. Ironically, we have never ever taken it out of the box since we took it home. As I said that, the manager stated that all sold goods are inspected by them and if it was like this (i.e. so many scratches) at the point of sale, they would have never sold it to me. Immediately the exact shop assistant who suggested to us to take the cufflinks home pointed out that she saw us checking it when we took the cufflinks. This was such a shock to my wife and I thought that the so-called "scratch" were the intrinsic nature of the material or design, because it was inspected by the shop assistant at the point of sale and no red flags were raised. In the end, the manager insisted that the return is not possible and I should take it up with their customer services. Most certainly it would be hard for us to get the money back since I have no proof that the cufflinks were given to us at its present state and it would their word against ours.I would strongly advise everyone to avoid EJ given their disgraceful practice. Moreover, if you want to return something, return it on the spot so you won't go through the same drama we had.
Rajesh Kumar: Hi I went there I gave my watch to them for repaired they did not do anything not even her behavior was really bad I was really very disappointed moreover I have insurance of my watch when I bought it , on that time they said you will cover any damage at all but now there are completely changed , and I asked her why they are taking so long employ said that I don't know , if you all agree with me please help me and we will take action against them.

Bea: Most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced! I went with my Mother’s friend yesterday and she was looking for some jewellery for herself. The shop-floor was only manned by one man until the manager came out and served us. Not only was she rude upon the initial greeting but was too lazy and stubborn to even check prices for the items my friend was looking to purchase. Was evidently frustrated and expressed this with her colleague. Had zero patience and makes me question her position in power. Absolutely horrible customer service and would never buy anything from them!

Next day after receiving the ring we went to the store with receipt to exchange the size and a lady called Beverley refused to exchange the ring.The ring does not fit any of my fingers so no use to me ...and they flat out refused to exchange.Wrong information given once purchased. They only care about making a sale and not customer satisfaction!Do not recommend at all ...Poor service!!

Mathu A: Visited the store around 1.30pm today 20th June. The lady at the counter was very unprofessional, looks like she was still finishing her lunch. Asked me to enter the emailaddress for receipt - refused to give me a paper receipt.
Ur Mom: the jewellery is nice in there but the staff isn’t very nice and the system of having to write in your email to get a receipt is very annoying
Bee: lovisa has cool earings and i love that there are mirrors all around the shop so i can have a look . nice rings too .
Lauryn White: Love the earrings here, but I was in the store about 8 minutes to closing time and I felt absolutely rushed - I was told in a very rude manner 3 times by staff that the store is ‘closed’ so I need to come to the till (even though it wasn’t 5pm yet). Then when I purchased the earrings, at 16:56, the lady didn’t say a word to me, quickly wrapped it and handed it to me without a bag.
Claire Knott: Visited your store today. The sleeve of my jacket knocked a small row of earrings off the shelve. I picked them up to put them back but it had snapped. Before I could do anything a member of staff came over and tutted at me as I was explaining what had happened. She didn’t even acknowledge me speaking to her. So very rude and disrespectful. I’m old enough to be the girls mother so it’s not as if I was messing around. Myself and my daughter had a selection of things to buy but we put them back and spent our money elsewhere. We won’t be returning.

Ben M: My 11 yo daughter was very nervous of getting her 2nd lobe piercings. She didn’t feel comfortable in a body piercing shops - too clinical and intense. She preferred a piercing gun so we opted for a more comfortable salon or jewelry shop setting. We arrived at Lovisa, with me thinking that the informal shop setting and young assistant might be a mistake. How wrong I was! My daughter felt at ease in a brightly lit shop with music and a friendly young lady - who spent more time getting the location just right than the body piercing shop did. The result: perfect placement and my daughter is beaming from ear to ear. Very happy!

H P: I’ve had a mixed experience here. I’ve got piercings here before and they have been great. However, recently I went to get my 4th pierced and I was pierced with the wrong earring, it was huge and looked ridiculous so I had to take it out when I got home. I also was charged for the wrong one. I wanted the £19 earrings but instead was charged for crystal ones which were £24. Disappointing as I’ve never had any problems before but I won’t be going back as I essentially paid to have no piercing.
Louise Russell: UNQUALIFED STAFFMy younger sister got her ears pierced last September everything was fine but last week her earing was caught and got pulled out causing her earlobe to split. We thought it was just where it was all caught up but it's only when we went back to a&e yesterday as the glue hadn't helped so went to get it reglued that's when the hospital staff had told us that the women had pierced it had done it too far down and it was bound to happen. Due to this my sisters ear may not fully heal and has been warned if the glue doesn't help this time they may have to leave it. Obviously we weren't aware how low it was supposed to be but the women piercing it should've known it was too low down as she was meant to be trained in this.

The accessories were all organised by colour which was really helpful. The products that they produce are of good quality, good value for money and unique. The products are stylish and the packaging is really good as well.
