Waitrose & Partners Reading: what do users think?
carol bartlett: I love how well Waitrose mange the covid situation and manage people. Love the quality of the products if a little dearer than some supermarkets
Immy: Excellent customer service from the kind man working on the frozen section this evening. He went out of his way to help us
Darrel Stubbs: Good all round place to shop... staff very helpful & reliable... exellent cafè... cash machine & parking is good...
andrew laney: Nice range off leaf teas
Abdul Saleh: Abdul Rauf Ahmed Saleh Omar Gemma Louise Duckett Daniel Manning 20th century fox Film Corporation Inc
Martin Rafferty: Nice supermarket, loads of choice and good quality food etc.
David Forster: Good selection as you would expect
simon jones: All that you can want in the way of food and drink with plenty of parking and a coffee shop. As always a good selection of fresh vegetables, bakery goods, and meat. There's a click and collect desk for John Lewis purchases and a good self scan system- you do have to have a My Waitrose card to use it.
Sarah Botting: Fantastic
Bjorn Ross: FALSE ADVERTISING & TASTELESSThe bowl contains boiled rice with a few lumps of scrambled egg, neither have ever seen the shadow of a wok or frying pan - NOT fried in any way. It is simply plain boiled rice, and although there are some petits poir here and there (small green beans) - I had serious difficulties to find any remains of spring onion and ginger. Absolutely tasteless...
Kathy Turner: Staff are friendly and helpful. A lovely place to shop.
Stuart Goodall: Alright
Letícia M. Ventura: Large aisles, fresh sushi available, good variety and quality. There are some items that definitely worth buying at Waitrose and this store is great.
Paul Martin: Nice produce
Keith Ingram: Our Christmas order was completely wrong and made up with substitutes. No notice given and we found out only upon collection. Things go wrong I get that but how it's dealt with is the thing you remember. A big thank you to Julie the manager who did her very best to put things right in the Reading store. You should be proud of her and in your training Christmas is back on for my 92 year old mother x
N Ro: Unpleasant experience, rude people
Brian Dawber: Never had a bad experience at Waitrose. Staff are friendly and approachable.Great to be able to click and collect here for items ordered at John Lewis.
Jane Jemmott: Very busy long wait
John Southern: Like every other supermarket 🛒 prices have gone up. But still top quality and you know what you are getting for your money.
K: We had a quick coffee and snack from the Waitrose cafe.. Pleasantly surprised to see something like that was there ..👍
Diana Hannah: You can find most things you need in waitrose and all good quality and fairly priced

Bumbles and Boo Ltd: what do users think?
Lindsay McCafferty: I wish i could give you more than 5 stars! Customer service is amazing! Very accommodating and helped me numerous times to arrange delivery. Would highly recommend and can't wait for the gift to arrive. Thank you
Ersin Arayan: Thank you bumbles and boo for helping me pick a hamper basket for my sister in laws baby and it’s been the best customer service I’ve ever had in a long time and customer service advisor Samatha has been brilliant helping me with everything about my order I will recommend bumbles and boo to family and friends
Georgia: I honestly couldn’t recommend more highly,The kindest , most caring company, who really go out of there way to help. You can really tell how much they care about their customers and are such genuinely lovely people, can’t thank them enough ❤️
Lauren Lock: I placed an order via the website but needed this at short notice. I emailed to ask if this could be shipped asap and Louise said that the order would be shipped the next working day. I was thrilled when this was delivered the day after which was earlier than I expected! The gift was beautifully wrapped and presented. Would definitely recommend!
Shereen Adam: We ordered a beautiful baby hamper and put the new mum’s address for shipping. Dpd attempted a delivery once then took it to a convenience store. There is no option for re-delivery. Now we need to collect it and ship it ourselves which defeats the whole purpose of the shipping. If only i could cancel the whole thing
Sam Church: Communications errors to begin with but was called by the Co-Founder who really put everything right. Always keen to use smaller independents. Thanks
Emma Ryder-Phillips: Loved my hamper. Beautifully wrapped and really good quality items
Lorraine Hopkins: I ordered the beautiful baby hamper for my second grandchild due September. His mummy and daddy were over the moon with all the products inside and how beautifully gift wrapped the hamper was.Thankyou Bumblesandboo for your help and getting the order delivered promptly.L Hopkins
bridget cooke: Hamper much smaller than expected, so disappointed. The ‘Guess how much I love you’ book smaller than A5, also paperback copy so not one a baby could hold or enjoy. Dressing gown and bunny rabbit very soft.
Caz: Customer service went above & beyond for me to ensure I would receive the item in time for my new nephew. The hamper itself and everything within is stunning and fabulous quality - I couldn't be happier, thank you so much!
Mandy Marchant: I ordered one of the baby boy hampers for my friend. She sent me photos of the amazing gift wrapping and the presentation of the gift was beautiful. I would definitely recommend, the delivery was quick and I was very pleased with the service
Habeeb Kamal: My wife and I ordered a hamper from Bumbles and Boo. The hamper looked fantastic in the picture and after personalisations and postage the cost was approximately £65. I feel the hampers are very small for the price. The quality of the products are good however sourcing similar quality items yourself, which we did in the end, would be a lot cheaper. We requested to return, and Bumbles and Boo were happy to refund the product. They requested us to take pictures so we did. It was at that point we first opened the package, and realised it was the wrong hamper and was for someone else. We’re really glad we had it delivered to our house as we had initially wanted to get this sent directly to our friends house. If we had gone ahead with that option it really wouldn’t have been ideal or easy to sort the return out as our friends live aprox’ 50 miles away.We informed Bumbles and Boo of this. We also requested to be reimbursed for the postage to return the item, as even if we had kept the product, we would have had to return it due to it being a different customers item. We attached the first class tracked postage receipt in an email to Bumbles and Boo however did not receive reimbursement for this. We followed up with an email asking about this however did not receive a reply. I felt like that was not very good customer service.Overall the hamper was cute but over priced in my opinion. The customer service was okay but I felt like our follow up email was ignored.
Brad Peterson: What beautiful gifts! The hampers are absolutely stunning - somehow, even better than the photos which already look beautiful. There were a couple of substitutions but the team are clearly very careful to pick the best items as the ones they subbed in were even better than what I'd ordered, so thank you for taking such care. Also, a slight delay with the courier but their communication was superb and quickly resolved it. Thank you so, so much for such a wonderful gift which was incredibly well received! I could not recommend you highly enough!
Kirsty Tabern Tabern: I can't recommend this company enough! Not only are their products amazing little gifts! I recently purchased a gift for my friend and they didn't recieve the parcel as it was stolen!! I informed the company knowing it wasn't their fault and with their excellent customer service they offered to re-post the item i purchased! Thank you, I will continue to support this company
maxula mayorga: One of my closest friends is due soon and I was looking for something special and unique as I know the baby already has everything she needs.. and then I found this AMAZING shop online!! I just couldn’t believe how cute and delicate was all, I could spend hours looking at everything! and it is even better in person! Everything looks so carefully selected and made.. ❤️ I am buying all my presents here from now on❤️ Highly recommended!
Sally Hazell: Fantastic service and beautiful baby hamper. Would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Holland & Barrett: what do users think?
Samara Carmella: If I could give zero stars I would. I received a message on the 16/05/23 regarding my order being ready for collection. I left work early and arrived by 7:15pm and it was closed with no one to been seen. Luckily the lady on the phone from customer service has sorted it out that my parcel will be delivered for me tomorrow instead. I travelled all the way across reading in traffic, to not be able to collect my order. I am very disappointed!!
Cam: I wanted to buy several vitamins and new employee acted in rude manner, had not updated prices of products in the store and then would not apply my discount as asked politely! Avoid these kind of people at all costs! Previous manager was nice and friendly but these type of staff make the whole experience bad. They don't accept they had made mistakes and act in a disrespectful way.
Michelle D: New manager in the store who was very helpful to me.Massive range of great products.
Anita A: Manager Holland and Barrett at Napier rd Tesco reading need to learn how to speak. Rude, arrogant women, thinks she owns the bloody store! Avoid this store. No respect how to speak to customers… need manners!
robert bottrill: Kirsten served me to that which she termed was the most comprehensive COVID 19/Omicron kit that had been presented to her & one she would have recommended. She was most helpful when I explained I didn’t know what I was doing or where to start looking.Thank you Kirsten for your kindness and patience.Holland & Barrett🎶shopping🎶NACVITAMIN D & Chigh strength 4000 units initial doseZINC initial strength 50 unitsSELENIUMQUERCETIN
Amine Mecifi: Good Holland & Barrett shop located inside the Tesco. It's a separate business really so you pay anything you take from that store there and not at the Tesco tills. It's really well furnished. You will find shampoo, cream, vitamins, chocolate, honey... But no fresh nuts as in most HB stores. But still, you can find nearly everything you need.Staff is nice but they never leave the till or engage with the customer. A bit in apathetic mode if you ask me. They should drop their iPhones and start going to customers as it's the norm in other HB stores.

Waitrose & Partners Caversham: what do users think?
Skoobie: It's not so large as to be daunting.
s Wi: NO COFFEE MACHINE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICELuckily the GeoCafé is 2mins walk away.Great staff, really good local store and, because the local chains have increased their prices so much, it has become cheaper for many products.
David Lawton: Great products and first class staff.Good to go early.Busy Friday.Easy pick up for zJL orders
Mick Simmons: Small branch of Waitrose so it can get a bit crowded. The staff inside the fairly well stocked store are helpful as ever.Despite a few recent price cuts, it's still way more expensive than Aldi for similar quality
Tel Bane: 👍
John Clifford: Good basic waitrose
Paul Covacic: Nice branch and good range
Yorkshire Rose: Always good quality food and great customer service
Susan: Rather disappointed in this waitrose. Small dark overcrowded. Person on till was coughing continuously. But on the plus side the carpark is free and huge.
guy burford: A good sh with lots of choices
natalie Myers: Super helpful on the fish counter!Packed my prawns in extra ice.Sincere chat about uni 😊.Positive store experience 👍🏼
Michael James Lawrence: Great little store. Well staffed some great bargain finds to be had.
kumar sanket: It a nice big shops with so many options, lot of varieties in wine and groceries.
Paolo Pepe: Lovely staff and all the needed is available
eleanor jones: I had a wonderful experience at Waitrose Caversham, especially thanks to the picker young Victoria, she really went above and beyond and helped me with any queries I had and ensured I was content with everything, she truly is a credit to Waitrose
Michael Parry: It's a Waitrose. Good quality but a bit expensive. Did their best to keep everyone safe during COVID but few people wear masks now.
Toni Hunter: It was amazing only wish I had a branch in dartmouth where I live The staff were so helpful and you have the most amazing stock of goods.to choose from and they have a very good wine selection pricing is good also. Mrs Toni Hunter
George: Recently introduced weight sensitivity on the self checkout scales. Wastes so much time with constant errors needing staff to sort it out. Shopping experience definitely going downhill, and fast.
Christine Hooper: Just a quick stop for milk!
Dr Snaith: Currently at home with Covid isolating. I ordered an online delivery which was all prepared and packed. I called Waitrose the morning of my delivery and asked if there was any way I could get strepsils added to my order because my throat is so sore. There was no way of me making payment but Waitrose just added them to my delivery for free. Amazing customer care, thank you Waitrose!
Ben B: I've moved from London so I'm used to grocery stores being packed and chaotic. This waitrose feels so peaceful. I love how the staff seem to know one another and seem happy. The layout is great.

Holland & Barrett: what do users think?
Emily Dtone: What I find about Holland & Barrett. The staff are very helpful. I've just started trying these new vegan drink.
Alisha Rizwan: I came today and received some extremely helpful advice from a supervisor who I believe was named Siman but am not 100% sure of. He was also really polite, so I will definitely return
D D: I have never felt more offended and racially profiled in my life I was in the queue to pay there were two cashiers then when it was my turn to pay they employee had the audacity to call the customers from the adjacent queue for payment claiming “they came first” Bare in mind there is two cashiers with two queues not one. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN !!!!
Cristina Sabater-Leonard: Really lovely member of staff (manager I think!) was extremely helpful and gave me some wonderful advice! Extremely knowledgeable and caring!
Cathy Cooper: Holland and Barrett is getting more rubbish all the time. They've gone from having a reasonable supply of proper food and a lot of pills to being a shop full of supplements with very little food. Apparently the pandemic has sent everyone into a supplement frenzy. Do people really believe this is a better way of strengthening their immune system than eating a healthy diet?
Alina L (AL): Easy shopping
Tori Lorvig: I just had the best experience there. A woman who works there (whose nametag I couldn't see) couldn't find the item I wanted in store, located it in the broad Street location and double checked the offer I wanted was still on. This was after I saw her advise a woman not to buy a mineral supplement because it wouldn't work with her medication. An incredibly professional woman with really fun green eyeliner.
Gavin Cook: Great store with very helpful and informative staff. I was helped to boost my points by a lovely young lady who answered all my health care questions in depth. Highly recommended and I will be returning for the penny sale!
damo4ka911 jay: Nice little shope with absolutely helpful staff. Actual product a bit pricey,is possible to find same product much cheaper on a market.Still love pop in time to time.
David Murray: Always well stocked. Often bargains on special offers. Helpful and well-informed staff. Please like 👍🏼 if this review is helpful.
Ssuger: Every time i go into this store I have to wait to be served for at least 10 minutes or longer, there doesn't seem to be enough staff, people who go into H&B want advice, management have to factor that into their staffing levels, you cannot have customers waiting to be served for this length of time, incredibly frustrating, poor customer service, it's got so bad and happened to me so often I have now started going further away to the store in the broad street mall just to be served in a timely fashion.
