Guy Hancox: I've bought quite a few items of tech from Currys over the last 10 years and the website is excellent, backed up by the staff and service at this store. The post sales service is top notch too, and is well worth paying a few quid more for.
Martin Jeffs: Thank you to Paul for giving me advise on a laptop I purchased online. I told him the reason for purchasing a new laptop and he advised me that I had brought a slow processor that wasn't best for my needs and informed me of suitable processors. He also gave me a number to call and went through process to get it swapped as I purchased online. I wish I came I store and spoke to him first!

Colin Bigmore: I contracted E&G via LiveChat after my AGA TC3 showed flashing fault lights with both electric hot plates, this followed a faulty National Grid supply problem in our area. I was given helpful and accurate information suggesting two ways of resetting the AGA's electronics I could try, before booking an engineer. The second option effected a solution thus saving me a call-out charge. It also meant our AGA was working again with minimal delay, especially as this was at a weekend. This service was of the highest order and I can thoroughly recommend this company.

The practicalities of the job itself were carried out in the same friendly and helpful manner, and helpful responses to even minor queries are prompt and helpful. Eswards and Godding are recommended for anyone who wants to take the plunge with an Aga conversion!
Nick Kieltyka: I'm a contractor in the US that had a hard time finding a quality source of information related to an older AGA stove I needed to move and install for a customer. On a whim I reached out to Edwards & Godding and I was surprised when I heard back the next day. We're seperated by an ocean and thousands of miles but that wasn't a factor. Ed was extremely knoweledgable and provided me with very detailed information about the stove and coached me through venting, installing and future servicing needs. This was information I tried in vain to find locally but couldn't. If you have an AGA stove inquiry and live near them I would consider yourself extremely lucky.

Krishnendu DasGupta: My challenge is to find a good reputable fitter as Howdens is trade only. What is stopping Howdens from creating a forum where fitters can opt to join and customers can rate their work? This would create a review forum from validated customers and avoid cowboy fitters from spoiling Howdens reputation.
