Small car park but plenty of on road parking around. Additionally, there is a nearby supermarket where visitors can park and it's only a 1/2 minute walk away.
The Community center offers a nice range of amenities for all your needs when in Jubail. There is a lovely Morrisons nearby and the center itself is a good size ground with great football pitches.
