Southsea Leisure Park: what do users think?
Andy Henderson: Was dire 15 years ago and now not open to the local populace. Folks who have lived on the park for years are uprooting and leaving statics to the elements. No bar or restaurant so really not a great deal to offer but rip-off prices for static homes.Noteworthy details: None apart from the easy access to the exit
Iasha Antoine: Great for evening walks....also couple walk Even when you wanna take you children out the house for awhileIt's safe
Mikey O'Grady: Right beside the beach. Quality accommodation and friendly people all round us during our short break to Southsea. LovelyRooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More

On complaining we were told that the manager would phone us in the next couple of days, and guess what? We are still waiting for the phone callService: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Kalapacs Csaba: Volt üres szobájuk és nem fogadtak éjszaka 1 órakor. Hiányzik a rugalmasság. Ha majd előre is foglalok ezt ki hagyom. De kedves volt a recepció s. Két csillag..

Drove Lea Caravans: what do users think?
Cindy Balmont: 2 nights stop over as visiting family, nice no frills camp site, friendly staffDog-friendliness: Dogs allowed
Albert Bulliugh: Lovely place stayed over night 25 minutes away from ferry port
Ian Farrington: Ok not what we expected but friendlyDog-friendliness: No worriesBarbecue: No worries
George Tiller: Lovely stop over.
Wayne Peake: So close to a busy area, but seems so far away from it. Nice place to camp.
James Mercer: Great, simple well kept site in a great location for us to visit family. No facilities however its a family friendly site and only £14 a night. Will stay again when we next visit family👍
Gerry Paynton: Brill quite cheap basic
Angela Wileman: Spent a week here, last week in August. Beautiful site, no hardstanding or toilet/shower facilities but large well kept pitches. £14 a night including electricity is an absolute bargain in this area and will use again.
Carol Thompson: Great place, friendly and laid back. X
Tracey Bowles: Only stayed there 2 nights but a lovely campsite so relaxing very friendly definitely going back grass nice and short near shops pubs and walks for dogs very nice
Sarah Slade: Excellent site no facilities fresh water and chemical waste available... Perfect to walk to Abbey Local villages Garden centres and pubs. DEFO GO BACK.
Hannah Mai Bartlett: Simple, no frills camping, in a lovely, peaceful spot.We have stayed here several weekends in a row now, arriving late on a Friday after work and Rosemary always tops up the meter for us and leaves out a key to collect :)The caravans are well spread out, allowing us space to play with our dog, which is really more than we could ask for.Fantastic little spot. Thanks Rosemary!
Eric Delamere: Looked at this locations website because we are interested in campsites in the Titchfield area, as my father lives near here. The website was informative and answered most of your questions. Not sure as yet if we are likely to stay there, time will tell.
Kevin Amaira: Great budget site in a central location. The road is a bit dangerous, so take lighting and high viz if you like early or late winter walks. Friendly site, helpful owner, two great pubs within walking distance.
Andrew Boyd: Lovely peaceful site.Would highly Recommend.
jan sharp: Nice site. Run by lovely family
Laura: Called and asked to book a night didnt say when or anything and just had some rough sounding guy say no we're booked and then hung up.
Sharon Hack: Rude and miserable
Peter Weyman: Fantastic
Margaret Bird: Very pleasant site for an overnight or couple of day stay. Signage obscured by vegetation & only shows Farm & Site sign from one direction, consequently we were past the entrance before we realised it & had to turn round, on busy road. Gates onto pitches could do with an upgrade.

Stubcroft Farm Campsite: what do users think?
million dot man: What a lovely campsite. Staff were super friendly and everything was super clean and tidy. Slightly on the expensive side to rent the fire pits so would pay to take your own which is allowed but this was only a small issue really. Campsite is close to West Wittering, really close to East Wittering and has some lovely walks. Local shops very close by. Would definitely recommend.
Jennifer Bourke: Another fantastic trip to Stubcroft - 2nd visit in 3 weeks. The staff are amazing - so friendly & helpful. The campsite is in a fantastic location for bike rides & a nice walk into East Wittering. The staff do so much to keep the campsite ‘Tip top!’ Showers & toilets spotless. See you in 2 weeks 🤞
Nicky Wisden: Just spent the weekend at Stubcroft. Such a brilliant site. So many amenities, such a great location and very friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Rachel Lea: Best campsite I’ve been to and I camp a lot! Amenities are fab, site is well maintained, near a beach and fire pits are allowed. That would have been enough but the icing on the cake is the staff. Warm, friendly and super helpful. They definitely go above and beyond. I’ll be booking again soon.
Steve Gough: We'd heard very positive comments about camping at Stubcroft so we decided to venture all of five miles down the road to see what all the fuss was about. The campsite has a relaxed rural setting yet it's only a 20 minute walk to Bracklesham Bay and a 20 minute cycle ride to West Wittering Beach, so no need to use the campervan for transport once pitched up. Modern clean facilities kept in pristine condition by very friendly and helpful staff. Strong emphasis on sustainability and environmental awareness. Loved the re-cycling bags and pick your own herb pots. Thank you Team Stubcroft, we will return!
andy burrows: As usual, an outstanding campsite with 5* facilities and extremely helpful staff. We are always made to feel welcome so we can relax and have fun. Plenty of space around tents for the children to have fun. Lovely and quiet at night and a shop full of all the bits you need from milk to quality butchers meat to the pegs you have left behind!! Great experience.. and looking forward to coming back soon. 😀
james salmon: very friendly welcoming mid size campsite with nice modern facilities. quiet in the evenings, everything clean and tidy, lots of staff on hand to help. really nice BH weekend. the driveway into site is very potholed, so getting in and out is a bit of a trial, but that is being very picky! 😉
Joanne Spaul: Stubcroft Farm is one of the cleanest and best cared for sites we have stayed on. After very wet weather this year, the entire site was in immaculate condition and staff worked tirelessly to keep it this way. Every facility was spotless at all times. The pitches were well spaced and level. A camp shop with take away hot drinks was a bonus. Plenty of covered washing up sinks, toilets and showers with lovely hot water. Within an easy walk to the beach - which was gorgeous (actually there were 3 great beaches within walking distance) , aswell as a number of great walks directlyfrom the site, there is plenty to do here. As I said, the staff were great - always happy to help - with special mention to Sarah who was so friendly and helpful to us. Definitely recommend Stubcroft Farm - the old green VW will be back!
Luana Esteves: Amazing campsite, really good and clean facilities, friendly and helpful peoples.Free herbs to cook, drinking water all over, nice walk to the beach. We had really good bank holiday weekend!Thank you!
Lili Eastell-Adams: Stubcroft farm is such a great campsite, it is very clean and well looked after! All of the staff members are so lovely and friendly, we were given lots of useful information and advice on where to go during our stay!We had a great weekend and very happy with our stay! We highly recommend and will absolutely stay again!Thank you for having us!
Lets Go Walkies Portsmouth: I had an overnight stay with my 3 grandchildren all under 6 & we all had a great time....everyone working here was exceptionally friendly & helpful, the loos & facilities are spotless and modern & we even had a free tour around on the farm buggy. Thankyou all at Stubcroft from Lorna and the rascals x
Sisi Lagrem: Lovely staff, lovely facilities, lovely campsite and great 'leave no trace' philosophy. I have nothing negative to say about stubcroft. Highly recommended. 🤩
Bethan Buck: My partner and I stayed for two nights in our campervan and had a great time. The site is well maintained and the staff are lovely. Good toilet and shower block, washing up area and a small shop with essentials.Very accommodating and friendly staff. The local walking trails are through farmland mostly and very pretty, it's a 20 minute walk to the nearest beaches where there are also a few cafes, restaurants and pubs. We would be tempted to stay again in the future.
Alan P: Great friendly clean campsite. We stayed here for three nights over a bank holiday weekend in April. The weather was great but it had rained earlier in the week. This meant that the site was only half full as the campsite understandably was limiting movement on the soft grass. The facilities are smart, clean and kept very tidy. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They clearly love working here and take pride in their site.Location wise it's about a twenty minute walk to East Wittering with kids.
Jen Adams: Weather was awful, yet the staff were fantastic fitting us in on hard standing so friendly. The showers loos washing up room are all beautifully clean.
Dieter De Bels: Super goede camping, basis maar proper sanitair. Vriendelijke eigenaren zijn heel behulpzaam.Meerdere grasvelden, grote plaatsen.Ook eind december doen de eigenaren er alles aan het naar je zin te maken.Mooie uitvalsbasis voor de prachtige Wittering stranden, East head.Wij komen zeker hier terug indien op route!
fotherington trouserblanket: We stayed here in Novembe shortly after some very heavy rains so we couldn't park on the grounds but had a hardstanding with power. The people running the site were very friendly and helpful. The facilities warm and clean. We hired a fire cage and bought some wood and had an excellent fire for the evening. Definitely visit again!
karl warren: We booked this site to enable us to explore the area on the back of an attractive website and generally good reviews. The only poor reviews seem to be from large groups that have visited in the summer months complaining about noise and the site rules. As we were visiting at the end of November we chose to ignore these negative comments. The price of the pitch ( XL hard standing, 10 amp electric) is expensive even during low season at £38 weekdays and £39 fri, sat. Add to this £3 per dog per night (we have 2) meant 8 nights came to £355. (more than we paid for a fortnight in summer in North Wales)On arrival we were met with a 1/2 mile long rough pot holed track to the site. A 10mph speed limit sign was rather optomistic as we couldn't get above walking pace for fear of damage to our caravan. We pulled into the site and booked in. The wardens were pleasant and helpfull. There were quite a lot of do's and don'ts about having only 10amp electric and NOT driving on the grass. I was asked if we had a motor mover on the caravan as it was a bit tight to reverse in and NOT drive on the grass.A bit tight was an understatement when shown our pitch. The only way to get on was to use the mover all the way from the entrance to the pitch as there were barriers, cones and signs to prevent driving on the grass and the tarmac to narrow for our outfit to turn.Well, the open grass field we were in was full of mouldy stored caravans when looking out of one window, mouldy caravan and grass roller out the front and the brick wall and fence from the other. Not the attractive picture as shown on line. A couple of small vans had been pitched on the tarmac entrances to the other grass fields, so at least we had a proper pitch. The XL pitch was a bit snug without being able to use the grass, had a 10amp electric connection and tap just behind although half way through our stay the water was turned off (due, we were told because of forecasted frost but it didn't drop below 6'c) which meant we had to go to the facilities block to get water. There are no lights around the site which is not a problem for us however the automatic light near the toilet point/grey water/water tap was not working so lucky I had a head torch. As for the £3 per dog per night charge this is just money grabing as there is nothing on site for dogs, no poo bins or dog walk.In conclusion, we felt that the site was all but closed down for winter (but happy to take £44/night), looked like a caravan storage yard and offered very little value for money.Would we recommend or come here again? NO!
Liz Bradshaw: A lovely campsite to trial out our new camper van. Hard standing was a definite must given the very soggy weather. Friendly and helpful with excellent, super clean facilities. Great location too. Thank you!
Steve taylor: Excellent facilities and friendly staff
Helen Willshire: Had a good couple of nights at Stubcroft Farm over half term. Facilities were excellent, very clean and well maintained, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet as only hardstanding pitches were available. Great base for exploring the area and not too far to walk into Bracklesham Bay and East Wittering. Pitches were a bit pricey, but we have electric hook up and our own water supply.
