He fully understood when I explained that as this was my first venture into this form of transport I wanted to see what other suppliers were offering. At no time did he put me under pressure to make a purchase.After visiting other suppliers I was satisfied that Eden Mobility could supply the best vehicle for my needs and eventually I elected to purchase a Bootmaster Elite. I would emphasise that David did not sell the vehicle,it was my decision to buy.The subsequent financial aspect of the transaction was effortless and concluded to our mutual satisfaction.All in all a stress free experience.

Perfect customer support, non pushy, very patient, very informative, helpful and caring. Lauren had full knowledge of all the products I asked about and all the technical details and specs.Unlike some other mobility scooter sellers and/or dealers, no one asked me to leave a positive feedback or a comment on anywhere. I asked their permission if I could. I’m feeling safe while enjoying my scooter and I know that I would get all the support I needed from Laura and all the team members at Cavendish Waterlooville.I wouldn’t recommend buying online without trying a mobility scooter. David Kyffin: I cannot praise the staff enough. I needed a new footplate for my power chair and gave the wrong model as I bought it second hand. They helped me correct my error and even sent someone to fit it very quickly. Awesome service and friendly staff. Can’t praise them highly enough I also went back to them at the beginning of February for a service and battery check. Needed new batteries and a bus cable. My wheelchair now looks and feels like new and I can now get out and about after previously having major power issues. Brilliant and curtious service as ever. Thank you all.2024 :They've done it again this year every time they bring it back it's like having a new wheelchair awesome service
Gareth Roberts: I’ve just taken delivery of my first power chair. From the very beginning I was very impressed with the staff in the Waterlooville Showroom. Joe and his team made sure that I was well looked after and supportive throughout the research and purchasing phase. He answered questions clearly and was an excellent communicator. He took the time to show me the equipment, more than once, all with patience. The showroom is bright and the team are welcoming. We did a lot of research before settling on my chair and through the whole process Joe, could not have been anymore helpful. I was always welcomed on my arrival and given time to collect my thoughts. The chair I selected was bought at what I would consider to be a very fair price. In conclusion I fully recommend Cavendish Healthcare to you as a trustworthy company with excellent products, all at great prices.

Lisa bateman: The staff at Waterlooville couldn't have been more helpful. We first visited a few months ago as my Mum wasn't sure about buying a rollator, and the lady who showed us the various models was knowledgeable and understanding of the fact that this was a major decision for her. On our recent return, again there was expert advice and no pressure on us while my Mum made her decision. My Mum can't believe the difference that the rollator has made for her. She has far more confidence and independence. She now enjoying going out and doing all the things she wants, without worrying about becoming tired and being a burden on her friends and family. Karen Hanlon: I spoke on the phone to a lady called Mandy about purchasing a lightweight mobility scooter that I could easily get in and out of my car myself as I have a severe spinal issue Mandy said there where a couple I could try in store so I popped down with my Dad and took a couple for a test drive round the car park outside and decided on one that was perfect we did a test to see if I could get it in and out the car on my own and I could so I purchased the scooter thinking it would take a few days at least to get but Whilst my Dad and I left to go and pick something up Mandy raised the purchase and by the time we got back it was ready.. absolutely first class service from Cavendish Health Care Mandy also did lots of checks to insure the scooter I was purchasing was correct for me..Mandy was very professional and friendly and other staff i saw where too. The scooter has made such a difference in being able to get about its amazing.. I would definitely recommend Cavendish 100%

Mark Richardson: While looking for a rise and electric chair for my brother-in -law after a second hip replacement, after a bit of homework online and visiting some shops locally in the Portsmouth area, we ended at a visit to Cavendish Health Care and we met Joe who was very helpful in explaing the differences in the available chairs, but we went with the more expensive model "Wellco fitform Vario 570" this was after Joe came out to measure my brother in law on his way home and luckily the chair that Cavendish had in stock was just the right size & fit.And to top that Joe managed to get this delivered the very next day, now we have one very happy brother in law recovering & now is able to get up & stand all due to this Wonderfull chair & its 3 motors to move in a slow ballet movement to aid a person to be more mobile.Overall Cavendish Health Care are a very good local Co & Joe is a very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff even on a customer visit when he must of thought he'd walked into a mad house. 5 stars

Bernhard Frefel: It is not often that I leave a review of a company after not buying their product. However, we recently had a demonstration of a range of lightweight mobility scooters by their representative, Joe. I was impressed not only by the company’s range of products, but more particularly by the care and attention shown my mother during the demonstration. There was a genuine desire to understand her needs and find the right solution, and no “hard sell” whatsoever. Unfortunately, we may have come to Cavendish a bit late, as my mothers mobility is maybe now too impaired to get sufficient use. I only wish we had started considering a mobility scooter a few years ago, as I am sure that it would have made a great difference to mum’s quality of life. Certainly this company would be one I would recommend.
Martin Budd: Went to enquire about a mobility scooter and was greeted by a cheerful man who was extremely knowledgeable and guided us around three models which suited our requirements. Absolutely no pressure to buy, indeed we were encouraged to spend time considering the scooters on our own. We spent over two hours in the shop before buying a V8 scooter. Service was impeccable and I would heartily recommend Cavendish if you're in the market for any mobility equipment. They shine above the high street vendors, probably because they are a family business, passionate about what they do.

Sian Wood: Fantastic experience with all the staff. All were helpful and nothing too much trouble. We were looking for a mobility scooter for my disabled brother, and they had one that he liked which was an ex-demo. I googled the price and found that brand new online was £900 more than the one in the showroom, so we were happy with that.I was impressed with both ladies, who were kind and patient with my brother who has a brain injury.We were also advised about breakdown cover and insurance which we took out.The scooter was delivered by Kayleigh and Ben, who went through everything with me. I was worried about the size of it and whether my brother would be able to manage it and Kayleigh offered to come back to see my brother, which she did.We had visited another shop in Gosport before going to Solent Mobility Centre and were put off by the pressure and refusal to tell us a price unless we were ready to purchase there and then so were very pleased to find such open and friendly service here.

Cas Castro: My wife and I went in to Solent Mobility Centre on another matter and came away having bought a sofa and two chairs.Now this doesn’t mean that they came across with a hard sell and we fell for it! Quite the contrary in fact. My wife’s father had just died and we went in to ask about whether they would buy back his brand new mobility scooter that he’d bought shortly before his death from them. However, we’d been thinking about getting new sofas to replace our existing ones for quite some time. Everywhere these days sells ones that are far too low for us. Although we’re not past it by any means, we wanted something that would be comfortable and allow us to get out of them without the need for much huffing and puffing and wriggling just to be able to stand up. Denise dealt with us and she is one of the most friendly salespeople I’ve met. Never pushy or overeager, but gave us all the options available at our own pace and not once did she seem like she wanted to get us to buy the sofa and chairs we finally opted for, and get us out of the shop as quickly as possible. A real pleasure to buy from. So, the moral of the story is, that if you want or need to buy something for yourself or a loved one who has difficulty moving about, sitting, standing or anything else in their daily life then Solent Mobility Centre comes highly recommended.

Colin Burgess: We recently purchased a used Fiat Doblo WAV from Ally at Wavmob. Because we are located some distance from their showroom, Ally arranged for the car to be brought to us for a test drive and viewing before we decided whether or not we wanted to purchase it. The whole viewing, test drive and subsequent part-exchange and purchase went extremely smoothly and was handled in a friendly but professional way. We didn't feel under any pressure at all. After the purchase we identified a couple of minor faults with the ramp and Ally and Tim went out of their way to ensure that these were rectified at their cost and by the original converter with the work carried out at our home to avoid any inconvenience. Our experience of Wavmob, and with Ally and Tim, has been positive throughout and we would not hesitate in recommending them to any prospective WAV purchaser.

N Parkes: We found Wavmob on the internet and they had a vehicle which appeared to meet our needs. We spoke with 2 salesmen over the period of purchase and ownership, Ally, and later, Josh when a fault occurred. Both were polite, professional, and listened to our concerns throughout. Unfortunately, due to circumstances, we had to return the vehicle to Wavmob. We were unable to source another one through them that met our needs. Kelvin, the firm’s principal became involved and was a complete gentleman throughout, despite the fact we were ultimately unable to buy from them. Kelvin promptly organised a full refund to us for the purchase and subsequent return of the vehicle. He also kindly mentioned 2 dealers he would use, as we were unable to find a suitable vehicle with him. Thank you all for your help.
