Cats Protection - Isle of Wight Adoption Centre: what do users think?
Kath Knight: Volunteers are great very helpful
Suzette Hankin: Staffed by lovely people that are very knowledgeable in all things feline.
Dr Kai Wacker: Super helpful 😺
Julie T: Only visited to donate cat food that my moggie wouldn't eat, fussy boy...
Jeff Crossley-Brook: Lovely….
Sheila Jackson: Help and advice top notch
Jane Redford: We recently adopted a cat from Cats Protection and would definitely recommend to anyone. The staff are always so friendly and the centre was so clean and organised. The cats are so well looked after. The adoption process was very straight forward, the staff really make sure you are a perfect match which shows they really care. Our cat came home with all his favourite toys and settled so well. Thank you all.
Federica Alberti: Was impressed how easy and approachable they were when I was looking for a cat to adopt. They made everything simple from the very beginning. Due to COVID I wasn't able to visit the centre. But they offered a video call with the cat and the carer and, on the day of adoption, the cat was handed in in a basket packet with lovely handknitted blankets, his own favourite (handknitted) toy, and other goodies were left with him. These are people who really care and show true affection for their cats. Amazing!
Becky Blake: Love this place! They really really care about the cars and do everything they can to ensure they go to a good home. The adoption process is pretty easy as long as you are a good fit for the cat. Couldn't imagine my life with out my cat now . They even made sure to check-in with us after we adopted and love to receive updates about the cats they have adopted out.
Bridget Lewis: First class care for cats in need of homes. Very helpful after we had adopted one of the cats and needed advice.
Judith Dixon: Picked up foster cat, CP are still doing sterling work throughout pandemic. Closed to personal visits but still open to online cat adoptions (real not virtual cats, Just the process is online!) Shop not physically open for donations/buying yet.
Richard Goldfinch: Lovely cats need good homes..!
Beverley Sparkes: Great charity
Sue Morris: I love going here and seeing all the beautiful cats. Lovely staff aswell
Madeleine Holmes: Fantastic branch of this excellent charity. Have adopted many times now and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Greek Cat Rescue Samos: Fantastic place
Jon: Its cats protection, if you're looking to adopt a cat of any age from kittens to oldies they're all here, friendly staff Anne friendly cats (most of the time)
shan long: Lovely caring people
Caroline Darby: Loads of lovely cats and a great cheap charity shop
Phil Lynham: Very clean and modern facility with plenty of space for the cats and very friendly helpful staff and helpers.
Dean Warren: Love the new outlook, great little charity shop❤

The Cat Welfare Group: what do users think?
Beccy Austin: Sadly an honest review based on my experience. There were a lot of inconsistencies, they said they didn't do home visits and asked for a video then changed their minds and wanted to do a home visit, they said we lived too close to a road then changed their minds, said they would find us two kittens to adopt and then decided our large house was too small as we wouldn't let the cats in our kids bedrooms or dining room. This whole process could have been ironed out by better organisation such as asking people to fill in a questionnaire and doing a proper house visit instead of making new requests in each communication. We've owned healthy happy rescue cats for the last 40 years and I've never had this much messing around. We now have two beautiful cats from another adoption centre. I wanted to hold off writing a full review so I could compare the process with another charity to see if this was the norm. I subsequently found out a friend had the same issues.
elizabeth bugden: Very helpfull when we found a stray young cat hiw to feed it as it was very underweight and gave us food gir stray cat and a car Scanner to research if cat was chipped
kris reid: An unbelievable, unselfish group of people who put cats needs above their own. Super super people.
Jill Woosnam: I would like to thank again, Maureen. She helped me so much when I I lost my belovedSimba last week. She is an amazing person and I can never thank her enough.xx
equilibrium: What a wonderful, caring organisation that go above and beyond to do the very best they can for every cat
debhipster: CWG is a dedicated charity that leaves no stone unturned in ensuring every single cat they come across is vetted, treated, nurtured and loved. The group goes over and above in their quest to rehome every cat in their care. They also provide a post-adoption service for owners. Wonderful and passionate about cats.
Stephanie Llewellyn: The most amazing cat charity I have ever come across. I was a Vet nurse -now a NHS nurse. Adopted the most wonderful kitten in June 2020 - Lorri and her foster carers really know how to socialise and help kittens and cats become wonderful companions to us lucky humans. They also do wonderful work with ferals, multi-cat households, and old unwanted cats that the bigger cat/animal charities turn their backs on. Support this wonderful cat charity you won't be disappointed.
Alice Pitney: The Cat Welfare Group are a fantastic Charity who save so many cats and kittens, above and beyond many organisations. They are truly inspirational and can be followed on Facebook and Instagram. They wholeheartedly deserve all the help that they can get to save even more stray and abandoned cats. Thank you 😊💕🐈🐾
Lorraine Lowe: A dedicated team of volunteers who work tirelessly to improve the lives of local felines. A very worthy charity.
Vivienne Haley: A small charity run by an amazing group of people who tirelessly work in saving and rehoming cats and kittens. All the animals which come into their care are given love and the very best treatment. A worthy charity by any standards.
Emily Woffindin: The Cat Welfare Group are a fantastic small charity based in Hampshire with a huge passionate for the cats and their community. They will go out of their way to do all they can to save the lives of mistreated, abandoned and unwanted cats. Please support them if you can!

RSPCA Solent Branch, The Stubbington Ark, Animal Centre: what do users think?
Toni Bannerman: Wish you could go in and look at the dogs
Andrew Limburn: Our dog stayed here for 2 nights. Well looked after. Very friendly.
Emily 1248: This place don’t even deserve a 1 star. Took my puppy here for 8 nights last week. I picked her up and we noticed her nose was so sore - we was told she was that scared and nervous she kept putting her nose through the bars. If she was reassured she would’ve not done this or they at-least could’ve tried to prevent her doing it. We also was told she was walked once a day which isn’t good enough for any dog baring in mind I have a big German Shepard which needs the exercise. This means she was left in the kennel for roughly 23 hours a day, no play, no attention just that one walk a day. We was told she was that nervous she was doing numerous toilets in her small kennel so she came home so dirty and smelly- a small wash would’ve been appreciated the fact she was sat in poo and wee for god knows how long. I did not receive 1 phone call from them at all the whole time she was there. I phoned them 2 days after we dropped her off and all they told us she’s eating and drinking fine that’s all. You’d expect great care for your animals at the rspca but clearly not. The lack of communication and care is actually ridiculous, if they had the decency to atleast phone saying how unsettled she was and what she was doing, we would’ve picked her up straight away. Advice to never ever send your animals here!
C Tye: Thank you for the care, attention and friendliness to the staff who we boarded our rabbit with for the first time over the weekend. They were great with him, were able to care for his health needs and were very reassuring to us as this was his first stay. Very pleased with the stay and care bunny received and he will be back for more holidays. Staff are knowledgeable and very friendly, would highly recommend this place.
Tracy love: Clean tidy reception. Kind and friendly staff.
Sylvia Harris: We have recently adopted a cat from here. Everyone was very helpful & friendly. We found it a most interesting place & now have a delightful rescue cat.
Debbie Mills: Excellent place. This was Axels first visit here. The staff were very friendly and informative. Also listened to my daughters worries as this was the first time she has used this place.
Q Javed: Set in a quiet offroad/countryside area with good parking and a large reception area.
Henry Young: Very feeindly and accommodating.
Miss Jess: Very friendly staff. Took a neighbour to see a potential new dog for her. If you have any donations for them (food, treats, toys) you can drop them in and leave them in the reception area.
Alan Dale: Staff very caring to all animals.
Niki Brown: A great place to board your animals. Staff & volunteers really friendly & knowledgeable.
Helen Longsdon: Very friendly staff. Took my donation of unused cat food and litter and some charity shop items for them to sell.
Emma Soundy: Used the boarding kennels, they were brilliant.
Caroline Durant: Excellent care for our dog. Lovely staff
Frank Clarke: Always clean and tidy, staff are very friendly and informative.
Chris Owen: Amazing place, people .... well done to you all, and thankyou. X
June Mitchell: Had to take my daughter's dog to stay in their kennels. Staff were very helpful & professional.

Pets at Home Portsmouth: what do users think?
Antonia Overend: Has plenty of stuff for your pets here would not recommend buying fish here
Steven Leaflet Distribution: Nice
Glenis Hunt: Always a pleasure because the staff are always helpful and friendly.
Debbie Billings: Always a friendly welcome
Esme Gibbs: Excellent personal service. Been shopping there for years. Love it.
Connor L-C: Nice shop, went to the vet here to have my snake seen to and, although they didn't have someone that specialises in snakes, there was someone that did have an interest and owned some snakes - The man was very informative and helpful. Manny has started eating and is healthy and happy again.
Pamela Stocks: Staff are especially friendly and helpful here.
Frazer Campbell: Excellent service
Heather Teversham: Friendly staff and helpful and good choice of pet products and food
Stephen Timson: Friendly and very helpful staff
Anda Solea: As a new pet owner, I've checked several companies for the products I need for my kittens. Pets at Home have by far the most competitive prices. Things like toys are expensive, but cat furniture/cat trees are a great price if you get them on sale. Large selection, I still need to decide whether the food at other stores is better priced. This particular store was ok, stock was ok, some items we wanted were sold out. One thing I found pretty bad was that several items on display were dirty (a cat bed looked like it had vomit on it, the cat mats were slimy, etc.) I'm assuming this is from other pets/dogs visiting the store but I think the dirty products should be removed. Make sure to double-check your items for cleanliness. The store is also hard to reach it by public transport. The staff were really nice and helpful.
Billy Barrett: Good for dog items like treats and little things but most times I’ve looked all their insects are mostly dead and boxes look very empty compared to other pet shops
Jan Brown: Absolutely amazing service for my new kitten..set up my app...showed me all the vouchers...saved me a lot of money and expert reassuring advice xxx
Richie Sheath: Staff always friendly and attentive. Car park makes pick up easy. Get everything you need for pet care. Located near to Ocean Park.
ann barnden: Staff very friendly and helpful will go back
Tilly Newton: Helpful staff
Karlene Ratcliffe (Kzooiow-Fry): Kids did the my pet pals Easter event. Really good.
mark fisher: Nice people very friendly
rachel clark: Awesome place really helpful staff
Lesley Flight: Always find what I need staff brilliant
Karyn Bartholomew: Visit to the vets great nicexsrarff

The Cat & Rabbit Rescue Centre: what do users think?
Crazy and Lazy channel: Adopted my cat here. Wonderful staff and adorable animals that absolutely deserve homes.
Alan Harding: Excellent facilities and copius well kept grounds!!!
Tim Smart: Good advise give
Sam Kingsley: Lovely Cat and Rabbit rescue. We got our 2 cat's as kittens from there, they were hand raised by the rescue as Mum had abandoned them. They are the most affectionate, funny and naughty boy's 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛
Olivia Allen: Went to drop off old bedding /cushions for the animals
Claire Gilbert-McHugh: What an excellent rescue, efficient, kind, caring people who have the animals best interests at heart. The cattery is light, roomy, clean and has a friendly vibe.We rescued two little cats who came to us in tip top condition. Well fed, well cared for and the staff paid brilliant attention to detail for their forward welfare. All I’s were dotted and T’s crossed. A faultless and totally necessary rescue service that certainly gets five stars from us and a big paws up from the kitties 🐈‍⬛🐾🐾
S K: The place was a bit out of the way for me but as the staff were helpful I kept an eye on their cat listings with in mind to adopt a house cat. I was really impressed with the helpfulness and customer service of all staff throughout the process both online and in person, so my confidence in the centre and information given meant I was happy to go over to Chichester from Mid Sussex to take a look at a cat after showing them my house situation virtually. No issues at all, the staff are clearly passionate about their work and it's a nice, looked after centre and I had no issues with visiting and picking up my cat, all paperwork was in order and they made sure I was clear about everything, and approached me for updates in the weeks after picking her up and giving her a new home. This is a really good centre and I highly recommend approaching them if you're after a cat (or rabbit) in the Sussex area.
Tina Gray: Just along for the ride as friend took some stuff to donate.
Rebecca Tirebuck: Wonderful place, the staff are lovely. I’ve rescued two cats from them over the years. Thanks for all you do.
Jaane Rowehl: Thank you for all the help bonding and settling in with our rescue guinea pigs. They are wonderful and enjoying their new home.
John Myers: Very helpful in finding the right cat for our daughter, friendly service and would recommend this centre for anyone looking for a cat.
Rhiannon Davey: We visited CRRC to find a female rabbit for our male rabbit, and we found the perfect bun wife. They were ever so helpful, and they took in our boy to bond him with a bun wife we chose. After 2 weeks, we were able to bring them both home and have them settled in. Our female rabbit has gained so much confidence. If you are looking to adopt a rabbit or a cat, then this is the place adopt from.
Nathan Linkhorn: Lovely staff and a good experience.
Kaz: Helped take in a stray when no other rescue could.
jim henderson: Saving the lives of unwanted cats and rabbits. How could you not give them 5 stars they are brilliant.
Dave Marshall: A difficult experience but made easier taking the rabbits to a nice spacious place with very supportive staff.
James Clayton: Staff are super friendly and helpful, they look after the animals in thier care amazingly and they offer bunny bonding
Paula Harrowing: The best thing I've done in years is to adopt two beautiful kittens. The Centre is amazingly supportive of the new owners as they adjust to caring for the kittens/cats and the welfare of the cats they place in new homes.. ensuring a happy household💕✨️🏡
Terri Chard: Fabulous rescue, doing great work
Craig Williamson: Friendly team, and looks like an amazing place for animals.
Joe B: Such an essential service.
