St James' Hospital: what do users think?
Euphemia Christie: I LOVE ST JAMES HOSPITAL TO HAVE MY FIRST CORONOVIRUS VACCINATION, THE VOLUNTARY WORKERS ARE SO LOVELY, I BUY A NICE PLANT AND GIVE IT TO THE PERSON WHO GIVE ME THE VACCINATION. FIRST I SAY GOOD MORNING ARE YOU MARRIED HE SAY NO I SAY DO YOU HAVE A GIRLFRIEND HE SAY NO, I SAY HAVE YOUR MOTHERS HE SAY SHE IS NOT HERE ENEY MORE SO I SAY I BRING THIS PLANTS FOR YOU HE WAS SO SHOCK HE SAY THIS FOR ME AND HE SAY THANK YOU THEN HE WAS SO GENTLE HE GIVE ME THE VACCINATION, BUT BEFORE I START TO CRYING BECAUSE I WAS SCARED BECAUSE I HERE SO MUCH GOOD AND BAD THINGS ABOUT THE CORONAVIRUS BUT THANK GOD I AM HERE TO DAY,BUT THE NURSE'S THEY WALK THEIR SHOUSE OFF TO HELP PEOPLE'S LIVES IF I WIND THE E UR MILLION THAT’S WHERE I WOULD HELP BUT I WOULD SAY ALL THE DOCTOR AND NURSE'S AT THIS HOSPITAL THEY LOOK AFTER ME GOOD AND VERY FRIENDLY MAY GOD BLESSED ALL THE DOCTORS AND NURSE'S ALL OVER THE WORLD MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEARS 😇😇😇🙏
Anthony West: Worst experince of my life
Denise Viviers: Enjoy the cricket club these days as hospital now closed
Roger Harvey: Just Fab ,brilliantly organised, signage terrific and staff fantastic.A big thank you to all involved.
Brett Rumfitt: Great place for volunteering
Sandy Atkins: Just had my booster jab. So well organised from directions to parking. Staff were all brilliant Thank you
TransportationOfTheUK: I had a wonderful experience at St James’ Hospital. The staff are very co-operative and organised, I received my COVID-19 vaccination without any complications.
John Fletcher: Well organised and all People very helpful
barry colwell: Hi just to say how organised it was for my booster jab the car parking and everything Else very well done and thank you.
Jumpy K: Just had my second dose of Covid vaccine here. Excellent both times, from beginning to end.
Charlie x Bale: Its for people in a mental crisis it has beautiful grounds
Alvin Wilby: Covid vaccination organisation is exemplary! Despite the huge numbers passing through, everyone was very friendly and made the effort to put you at ease. Thank you all so much!Update after second jab. After 3 months, thought they might have become a bit jaded - but same friendly, efficient experience - can't praise all involved highly enough - thank you!
John Haynes: It was so well organised for our COVID-19 vaccination
Ryan Hobbs: Went to St James for my initial COVID vaccination. It was very well organised and I was well informed throughout the process. There were plenty of people directing and the social distancing arrangements were as expected really good.
howlr747: Amazingly efficient organisation of Covid innoculations! Terrific organisation, super friendly treatment and lovely friendly staff. The best of British organisation.
Mr B: Just had AZ COVID-19 jab at St James. The whole experience went very smoothly. If you're driving, make sure you follow the yellow signs, not your Sat Nav. On arrival, I was directed to a parking area that could be a bit muddy in the rain. There were volunteers every step of the way, making sure I was where I was supposed to be. It's not vital but I suggest taking your NHS number as it makes things easier. After the jab, I was told to sit in the car for 15 mins... just in case. There are plenty of volunteers around should you need assistance. Some suggested takes: good shoes that can deal with mud and an umbrella as you may have to queue outside.Update 28 March: Car park has been gravelled over so no concern about mud. Still lots of very helpful people around. If your visit is for the 2nd jab, don't forget your vaccination card!
Martin Giddey: Formerly a psychiatric hospital, this building is no longer in use.
Colin Gibbs: Outstanding service
Kim Ford: My husband and I have just had our AZ vaccine. Excellent from start to finish. Very well organised. Plenty of helpful and friendly staff to show you were to go and what to expect. Went at 12.30pm Saturday as a walk in, no queues straight in.
rogbarf: I was a Charge Nurse at St James Hospital in the mid 1960s. I worked on the following Wards Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit and F2/3 M6 M8 M3 Harry and Ellen Cook wards Brunel Villa. I worked very closely with Dr Rodney Bale as his Clinical Practice Nurse. I believe the Principle Nursing Officer was a Mr Adams.? and Colin Allison? It was a great Hospital super staff. I was the first male nurse to work on a Female Ward F2 with Sister Y Gall? Other Drs I worked with Dr Ian Christy. Dr D Brought Dr Brunning . I would love to hear from anyone that worked at St James. Thanks Roger Barfoot
roshima fair: Little progress within mental health, elderly mother put on 4 different psychiatric drugs ,despite family attending the meetings & pleading against such heavy, damaging treatment for a frail old lady ,already damaged by a previous prescribing of an antipsychotic by them

Goldchem Pharmacy & Vaccination Center: what do users think?
Lester Russell: I’ve used Goldchem in my work as a GP for over 30 years and the team never fails to hit the spot, very capably led by Nash & Neela Hooda. Great service and they always go the extra mile.No hesitation in giving five stars!
graham barrett: This is a great local chemist. Always very helpful and friendly. I have just changed from my old pharmacist to this new one. They have such good reviews.
Emma Woldridge: Freindly advice
Natalie Kendall: this chemist is always so helpful ...ive been getting medication from there for years and never had any problems ... Tania is especially helpful as some times my prescriptions can confusing to me
Richard Scullion: Very helpful pharmacy. Dispensed my private Babylon prescription without issue and also gave me other advice. Staff seemed to genuinely care. Other people were also getting great treatment. Recommend.
Lyn Howlett: What an amazing place. They are busy, but are so thorough. I needed to re-new my meds from Cornwall. They contacted my surgery, and sorted the script no problems.Thank you everyone at Goldchem 😀
Ron Gray: Quick and courteous. Could advertise on web site which days flu and Covid vacs are available?
Catherine Coleman: Brilliant Pharmacy. I’ve had lots of good experiences with them but Tanya was incredibly helpful today in helping me get the right medication the afternoon before the New Year bank holiday. Much appreciated!!
Juliet Taylor: Quick and helpful
Carla Cross: Brilliant set up for booster vaccinations, fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent, won't go anywhere else.
George Flood: Covid booster - walk-in. Very efficient.
Monike Faria: Good and efficient service every time!
Sadie Pemberton: An ideal place to get your COVID booster. Well organised process. You have to wait until you get an e mail then book appointment on line.A well stocked pharmacy, friendly staff.
Sue Dorey: Very helpful, arrived thinking they were still doing walk in vaccines, with my 91 year old mum. They weren't but they still vaccinated her,and me .went out of their way to help.thank you.
Lisa Richardson: Only pharmacy that could offer my sons special baby formula . When it eventually had a supplier issue they emailed the dr and were extremely helpful in changing the milk .The lady in the front desk was knowledgeable and helpful even after my 5th visit !! Thank you Goldchem x
Jonnie french.: Extremely rude never helpful new staff. Shops in decline already. Shame.
Esme Shaw: I have nothing but. praise for this excellent pharmacy
Lisa Chalk: Very friendly and helpful staff nothing was to much trouble.
Ami Brooksbank: Ordered calomine lotion for my son's chicken pox, was delivered in less than an hour, fantastic service, thank you very much
Debbie Morgan: normally they are good but I'm suffering with my hands ie blisters cracked skin itchy and stinging,it's keeping me up all night went to doctors and they prescribed me with cream and a body wash called the chemist and they said it will definitely be delivered last night Thursday 14th April still hasn't arrived and they are closed so I'm going to suffer with my hands another night 😢
Tom Rollinson: Everytime I visit they cannot find my prescription. Despite texting me which box this is in. Their disorganisation hasn't improved and I often wait around half an hour each time whilst multiple staff try and search where they misplaced items.

Southampton Travel Clinic: what do users think?
Owesundra Ayaji: Prices stated online and in the clinic are not the true prices. There is a hidden booking fee which I found out about afterwards. Information from their website is not clear. Prices are significantly higher than other places. Reception nearly charged us double of what we should be paying.
Frank Shotter: I was recommended this clinic by my local surgery. My experience was very positive. I didn't have to wait too long. When the lady took me to the office, it was explained clearly, which vaccines were necessary for my travel and which ones, I didn't need. I was massively impressed by her knowledge. She was very pleasant and helpful. I hardly felt my jab. I would highly recommend this clinic.
Catalina Petre: We had to wait for a little, but the treatment was quick.
terry cooper: Higly recommended for travel and Occupation Health purposes.
Nora Elahcene: The nurse was very gentle and very nice.
Agnieszka Anna K: I can truly reccomend this place. Fantastic service. The nurse who vaccinated our son was very helpfull and patient. Answered my long list of questions and was very professional. I was also very impressed with a high level of a hygiene and effort made to minimise potential Covid infection /spread. They even sanitise handrails after each customer. We felt very safe there.
James Bevan: Excellent quick friendly service would 100% reccomend
Paul Scott: Due to a long waiting time to see my GP, I went private instead with this company, who saw me straight away.My experience was excellent. The nurse briefed me thoroughly on the risks of the African country I'm visiting. She recommended which vaccines I needed, and administered them straight away, and/or showed me how to prepare a 2nd dose of drinkable vaccine for cholera, at home, the following week. She clearly knew her stuff, and I felt comfortable in the hands of an expert.Like most people, I hate injections. The nurse did them so quickly, into my shoulder muscles, that it was over in the blink of an eye, which delighted me (as I was dreading the injections). The whole experience was excellent, and the nurse is very pleasant & knowledgeable. Yes it costs a bit of money, but for me, it was worth it. Recommended.
Andy Roberts: Very polite and fast (painless) service for my yellow fever certificate. Thank you
Will Harrison: I went in yesterday and was very impressed with the service. The nurse explained in great detail what was needed having listened to our medical history. She would have easily been able to sell us products which were unnecessary but instead showed us exactly why we did not need the medicine saving us a lot of money which I was fully prepared to buy. A very reassuring visit and money well spent .
Geena Rayner: As much as it important to take precautions, fear plays a massove part in getting you to get the vaccinations. Nowhere was I told that the one I spent £190 on only worked for 9 out of 10 people and the actual risk was less than 0.1 of a percent. I felt pressured to make the decision then and there. And if I were to have not taken there word and gone away and done my research I wouldnt have spent half as much!
Sarah Macdonald: I'm very nervous with injections and the woman who administered mine was very "no nonsense" and did not pander to me, this sounds bad, but actually made me feel a lot calmer. Make sure you have as much info as you can in relation to your medical history when you arrive as the questioning is quite thorough. The receptionist is wonderful.
Chris: Quite hurried and curt with questioning (as if I’d done something wrong for phoning them) but eventually they were reasonably helpful
Hiran Goonewardena: Were excellent on fitting both me and my new wife in for a last minute vaccination appointment. Nobody else in the area had the vaccine, really grateful to have got the call back! Thanks!
Joshua Tarling: For a place that specialises in yellow fever vaccinations not having any vaccinations for a month is ridiculous. They didnt have any vaccinations yet didn't think to call me to say they'd rearrange. Instead I turned up, filled in paperwork, was called into the nurses room to be told they had no vaccines.Glad I went elsewhere after they didn't give me the jab first time, they kept saying to wait and only emailed me to say I couldn't have a jab in time 2 days before I needed to have it!

Hampshire Health: what do users think?
cleone jones: Very rude staff, ill informed , they didn’t stock vaccinations that they said they had when I enquired. We left with less than half of what we needed. No advice offered on malaria. Quite possibly the worst medical experience I have ever had.
Kyle Reece Ellis: Mary and Julie at the Hampshire travel clinic are the most welcoming and friendly duo you could wish for. We have had the most extensive vaccination programme with Mary, getting almost every jab known to man! We can’t thank them enough. My first 10 minute appointment turned out to be a 40 minute global research session with a cup of coffee. If that doesn’t say dedication and support then I don’t know what does. Once again, brilliant service and the most wonderful atmosphere. Kyle and Pat
Kelly: Can’t rate 0 - DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AWFUL COMPANY :)
Pritesh Morar: The Hampshire Travel Clinic were excellent in accomodating our needs. They went out of the way to fit us into a Saturday morning vaccination clinic to get our yellow fever jabs. The service was excellent from beginning to end. We were even treated to a cup of coffee when they heard of the distance we travelled to get too them. A distance I would not mind doing again in light of such excellent, and genuine, service.
Spence Baxter: The receptionist the most beligerant person I have had the misfortune to meet. After saying good morning we were reprimanded for parking in the wrong spot, having moved the car my elderly mother was then swiftly patronized for not understanding their pager process. Having paid premium prices I felt some level of courtesy and service was called for. Upon pointing this out I was then followed back to the car threatened with the appointment being cancelled and our payment credited in order to force my apology.
Dave: Fit to fly covid test. Very efficient, friendly and responsive to both phone and e-mail queries. A little expensive but in my opinion you get the service you pay for. Results back well within the timeframe required.Used again and must say the level of e-mail support outside 'normal hours' is exceptional.
Natasha Gladki: Time and again Hampshire Travel Clinic have gone above and beyond to meet tight deadlines and exceptional customer care even in the most stressful situations.I can’t recommend them highly enough.
p j: awfully rude patronising receptionist. 2 minutes early for my appointment and was met with a clearly very unhappy horrible lady to greet us.
Ali Griffiths: Really impressive and responsive. Great customer service from Christian - thank you!
Sheila Brear: Awesome! Reliable, caring, wonderful staff who handle a large workload, very stressed travelers all dealing with changing Covid protocols. These staff have really stepped up to the plate and deliver an excellent service. They followed up with me to make sure I received my PCR results in under 24 hours (new US regulations). So grateful!
Brian Spreckley: Covid testing for travel is a painful process, these guys make it as easy and pleasant as it can be. Thank you very much for a great service.
Federica Maggiorini: Staff is friendly and professional, they helped me through every single stage of the testing process and are happy to answer every question you might have about your upcoming trip. I used this clinic twice and everything was handled with precision and in great time. Highly recommended
Burt Magoo: Incompetent at handling covid testing and don’t answer the phone making it virtually impossible to get help or to complain. Despite me following all their instructions to the letter, I did not receive my covid test results. When I complained and asked for my money back as I’ve paid for a service which they’ve not provided, they showed little interest and blamed it on third parties which are out of their control. Get someone else to do your covid tests, you’ll regret using this company.
Elizabeth Lawrence: Used the fit to travel PCR test. Really good service and really reassuring to go to an actual clinic with great customer service to arrange and ask questions. It’s not guaranteed same day; but the team advised me to come early at 8am and pay for immediate courier. I received results at around 7pm that evening.
Kim Whyte: We contacted the clinic for a last minute COVID Fit to Fly test. Very professional and we paid for the courier service as we needed the results back in 24 hours. We actually received them back in 8 hours. A superb service, friendly and professional staff.
Jonathan Winn: Very professional service. Easy to book and free parking on site. Results were returned quickly.
Laura Caldwell: Lovely family run clinic - Mary and co always very friendly! Very pleased with whole process of the Covid test and very efficient, got it back within 24 hours, reliable and speedy very happy.
Caty Nott: Friendly, extremely helpful and flexible! If there is a problem the team will go out of their way to help find the solution. And as importantly they were very gentle! Would definitely recommend Hampshire Travel Clinic
Coenraad Heijdemann: TIP: Always insist on waiting for your result and certificate! When I made my appointment, I was told that was possible, but that was contradicted when I got there for the test. I had to rely on receiving it by e-mail while continuing on the journey to the ferry - and unfortunately the promised e-mail with result and certificate never arrived (although I did get the e-mail with their invoice - very useful, ahem!). Hampshire Health insists the certificate was sent, but I just didn't get it, and had to find an emergency solution by going to the very last test centre that was still open on my way to the ferry. So I paid twice. My wife did get her result in her e-mail. But it's just not a fully dependable method.
Katie Kenward: Quick & efficient covid testing! Recommend to everyone in the area.
Michael Miller: Very pleasant service. Seems to be the only place in the area offering 24 hours test-2-fly tests..

Harbour Veterinary Hospital: what do users think?
daisy dirty: We have used Harbour Veterinary services from the day Eva joined our family and 13 years later we where all treated with upmost respect on her final hour with us so loving, so kind and no rush with us saying goodbye, 5* thank you for everything you have done for Eva
sadia rahman: Impossible to get an appointment for 6 monthly check ups for my cats especially for people who have 9am to 6pm jobs, they provide no appointments in the evening after work or any on weekends when people are off work, such a waste having to pay for the healthy pet club when I can not even get my cats seen, they really do not want to help to make it easier for working people, I was told one of the receptionists would ask the nurse if they can do anything about my situation and she would get back to me but no one has contacted me!Almost two months later and still have not been able to book health check up as no one in this vet is willing to help!
Chad Bichard: For 14 years & 11 months Harbour were her vets, and yet we didn't even get an acknowledgment of her passing. Probably because they wouldn't come out to us to put her to sleep, so we had to use a different vet for her final, and arguably most important, vet appointment. That was THE time for them to do what's best for her, and they failed. Again. Our dog was with these vets for nearly 15 years, and towards the end of her life when she needed the care the most, we felt thoroughly let down by Harbour time & time again.Even when we knew we only had weeks to go, rather then let us have a top up of pain meds, or listen to her owners about her behaviour, they insisted on a full 'medical' for her. This involved pulling her around & made her very uncomfortable, rather than just taking time to listen to her owners who knew she was usually a happy dog, but just had off days every so often. We were told we had to have expensive scans & medicines, despite the fact her kidneys had started to fail, so all we wanted was something to help if she was having a bit of a down day. In the end we couldn't even rely on Harbour when she was having a down day, or if we wanted advice, as all they ever wanted was to bring her in & stress her out with pointless procedures. If she had been a younger dog, with potential for recovery, of course we would've tried more options, but they made it quite clear that wasn't possible yet still offered the scans...after confirming she was insured each time.It felt like Harbour only seemed to care about getting money from us, or our insurance company, when instead our dog just needed a vet who listened, understood the situation, and could give her something if she did get uncomfortable. End of life care is exactly that, yet they seemed to try & turn it in to a money making exercise for themselves instead of making it about the pets.
Lou Whiteford: Very thorough with my dog whenever she has been ill. They also give her an overall check when we visit which shows level of care. Had an excellent service over past 12 years
John Mullen: I have been registered at this vet for over 20 years on the whole they have been good to all our pets. A few weeks ago my dog had a scan to determine how many pups she was carrying and if she would be ok delivering them. We were informed that 4 could definitely be seen and possibly 1 more. A couple of days ago she gave birth to 5 wonderful healthy pups as predicted by the vet. She also went onto give birth to another 5, which are all healthy. Now I ask myself the following? Is their scanner not working? Do the staff need retrained? Did a scan take place? I could understand being out by 1, perhaps 2 but being out by 5 is quite a lot. How could they not pick up 40 feet, 10 heads, tail, spines? Ah well at least the dog is fine.Happy to discuss the feedback. My number is on your system
Helen Jackson: Jose operated on my 16.5 year old dog today and I have him home, Jose was amazing and I cannot thank him enough and thank you from Dexter you are amazing
Vincent harvey: After just losing our second chihuahua Charlie to a dog attack, the compassion shown by the amazing vets tells me Charlie was just as loved there, as he he was in my mums arms 💙 I can’t begin to express how much admiration for the job you do I have 💙 God bless you all, Vinny 💙
Anna Francesca: Have been taking my puppy here since I got her. Everyone is really kind, I get appointments reasonably quickly, the Healthy Pet Club is a good deal and we always receive the right help and useful advice.
Callum Boyd: The main doctor is not very professional. Every time I went there feels like they only interested in getting money off you. Adding up fees for check ups I didn’t even ask for.
Maria Woods: Very personable practice, always try to fit you in. They have been amazing throughout my late puppy's cancer and passing. Really feel like they care. I wish I could remember the names of some of the people who helped me. The receptionist who brought me my angels ashes and gave me a big hug and sat and talked to me, the vet who performed the procedure and gave me as much time and company as I needed, the vet who was always available for phonecalls throughout the cancer.
Kaye Cooper: Not a great service, was told completely wrong diagnosis even after I suggested a problem wanted to hospitalise and take xrays on kitten. Took kitten home and after a few hours and a toilet was back to normal. So I'd say more interested in money than the problem .
Sylvia Rooney: Thank you so much Guys! Your receptionist was reassuring and kind. We were offered an appointment very quickly, and the duty vet was understanding, attentive and very thorough. Treated our pet and myself with genuine empathy and was informative and educational. Alleviated my anxiety, and more importantly our cats symptoms. Amazing service. Brilliant😻
Natalie Tracey: We welcomed our new fur baby Bambi to our home in December, never had a puppy before so a little scary. First couple of weeks was a dream, but in unfortunate events a shiny red thing popped out of her eye, so being a panic mother I rushed her straight down to harbour vets (whom was highly recommended by my mother in law who she has used for all her dogs)The receptionist listened to the over the top panic mother and booked us straight in. The lovely vet confirmed this was cherry eye and prescribed us with eye drops ( what a nightmare trying to use these ) and healed within 5 days. Few weeks later she scratched her ear so much… back again. Prescribed more medication for inflammation of the ear. Few weeks later…. BACK AGAIN… with infected tail pocket and ear infection.I cannot express enough how helpful and kind all staff have been. The receptionist “Jack” very polite, professional, helpful and funny (even with my silly questions over the phone)The vet…. WOW…..such a lovely, caring, understanding human being. She was so gently, professional, answered all my questions and very helpful advice was given.Even though I feel deflated with all Bambi’s vet visits recently , And feel it is a never ending circle… honestly knowing the love and care they give to our beautiful fur baby i feel so reassured she is always going to be in the best care.I thank all the staff who have looked after her over the last few weeksWould absolutely with no doubt recommend this practice to anyone.Love Bambi’s forever loving mum Natalie Tracey
Z V: Horrible experience with a very unpleasant nurse and vet. Needlessly stressful at a time that was already very difficult. No empathy or respect.
Graham Dring: We pay for flea and worming medication on a monthly plan . This month we took the dog in to be weighed after not receiving the required dosage of medication . I was told they would be ready for collection in 48 hours . We returned more than 48 hours later and the doses were not ready and nothing had been done. They sorted the dosage whilst we waited and we went home with the medication or so we thought .Tonight having gone to sort out the medication for the dog they have in fact given us two lots of flea treatment and no worming tablets . We called now they have to speak to the prescription person tomorrow and we have to wait a call tomorrow whilst they get to the bottom of this !There is no getting to the bottom of this , this is a simple pre paid for plan , after all the messing around they have caused us it is getting a bit beyond a joke that such a simple monthly transaction causes so much trouble and we are still waiting for them to investigate why we haven’t got what we have paid for despite going in ,waiting , returning when they asked and waiting again as they had still not done what they had said they were going to do and then getting it wrong again. The practice called apologised and explained what went wrong which was a nice touch , I have amended my star rating after hearing they are trying to sort out the admin issue.
Ace heisenberg: Critical:QualityTerrible service. I think it's the financial admins who say yes or no to big operations .if you don't agree your going back home with a sick dog.. be prepared for deep pockets and the answer no and a sick pet.
Dan E: They were excellent before they closed the Fratton practice, Northend has not been a great experience so far.It is extremely difficult to get them on the phone. They no longer do vaccinations on Mondays or Fridays according to today's email but we have always done all previous appointments for vaccines and flea treatments on these days. This changed a few months ago but they've not told anyone. The care when you do get in for your pets is excellent but the customer service experience for getting hold of them and booking appointments suitable for people who work is not great.
JAMIE WALSH: Fast and rel
Phil Souza: Positive:ProfessionalismWe was only there for puppies injection! But while waiting in car park for our noodles to come out l witness a older lady receiving the ashes of her late pet ; and the young man who was all our 1st contact was so caring & professional !! Well done that young man 10/10
Carol Edwards: Positive:ProfessionalismMy appointment was dealt with so well what with covid restrictions, one healthy cat and happy owner.thankyou to all.
Anon Anon: Would not recommend for Rat care. Not enough knowledge on dosaging. The staff however are great. Always friendly. Probably best for cats and dogs. 3 star given because of kind staff, not for knowledgeUpdated and downgraded for mishandling complaint. After complaining further I was given a refund for my last visit before my wee boy died. The manager asked if the vet could call me, the vet then asked me what questions I had??? After trying to explain the reason why I was still unhappy, I get a letter with complaints procedure. The letter blatantly lies, saying I was recommended to an Exotic vet 3 times. No you did not! Only the one time which was just before he died. Also stating his chronic respiratory condition would be challenging to manage and unlike to fully resolve. Well that is obvious because you UNDERDOSED him from the beginning!!!!! When I first brought him in it was a minor respiratory infection and developed into a chronic one because you UNDERDOSED him from the start! It was never going to resolve. I should not have to raise this any further, it should be sorted with the manager, IF HE HAD BEEN MEDICATED CORRECTLY AT THE START HE PROBABLY WOULD STILL BE ALIVE!!!! A paltry apology. My daughter and I are still heartbroken 💔😞

PassPets: what do users think?
Dariusz Janusz: Miła obsługa
Jessica Freitas: At Passpets service was quick and hassle free.I do highly recommend Passpets if you're wanting to travel with your pet.
gary campling: Amazing experience again, as per last year! Our 13 year old Labrador received Gemma’s usual VIP treatment! Such a relief to have one less stress of paperwork when travelling with your pet. Gemma and team are amazing, and super kind to our old boy. Thank you again, Alison xx
Maddie Bell: Brilliant service, very fast and knowledgeable
Brendan Regan: Extremely professional service provided by Passpets, with any and all queries answered with confidence and authority.Having just set up new offices in Havant, the service is slick and very customer friendly. 1st class service. Is now my go-to pet travel facilitator.
Bruised often: Much cheaper than using your vet if you need to take your pet to the EU.
Harriet Anne-Alice Music: Really helpful staff and understanding!
John JohnF: Very efficient, cost effective and friendly service.
Sean Watts: Easy to book an appointment online, and nice office with friendly staff.
Colin Birkenshaw: So helpful we were travelling across to the EU and required an animal health certificate although we'd done our research there is nothing better getting good advice from the vet and the lady was very helpful. Havant near Portsmouth.
sarah gay: Absolutely 5* experience at Passpets Havant. Explained in full the AHC for my dog. In and out within 15 minutesHighly recommend for any AHC.....half the price of my local vet!Thank you
Briain McConnell: Very professional, very friendly and extremely quick. I wouldn't look anywhere else for help with paperwork for the next time we take our dog to France.
Caryn Puffett: Third time we have used Passpets and they are so efficient that it gives us confidence to arrive in Portsmouth for our ferry just hours before the sailing. Lovely new premises too! They take all the worry out of traveling with a pet abroad. Well done Passpets
John: PassPets should be based in every major town in the UK. They're not greedy as are all the local vetinary practices who I called in the Poole area. They all wanted around £250, as opposed to the very modest £99 that PassPets charged. A fast professional service. 5 star recommendation!
Damian Clarke: Super efficient and friendly.
Sally Beken: Great team, efficiently run and friendly to boot!
Simon Novis: Really close to Haven't railway station but plenty of really close parking too.Very efficient. In and out in 15 mins.Cheaper than our local vet but £99 for 15mins, wish I could earn wedge that fast lol.
chris frost: Very friendly, efficient and helpful, I would recommend them 👍
Don McCann: Friendly professional service! Highly recommend.
fiona jeffery: So quick and easy. This is the first time I have needed the new AHC, my local vet wanted to charge me £250 so I contacted PassPet via the website, filled in the details, my local vet quickly provided the information needed so we were good to go. I arranged our appointment at 7.30pm on the evening we were due to travel, I was then worried that if anything went wrong we wouldn’t be able to get on the ferry that night. After a phone call to PassPet I was reassured that everything was ready and waiting for us. The actual appointment was quick and efficient and off we went to France with no issue at all. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Not very good picture of Henry in a Brittany Ferries pet friendly cabin
Anne Johnson: Lovely vet and explained all the paperwork!

Queen Alexandra Hospital: what do users think?
Gurphylock: The Emergency Care Centre team have been amazing today. Thank you to everyone for taking such good care of my partner.Friendly, calm and professional 😇
Chris Law: I had a fall a couple of weeks ago (Fri May 26th) and went to A&E about 6pm with a suspected broken wrist. The Emergency Care Department staff were absolutely wonderful. Despite being very very busy and run off their feet,  everyone who looked after me - from reception to nurses to doctors and x-ray staff - all were absolutely fantastic.  A special shout out goes to nurses Kerry, Angie and Stacey. Although they were coming to the end of a very busy day, you wouldn't have known as each patient was treated in the same kind, caring, and professional way. They were a credit to our wonderful  NHS. Thank you to them and each and every one of their wonderful team.............I’ve now been referred to the Fracture Clinic and I've met some more fantastic staff who also deserve a shout-out.Firstly, there's there's Jan from the Plaster Room who took my my call just as the department was closing one evening but stayed on to listen to my concerns about my back plaster and gave me lots of very much appreciated reassurance which totally alleviated my worries. Then when I went for my first Fracture Clinic appointment, I met Karen in the Plaster Room who was doing a great job dealing with an already very, very heavy workload of patients. I don't know how she did it, but Karen managed to keep her sense of humour and calm approach even though several of the patients were unnecessarily rude to her and her team because they'd had a wait.Karen was ably assisted by a very competent, encouraging and smiley Emma to replace my back plaster with a full cast.A HUGE thank you goes to all of them. As a patient, it's so reassuring to be looked after by such capable, professional and friendly staff.
Alan Morgan: Its a large hospital.
Jessica DeLude: Not great-- no real following of practice rules for cleanliness for nurses, no one person washed their hands when examining me, only two wore gloves, no wipe down of shared equipment before/after my use, a cleaner used the same paper towel and sink water to wash down common areas. When I dislocated my knee I was made to walk to another area of the hospital alone with no support or aid at all, and evidently emergencies after 9pm were deemed not urgent and the lack of care was shocking. When I was brought in via ambulance and couldn't walk, a doctor made me walk to an exam room and questioned why I couldn't, and dismissed my explanation. Pain management equated to 3 ibuprofen under the guise of observation for effect, but no further interactions were made with me regarding it.The CQC lists this hospital as Green, but the things I've seen should place it well lower than that. The attitudes of most staff were pleasant, but this can't be pinned on understaffing of NHS, it's just a lack of care for basic practices of health and safety for patients.
zeenat jearally: Hi someone can help to fine a home in Queen alexandra hill road please...... thanks is my what's app number ok 👌 +23059092146
Paul Ellis: Some signage to certain wards confusing
Dee Alexis: Appalling A AND E DEPARTMENT. No training in mental health atall. A friend attempted suicide a few days ago, major over dose ambulance rushed her to the hostipal. Toxic overdose, she was in 7 hours no blood tests no treatment . Just seen by a doctor that said suicide is silly and told her to go home. Nurse was very rude to her also, she wasn’t checked upon and let to go home. My friend left and tried sucide straight away . You don’t even want to know the outcome now ! Absolutely disgusted the staff that dealt with her should be ashamed and sickened . She shouldn’t of left that hostipal , without seeing a mental health team. You deserve blood on your hands
Tara Bruno: Looked after my baby on nicu for 53 days and have been amazing! Can’t thank them all!
Brad Hughes: Absolutely appalling level of care, completely unorganised, staff levels are worse than ever, staff attitudes are very poor. It's time to get private health care insurance. The NHS has become a joke...
julio Da Silva: Long wait…however amazing people working here!Very surprised how good the staff are here!
Pj B: Breast services clinic staff and consultant (Dr Lorna) made an otherwise stressful experience very tolerable with obvious professionalism and gentle humour. A tough job at times, I am sure, but they were fabulous.
nicholachadwick1: An excellent hospital. Patients seen and treated in a very timely manner… A tricky delivery with my son was handled very well indeed and always felt extremely safe. After a family members surgery we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hospital and the attentiveness of the staff. Also impressed with the prompt and effective treatment. Thank you so much!
Clare Lyons-Baker: Excellent maternity servicesI transferred care from St Richards and found QA and the Havant community midwifery team, absolutely wonderful! Thank you for everything 💙
Leo Dinnage: staff are overworked and doing their best
Anthony Snook: Very good service
nick woods: Well dur how could you like a hospital
Pompey Smith: Excellent facilities but communication between departments is very poor
Lewis Doherty: Staff are so lovely and friendly thanks for all the help
Jessica Ball: Fabulous team that genuinely care. Thank you :)
Marion Cuthbert: Rather not
Vanessa Raynbird: I had an appointment to visit ENT at Queen Alexandra Hospital today and would like to thank them for an extremely efficient and friendly service. My appointment was for 10.20, I was in with the doctor at 10.30, a scan was carried out 5 mins later and all clear results within 5 mins and back in my car by 11.00. Thank you to all involved, you do a magnificent job.

Getting past first year wouldn’t have been as easy and exciting if I didn’t go through ICP, everyone (teachers, college service members and the students) made it easy for me. They are so supportive with everything and anything! I’m so happy I got to go to ICP. I’ll definitely recommend all international students to go through ICP as it gets you ready for university!

Shaikha Al Qanaei: Richard and Vlad are the best from all staff in college services
Kofi Offei: Richard is the best and we don't talk about bruno just lovely
Gauthier Musafiri: ICP has been full of tremendous experience in terms of their guidance, support, and teaching methods. It was just amazing, reflecting a high level of experience in the education field. They actually provide a core understanding of what a university expects from us as students. I have had a variety of opportunities to be taught by knowledgeable lecturers. The experience was great. It is so interesting to look at how teachers deal with me. Based on this, they could even read my mind before I spoke a word, and based on this, they could guide me! This builds trust because it's so inspiring to be taught by someone who knows exactly the type of person they are trying to build up, in an academic way!I wish I could never leave ICP, but unfortunately, I would have left because we came in with the principle of leaving it one day!
raman roy: I am Ramon Roychowdhury an x student from Pre-masters and my experience in International college Portsmouth was priceless, I had the chance to become one of the students voice from my section and with the support and infrastructure of the college we all had a great semester in the campus. Moreover the facilities and the staffs are very friendly, they will cooperate with you on every stage may it be your assignments or official paperworks when it comes to immigration and finances. On an whole this college is a great body of education and kindness.
shake taher: Vary nine ❤️
Oluwafemi Toluwase: Its lovely, and its also my dream school. So I'm happy with what i am seeing. I'll recommend this school to anyone.
Xin Wen: cannot check all course detail in these website no information about online course it should inform the detail and timetable to the new student before a week the online class start please improve those problem thanks you
NEZAR ELKADY: ICP made a huge impact in my life, let me start by saying i was so worried to leave my country and move to the UK to start studying my major, But icp flipped my life to be honest, they made me feel like i am just at home and that i can talk and share anything with the staff and the teacher, everyone is so wonderful and caring about each other which made me feel so welcomed from the very first day to my final exam in icp! I couldn’t leave without going to thanya and to say my goodbyes as she was a big part of icp to me, anything i would like to discuss to anyone i know who i will go to which is thanya, all the teachers made everything feel simple and that nothing is complicated or hard, thanks to everyone who helped me through this process and lastly i am extremely sad that i won’t have another year in icp which made me sad but i will for sure visit again soon, keep it up International college of portsmouth
Bamidele Peter: I really enjoyed my time here. Great environment for learning. Great lecturers. I'll gladly advice anyone to attend this institution without any doubts in my mind.
