Darren Freeman: Xbox 360 console and games are still relevant in 2024, and places like Cex help keep these old consoles alive. You won't get much for selling old games, but you can use the cash or credit to buy things that you actually want. I found games for the 360 starting from 50p! The staff are friendly and the shop feels like a gamers paradise.

Peter Lovell: Visited the store because I had a problem with my bank card, so I went to the store to pay my phone bill by cash. Been with this network since that started up in the early 2000s. Every time I contact them they are always friendly with a genuine vibe. Happy to talk and chat like normal folk and they don't just try to push you for sales and more money... I have travelled across large parts of southern England during my time with them... Never experienced problems with signals etc... Heard they are merging with Vodafone. I'm praying the customer service from 3 is retained. As I have stories about Vodafone's customer service..

Otto Lutz: My Google Pixel 7 needed a new main camera. The repair was carried out to perfection - no damage to the handset and the camera was working as new again. I had been told by main dealers that the phone could not be repaired. This alone is an excellent endorsement for the business, but it gets even better. My phone developed an unrelated software issue shortly after the repair. I took it back for help and it was fixed at no extra cost. Amazing! Very happy with the service all round. Would recommend them to anyone.

Alice Harman: I had my iPad screen replaced here a while ago and would highly recommend this place. They are very friendly and quick with the work to a high quality. My screen on my iPad was crack badly and I went into the store to ask what could be done. A replacement screen was ordered and within a week the new screen had arrived. After dropping my iPad off so it could be fixed I got a phone call to talk about the progress of the repair and was told that the replacement screen was faulty and that a new one was already ordered and on its way with no extra charge. Everything was sorted and fixed very quickly and the iPad looks brand new for a great price. If you want somewhere that you can be confident in having amazing customer service and care then look no further.

Steve Fryer: The power button dropped out of my Samsung Note mobile phone. I went into Mobile World in Portsmouth, they told me they would order another power button and if I took the phone in next day they would repair it whilst I waited. And that is exactly what happened! Peter Lovell: My Son had damaged his screen and display on his Samsung Phone. So after being recommended this place from a friend, we decided to give them a call, was given a excellent price for the repair and a quick turnaround. After the repair a problem did develop with the audio. The very friendly people in this shop didn't even question that it could of been a new problem therefore a new charge. He offered straight away to fix it for free, even know it needed a new part. So in my opinion I would really recommend this place for any phone repairs

Corrupt: Acronym Computers have been outstanding, having preformed routine maintenance and cleaning due to age and dust causing issues which on my first pc which was to a absolute top standard and far beyond what I could have expected, after building my second I bought it in having experienced PSU issues, with the hope of fixing it without a full replacement. Unfortunately through no fault of there own that wasn't possible but they have been wonderful in assisting in it's replacement, with total transparency about expensing and pricing of new parts which has always been a concern to me with other repair shops, they've been outstanding from a customer service point of view and I couldn't recommend them more, sometimes general pc building enthusiast knowledge isn't always enough and they have been nothing but kind professional and understanding. A truly amazing local business!

Visited the store for the first time today to get the battery replaced on my iPhone 13Staff were friendly and helpful and the repair only took 45 minutes!Only negative for me is they broke my screen protector when replacing the battery. They do pre warn you this could happen and you sign a waiver but it’s £35 for a new one. The assistant did ask the manager if they would replace it out of goodwill but she wasn’t interested.Overall a good experience and would go back for any repairs/purchases in the future
