Emma Walmsley: Said yes to the dress at J C brides! Katie, in the shop was THE loveliest lady and so patient with me. She threw in a wild card and it paid off! Complete with happy tears, she helped me pick my wedding dress for my big day!My mum was also helped to pick her outfit and Katie was very very helpful. You can tell she's very passionate about her job, and so attentive! So glad this shop was recommended. If I could score it more than 5 stars I would, thankyou thankyou thankyou!!

Alaina Belstone: I wasn’t expecting to find a dress in the first shop I tried, but I was wrong! From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. I tried on 9 different dresses before coming back the following morning to secure the 5th one I tried. Katie was so helpful and managed to get all of the alterations needed made before the big day which was 6 months away. Katie - thank you so much. I only wish I had found this place before I ordered my wedding dress as the service was incredible and the team and seamstress are super kind and helpful. Katie is very professional and clearly knows what she is doing in this industry, it is such a lovely family run business and they really care about their customers. She was always so accommodating with my little baby and helped take a huge amount of stress off me. I would recommend this bridal shop to everyone I know getting married. Thanks so much.
Suzanne Capper: We got our wedding dress and groom's suit with these amazing people, all the way through they were so helpful, the quality of the outfits was fantastic, the price was affordable, and nothing was too much trouble, in the bridal shop they looked at me and knew exactly what would work with me and their suggestions for the alterations were so helpful, you just tell them what you want to hide for confidence reasons and they just knew, throughout the entire process they were there - I honestly don't know how to thank them for such a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Charlotte Parker-Bowring: My husband and I got married 3 weeks ago and everyone at JC brides and grooms were amazing my husband hired his suits from Ady's grooms side which was great service throughout and I hired my niece's petticoat from the bride's side Katie was brilliant as we had a few problems with our venue The Old Thorns Hotel which lead to the petticoat being lost for 2 weeks and thankfully Katie gave us time to locate it.

I am over the moon with my dress and couldn't recommend JC Brides and Grooms enough! Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a friendly atmosphere and amazing aftercare service too.
