jayne presland: Amazing service, far better than my normal surgery and Dr Edward Weaver was amazingly brilliant. Nothing too much trouble, took his time, was thorough, understanding and kind. Nikki Turner: All the staff are polite and courteous and very patient. The nurses there in particular Shelley, Rachel and Freya go beyond their duties and have treated my family and I will the up most respect. Shelley has patiently sat and listened to me during my appointments going on about all the worries I have going on and is very supportive and empathetic. The doctors are all just as supportive and I think most of us forget that they are all under immense strain and stress yet still deal with each patient with respect. I think we often forget that they want the best for us and sometimes the answer is not at the bottom of a medicine bottle or tablets but rather simple things which we ourselves can change. I think over the years every one has become accustomed to getting a prescription every time we go with a minor ailment so now it is expected I admittedly have been the same hence why I can write this review and be honest with the care I have received. In future if you are handed a print out for another service or online app don't fold it up and put it in your pocket and forget about it take the time to read and explore the alternative options being given to you. I feel all surgery staff are under rated and expected to be super human but they are all superstars in their own rights and deserve our respect and patience and for us to remember that we all have bad days and most of us let it show whereas the staff at a doctors surgery cannot hide away till the day passes they have to get up and carry on. Remember to show up for your appointments as a missed appointment could have been used by another patient in dire need or if you can't make it at least phone and make the surgery staff life's a little easier. Thank you for all you do.
Brian Pengelly: Always get good service at this surgery. The practice has seen a few locums since the brilliant Dr Hately's absence but they have been very good. The practice nurses are great as well. It is a clean, well run practice with very efficient receptionists. I rarely have to wait past my appointment time. It can be a pain trying to get an appointment by phone first thing but I guess that applies to most places. Best surgery I have been to
Mark Rendle: I wanted to change surgeries for two reasons. One closer to me and secondly was unable to get an appointment. After collecting reg forms and in some pain the staff arranged one the next day. Tralawney surgery has done more for me in one day than my old surgery has in 3 months. Big thumbs up from me. Mollie: I've actually been really impressed by these doctors. I was previously registered with a different doctor's and couldn't get an appointment for weeks, at Wycliffe I generally get an appointment on the day. The doctors are thorough and professional and the receptionists are lovely which is unfortunately very rare!
Rosa241: I changed to Wycliffe from that Plympton surgery and am so glad I did. All of the staff at Wycliffe are kind and courteous, helpful and pleasant. It's not always easy to get through on the phone in the mornings but you can if you phone a bit later, or do an econsult that are regularly checked from the prompt replies I have received. The drs and nurses are wonderful too. I will never leave their catchment area as I would never want to change surgeries again. Thank you all at Wycliffe 🙂

dave roberts: In my experience this surgery has always been very good, they have looked after me and my children efficiently and sensitively for years. Unusually even the admin staff are polite and efficient. For instance I phoned this Monday morning at 8am regarding my child coming down ill. There was a long wait time so they offered to call back. By 8:30 admin called and I told them the problem, by 9am the doctor was on the phone I was offered an appointment but was not really required because it was obvious what the illness was and a prescription had been sent to the chemist.

David Crookes: Don't know why people write rubbish reviews about this surgery, it's all codswallop! I've always found the surgery Doctors and Nurses very polite and helpful and do the very best to help you with whatever's gone wrong, and they're very serious In helping you to get better. This Surgery's one of the best, and I'd only leave them if I ever left Guzz. F.A.B
Top Two: I can't fault the good folks at lisson grove at all.The current rating of 2.7 does not accurately reflect how professional nor helpful these souls are. They've done a beautiful job across the board with me, even though I've been a right unintentional job's worth.It seems a fair few of these 1 star reviews can't or don't differentiate between the human nature of the people who work there and the overburdened, stressed and arguably outdated systems with which they're forced to work.I, for one, am grateful for the work the good people at lisson grove do and the composure with which they do it.That is all.

Any issues always get dealt with very effective and quickly.Been dealing with DR Radford recently for a number of different things and it has been nice having one GP deal with the same issues when they occur. Also to say I have had two big abdomenal ops in Derriford, Eye treatment and many other visits. At all times, although so very stretched, everyone was so kind, professional and so very helpful. Edward Drew: I went into day surgery at Derriford Hospital yesterday and can't speak too highly of the nurses in Postbridge Ward. From the moment I was admitted to the moment I was discharged they were brilliant. They work so hard and are on the go all the time. Many thanks to them all for looking after me. Also thanks to Mr Douie the surgeon who appears to have done a brilliant job on me.
