Ollie Briddock: Came in to this Argos store after receiving a faulty Apple Watch I had ordered and picked up on the same day. I struggled to get through to Argos on the phone but once I did they told me to come here. I was sceptical anything would be done when I arrived but Simon the store assistant had the watch swapped and had me on the way in the space of 5 minutes. All praise to that man I couldn’t believe it could be that easy. Simon deserves a pay rise effective immediately.

Alan: A dreadful experience. The price for two lightbulbs clearly said £6-99 and yet when I get home I find I was charged £7-99. I bought a number of items but I was my own fault as I should have checked the bill as this wasn’t the first time it’s happened. Then at the checkout the lad started inspecting the two tenners I gave him. When I said how over the top he was being he explained how it was company policy. What, a tenner! It was insulting but probably says more about the owner than me.

Rachel Baker: Shocking customer service from Ally. She didn't know how to use the computer to find my order details and was incredibly rude even telling me I was 'lucky' she was letting me have a refund by gift card as the corner of the box where it opened was torn by a few millimetres. She even shouted at me on the way out like some kind of street drunk on a Saturday night. Rude and racist, I will be making a complaint.

Mark Oldfield: I ordered two book shelves, I was told to go back into day to arrange delivery within 20-30 minutes they had cancelled the book shelves and if I wanted them they would now be coming from there main depot even thou they were in stock with the ones I had ordered.I could have them as long as I stayed in from 7.00-21.30 on Wednesday.I am disabled I don't know Where I am from one day too the other. I was told to go in today for my order but sadly due to Argos not having a clue in what they are doing I will not be having my matching book shelves to match the one I had two weeks ago.Most of all I will not be shopping in Argos again.

nate great: I would like to make a customer complaint about store Plymouth Royal Parade in Plymouth Devon. I tried returning a television in perfect condition but was told that i couldn't return it because it was opened and used. I said that the picture quality of the tv wasn't great and I wanted my money back or store credit. Which a staff member of the store replied " I guess you should have done your homework, and researched the product first" I was quite shocked at this rude comment. As a customer who has spent quite abit of money these past few months (noted in my profile) I want my money back for the inferior product and a written apology about the unacceptable comment said to me, I am in my 50's and have worked retail/customer service for over 20 years. If the customer isn't happy then something needs to be done.
