He came up with a beautiful custom chest piece for me which I absolutely love.Thr work was conpleted it in a day sitting and I was really well looked after - plenty of breaks when I needed them and a coffee machine which was essential on a Saturday morning.The workshop is immaculately clean and I'll be going back for sure.Service:Tattoos

Becca: This was my first tattoo so I wanted to make sure I chose the best place I could, especially as I was slightly terrified!I had nothing to worry about, what a fantastic place. Staff are really welcoming, the place is clean and well looked after with welcoming, cool decor.I was really put at ease straight away and Leigh took the time to reassure me that I’d be ok and it wouldn’t be as bad as I was worried about. Honestly, I have the worst pain threshold and this was fine! Uncomfortable but not painful and I felt reassured I could have asked for a break if I needed one.Leigh is a fantastic artist and this won’t be my last tattoo. Highly recommended.Service:Tattoos

Joanne Parker: After a bad start where the shop was actually closed at the time of our booking today and no one was answering the phones, John (the owner of Eastern Ink) got in touch and explained why he was not there and rebooked for later the same day. This was for my daughters first tattoo as her 19th birthday present. When we got the new appointment the staff were friendly and my daughter is very happy with her tattoo.
APG Home improvements: John is absolutely fantastic at his work. Had 90% of my work done by him and always love the end result. Would of been a 100% if I’d found him sooner.He’s hard working and certainly gets his head down and cracks on with the job.I also love the whole vibe of the shop… Old skool, just like a proper tattoo shop should be run.I always recommend eastern ink whenever I can.Top job John and keep up the super work.Look forward to seeing you again soon.

sandra kelly: I had booked a session with John Russell (apparently he could choose not to turn up as I had not paid a deposit? Waited for 2 hours no response from texts or phone calls. Tracked down tropical dan in the pub who had no idea where John was although there was an empty bottle of scotch on the table and he said oop he had been drinking with Dans father.Dan said could do tattoo. All good until he left the half sanitary area to go out back more than once with a friend...checking his phone without any care for sanitisation..ended up after more than enough time....but as I was told its like the dentist ....the tattooist is in control...you don't question him '!@@@Asked for black and greyGot black and blue not symmetrical lines but the owner JR not interested.
Sara Goodale: Dan who works here did a tattoo for a guy with learning disability , took the guys money he paid for 3 hrs on what was supposed to be last sitting , he didn’t finish the tattoo and he only sat for 2 hrs, the last bit on the tattoo is absolutely terrible. Can’t get to talk to dan , John keeps saying ring next week, saying dan only rents a chair but surely as an owner and to keep a good reputation you would do something of good will, would put things right.But after reading the reviews on here these are truthful and can’t be deleted as they can on Fb etc.Don’t waist your money there are plenty of other tattooist.

I had gone in to enquire about a piercing his Mrs had done yesterday and because he didn't like what I was saying he suggested I F off else where, when I said I would coz I don't like his attitude he got up and walked over shouting at me to get the f out then quite aggressively. Seriously do NOT recommend this place he was awful.

Sam Lynch: My girlfriend and I were first seen by a lovely red headed lady where we picked out a necklace in the window that had been discounted. We had only just arrived at the shopping centre so still wanted to have a quick nose at other shops but asked to reserve it so we could pick it up later. We came back about 40 minutes later and saw one of the other ladies putting the necklace back out. My girlfriend was a bit annoyed but I assured her "maybe they've got back-up stock and they're just replenishing the window". We ended up picking up the necklace and matching earrings although it turned out that it was the only necklace. The red headed lady was very friendly and the items were beautiful but we were both a little disappointed that we could have lost out on our necklace if we had come back any later.

I must say that I had been in the shop a week ago and the customer service experience fell far short of today's experience. Knowledge of pieces was lacking, and expertise seemed to be non-existent. I'm happy I made the decision to go back on the off chance I would be served by someone else on the shop staff.

From the moment we spoke with Samuel to thw moment we left the store we were absolutely blown away by the level of customer service. It was first class. We likened it to the service we had received in the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh this summer.Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained and we were not made to feel at all pressured into a ourchase.Well done and what a complete credit rhis man os to your store.

Jordan Neves: After researching tattoo removal locations all over the UK, I settled on here. It was Jordan’s years of experience and past reviews that made me decide; I’ve got large pieces that I want removed so these were more important to me than anything else. I travel quite far for my appointments and I’m now 4 sessions in; I’m very happy with progress. Jordan has always been a message away when I have a question but fortunately I haven’t needed to ask him much as the aftercare guidelines he’s given me have always been accurate. I had my patch test with Luke a few months back and he answered every question I had, and even answered ones I didn’t know I had. Unfortunately some degree of pain is unavoidable but Jordan puts his customers first and will work at a pace you’re comfortable with. In all, a great pair and a great business; I highly recommend booking a consultation if you’re considering removal.

We’ve spoken on a diverse range of topics from the cultural significance of tattooing in Japan, the invention of ink colours throughout history, to the function of the lymphatic system in removing your unwanted tattoos. He really does know his stuff. It is this tattoo based knowledge that you simply won’t find at a clinic or a doctor. I’m having two sleeves and a chest piece removed. I was encouraged by the use of the last technology - I should add I have previously used high end doctors and clinics, but Jordan and Luke are outstanding and set the bar when it come to tattoo removal. Christopher King: Communication is Aweful avoid using booksy you have to pay to book which comes off of supposed cost later on to be declined with no refund or attempt to make another appointment or communication tattoo shop he works in are full of clowns who in turn have the communication skills of a bat. Clear and easy to follow.I had my first removals session today and can see a difference already. Obviously the procedure wasn't a tickle, yes it stung but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Jordan is willing to stop at any time if you need to, always checking you're ok, but if you're like me you'd rather just crack on with it. Sit back, relax, have a good old chat to distract you and it's over before you know it.I honestly can't fault the professional service Jordan provides and I'm glad I didn't go anywhere else.
