Sabrina T: I am sorry but I would not recommend these people to anyone!!!! My experience with this company was absolutely awful! Deposit paid on a particular sofa for my dad's living room as we was decorating and changing it all! The colour scheme was brown! Found a lovely brown 6 seater sofa arranged delivery date! Delivery date come and no sofa arrived! I had to call them to find out where the sofa was ,to discover that it was not coming and not even been ordered in as they believe I changed the delivery date! Arranged another time for delivery again waited on delivery date no phone call , called again to discover they didn't have the sofa in order to deliver , I was absolutely disgusted with the lack of understanding and customer service these people had for their paying customers and taking ownership of fault! Despite being messed about by them they was saying was not there fault! I asked for a discount for the sofa as I had my plans ruined because they had let me down 3 times with delivery! They reluctantly agreed after being very rude to me and trying to justify there furniture is the best quality and cheap and I'm already getting a discount from buying with them!!! Absolutely shocking!!!After a few phone calls back and forth over coming days let down after let down of delivery , they even went as far as blaming the suppliers , gave me all excuses the van broke down , they can't get it in stick till a certain time! Just relentless excuses! After this They advised they can no longer get this sofa in stock as they blamed the suppliers! I had to resort to going into the shop , they then apologised and said I can pick another sofa , can get my sofa but a different colour (which I designed my living colour scheme around) which I was fuming about! Said can get it in black from different supplier but my living room decor was brown and cream so I was not happy at all! Picked another sofa that I liked , said to them the discount still applies that I disputed I should have it as they messed me about! agreed when delivery day came they then tried to make me pay more than agreed in the shop and threatened if I did not pay they will remove the sofas from the house! I could actually not believe how disgusting there service and attitude was towards a customer they had messed about left right and centre! I paid the money as this was just before we went into lockdown and I wanted my dad to enjoy his new living room and new sofas in comfort through lockdown. Never!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM! STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHOP!!!!

Maris Kesa: The shop has moved away, it is somewhere near city centre now.I bought my sofa from them, it has served me quite nicely so far, I bought a corner sofa-bed and it can be cleaned with mild soapy water, comes up clean. Though the sitting cushions should be made more sturdy, stronger, my son banged his tail bone, messing about as kids do.

The 2 that delivered the sofa were extra careful with it, it was awkward getting it into our property due to the narrow doors. They managed it and even set it up for us. Would highly recommend.

Gagan: Very poor customer service. One gets stuck after buying a product from them. They say but do not return or exchange anything if its their fault even. Moreover one of the persons there is very rude; when you ask for exchange or return within your legal return period , he doesnt do .my friends had bad experience with them as well.I would strongly recommend not to buy anything from there.

Nomad Channel: After sales is extremely unprofessional. After two weeks we had received the dining table and chairs, protective caps under the table legs fell off. They sent wrong size caps and when we mentioned that they were wrong customer service told us that we had to up load more pictures. For a few plastic caps they wanted extra evidences. Totally unacceptable!
Calum Walker: Customer service over the phone is shocking. No one has a clue. Got told nearly two months ago that my sofa will be arriving to the warehouse in the next couple of days and to expect a phone call so we sold ours. But nothing. Then we get told it would arrive end of Jan. nothing, no phone call or anything. I’ve had to chase this constantly. Been told that we have confirmation it will be arriving today 6th Feb and will get a phone call today. But nothing so I call and a different person said it was never coming today and it will be here possible next week but no promises. She was rude and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager and told me there wasn’t a complaints email. They are rude over the phone and all come up with different dates. Apparently managers aren’t responsible for the guys who we call for giving false information and dates so can’t speak to me. I can understand dates changing but when I call this morning and they’ve assured me it will arrive this morning I expect it at worst case tomorrow but to be told it will be middle of next week onwards is disgusting and no one you call wants to help out!

We were at this point approached by Graham Roberts who asked if we wanted any help, which was nice as we were not hassled whilst browsing. Graham was so friendly and very helpful explaining the different types of sofa fibre we could have, colours, fabric etc. we chose what we wanted and Graham then took us quickly and easily through our payment options. Peter Kovacs: Sold me a £2000 dining table and chairs. Discovered that one of the chairs was damaged a few weeks after delivery but they are refusing to replace due to elapsed time. However, the velvet/velour nature of the chairs mean that the damage was not easy to see. These guys don’t care about customer service. Don’t use them. I’ll be going through the small claims court.

Yazid L: At first, I was quite skeptical in buying from Futon Sofa Beds Direct Ltd. Their website looks a bit outdated, they didn't have a lot of recent reviews and not all the reviews were great. However, they didn't fail to impress me. I phoned a couple of times to discuss a few questions I had and they picked up immediately answering my questions in-depth, of which other more popular places failed to do or took a long time. Initially I ordered fabric swatches, which came within a week. Then I ordered my futon sofa bed which came in 5 days as part of the express delivery and was free. I had no missing parts, although there were 4 screws that was too short to drill holes in the wood. This was minor, as they weren't the most essential screws to screw in and I found 4 longer ones in my toolbox which I used instead. The sofa bed is exactly what I imagined. I don't do many reviews, but I felt the need to do a review for Futon Sofa Beds Direct Ltd as some people may have the same initial skepticism as me, but honestly they were really good. Would buy from them again.
Simon Pardo: Ordered a replacement mattress, it turned up in 48 hours. Great product, well made but... I ordered the wrong one, my mistake. Called them up and spoken to John, he couldn't be more helpful or nicer. They are replacing the mattress in 2 days.Great advice, great service. Can't recommend highly enough.Thank you

A part was damaged in transit, but Jon couldn't have been more helpful in sorting out a replacement, which arrived a day later. The service was top class and the bed is great quality, just what we needed. Thank you very much!
margarita pap: I ordered a double futon bed. Only a frame of a single bed arrived. No help from the customer service. No refund. I'm stuck with a box with a single futon wooden frame. Delivery service was awful as well. Still no matress, lost my sleep for days.
alison sneezum: Make sure you get a fabric swatch before ordering. I bought a futon sofa bed with Louisa charcoal fabric and the fabric is absolutely awful. It couldn't look more tacky if it tried. It is shiny and feels horrible. Futon not too heavy weight and strong. Frame is good.

The phoned me to cancel the delivery a couple of days before as the had no foam.I've been iback twice and phoned twice and still no luck, been promised twice they will get back to me, but they don't phone me back.DO NOT BUY FROM DFS AT THE MOMENT..... Went into Sofology and they don't have a foam shortage.Brilliant service.Not a lot of staff, which is great as they are not all over you when you walk in the door. But tricky when you need one, as they seem to be nowhere to be found, at least when we went in. But then again it was later in the afternoon.It's well laid out, and their prices suit all wallets.We bought from them about 20 years ago and only recently gave the last piece of that furniture away. Really good quality.

But they've earned this one.I bought a 2k Sofa suite from the Peterborough store, (Your standard half price sale that never was at full price!) the sofa’s fine but I've been trying to cancel the extended warranty I purchased, and it's a headache.I tell you, the slimey salesmen really want to hold on to their extra money maker!Due to Covid I couldn’t make it into store, so I called, emailed, called, called, emailed, emailed and emailed some more… but nothing, completely ignored! Zero response.I had 2 weeks to cancel the insurance, I started trying to cancel on day one and persevered all the way through the fortnight. I know they’re opening my emails as I have software that monitors opens. What kind of Company blatantly ignores you?Terrible Customer Service that felt similar to backstreet 2nd hand car sales! (But that would be insulting them)I’m pleased the sofas fine as if I get treated like this for a £250 extended warranty – what would happen if something major happened?...If for some reason you have to use them pay via your Credit Card and get them to reclaim the money on your behalf. You have purchase protection.My professional advice, steer well clear. There's plenty of other companies out there offering better products and service. I'll never buy anything from them again.
Kevin. Turner: Don't even bother! Sofa arrived and it was fine for a few months now it is sagging in places and footstool is of center. We have been told they will not repair the sofa! Taking this up with furniture ombudsman and trading standards!! Do Not buy from here!!!!! Guarantee means nothing !!!!!!!!

Julia Ali: We bought 2 three piece suites and chair (orien range). When they arrived there was a fault with one of the recliners on the settee. We told the delivery men that we did not want a faulty settee. They told us that if they took the settee back they would have to take the whole order back. This would have left us with nothing to sit on. We rung customer services only to be told that an antiques company would come in SIX Weeks to fix the fault. Even if this company fixed the fault it is still substandard and if fixed and broke again then we would be liable for this. We paid £3,440 for these settees and expected perfection for this price. We rung customer services a second time saying could they replace the broken 3 piece with a two piece which would have suited us (both settees are exactly the same price. This again they refused to do. We are seriously thinking about going to trading standards and the small claims cout as we feel we have been treated badly. Sadly it is a case of this company taking your money and leaving you sub standard products. We have offered fab furniture a resolution for all concerned but they are not interested. This is unacceptable for the price we paid. Think very carefully before buying from this company!!
Jo humphrey: Visited shop to browse - instantly approached which I cant stand in customer service, walked around to find the shop well above my affordability range.The same guy approached me on leaving and I said sorry its too expensive in here for me - then I was given verbal diarrhoea about interest 4 years free credit. I don't want to be in debt for the next few years thank you very much - certainly didn't listen to me & blocked my path all very awkward. I wont ever be returning.I suggest these guys go on a customer service course and fast!
Amy East: My partner and I visited store twice this week, Wednesday and Thursday.We had picked out a table and spoke to a salesman about it as we were very interested. We had seen one on SCS hundreds of pounds cheaper, exactly the same and one Wednesday the salesman said his manager could price match. We decided to go ahead with the purchase so I returned to the store on Thursday, only to be told they couldn’t price match, another manager has said that they won’t do it. What sort of way is this to do business, to advertise a price match service and then decide to pick and chose? I will be making my order with SCS to prevent wasting my time any further.FAAB call it the Hollywood range and on SCS it’s the Lisbon range, every piece is hundreds of pounds cheaper at SCS.I recommend shopping around before buying off FAAB.

Staff was really friendly and the furniture looks really good, hence we've decided to buy a set of furniture for our new house without any finance, HOWEVER this is where the problems began...On the purchase date (4th of July 2021) we were told that our furniture will be delivered by no latter than the end of August. During the first week of September I've rang them (obviously no calls from their end) to find out that there is a delay and we will now receive our furniture by the end of September. The official reason behind the delay is - "With new social distancing rules in place within the factories, our suppliers have not been able to manufacturer at the same rate as before".For inconvenience I was offered a refund of £50. Fine, thank you.Today is the 1st of October. No calls, no email, no nothing, so I've decided to ring them again (poor customer service if you ask my opinion).You've guest it right - another delay. Reason - initially lady said about having no control over the deliveries from overseas, then shortage of drivers and then lack of fuel. However this time they've told me that because they have already refunded me £50 - they can't offer any further financial compensation for not delivering their promises AGAIN. Not only that, but even if they will not be able to deliver the furniture is 5 years time - all you get is £50. That's it. End off.Now they are saying that I might receive it by the 11th of October, subject to not having any further issues.Will it be delivered? I don't know. All I know is that I've bought a furniture, paid for it outright, and it's not delivered to me for over 4 months. I've experienced poor customer service and no further compensation from their end.If you want to buy furniture and get it in a reasonable timescale, then Fabb Furniture is NOT the place to go.In case if some of the Fabb Furniture representatives will look into my case, I will save your time - my order number is 217453.
