Jean is amazing will always be in contact with you and would offer the best timings for you and on the top of it - you feel really welcome, like you are part of the family 🤗 Dr Sravanthi is amazing, very warm person and will always discuss everything with you, listens what you want to achieve and will offers the best way for you to achieve what you want and what would suit you! Honestly, don't go for other places anymore, it's not worth it (you'll be wasting your time and money, for worse quality produts and not achieving result you want), believe me, I tried myself... But I found this amazing place, it's Nr 1 on my list!

Binge Quinn-Harding: Absolutely fantastic hidden gem. I was made to feel comfortable by Jean as soon as I arrived, then spoke in length to Dr Sravanthi about what I thought I wanted/needed and decided on a better treatment plan for me that was actually cheaper and more effective. Quick painless and professional procedures in a clean and comfortable setting. I waited until my 2 week review to see how I felt and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would absolutely recommend this clinic!

Illena Sh.: staff very friendly, but the quality of the botox was not good. Had it done June/July and caused my forehead to droop and fall and look ugly (neanderthal look). Noticed the significant drop September (event pictures) on camera. Had to top up to create lift quickly. Previous to that botox was done there as well. Their hair laser treatment is very professional and they use protective creams .

amy dedman: My experience with this clinic was absolutely atrocious.I had a consultation to remove a lesion via Plexr laser in August 2020, consultation was okay and I was booked for a Saturday morning in late September. So this had been booked for well over a month.2 days before my appointment I receive a text from the receptionist confirming the appointment, I said thank you see you in 2 days.She then ASKS ME what treatment I am having! I am not 100% sure because I am not a medical specialist. I tried to explain the best I could - already feeling worried because the clinic had no idea what treatment I was booked for -She then tries to move me to LATE OCTOBER (week day) I am shocked but persevere and ask for a Saturday again. She now states that they do not do this service on Saturdays (despite having this booked for over a month for a SATURDAY). please note, not one apology from her yet. I say no, I just want to cancel it, I am remaining polite to her.Then she says, hang on let me check with the doctor??? So i receive another text stating I can keep my original appointment but only if I pay AN EXTRA £20?? I am appalled at this atrocious customer service from this 'business', it is disgusting. I tell her I'm absolutely not paying extra money for something which isn't my fault!her reply was.... "Okay"NO APOLOGY, NOTHING. I would never use this place, the respect they have for customers is non-existent. Absolutely disgusted.

Mifarka Fami: Went there with acne and coin sized cysts that wouldn't budge even on antibiotics, got the fractora treatment and it all went away! The doctor cares about their patients and did an amazing job.

Mali'ika: Good clinic. Went for a free consultation with the Doctor, not sure whether it was down to the advise being free or not but I felt a slight arrogance from this doctor, like she was trying to undermine me whilst i was talking. Her assistant made me feel the same, unfriendly and not very courteous. However, the Doctors advise was good and helpful. The Doctor before this one was brilliant, but Jean who is still hete is good. Has a nice little chit chat with you.*Also to add to this, i have been a paying customer many times before at this clinic and paid 60 for a microdermabrasion 6 weeks ago, hence i was offered free advise, but goes to show, money talks and your belittled unless you dont have money ;)

Japanese Maple: HiI’m not usually one to post up if something goes wrong. But I’ve been trying to fix my face ever since I’ve been here. I have Asian skin and went here for a consultation for removing brown spots on my face. They did laser on my whole face they peeled off after a few weeks but came back even more. My face is left with bigger brown marks on my face I think it was too strong and it was burnt. I’ve lost my confidence and are running to other clinics to see if they can fix it but I think I’m scarred for life
Mafia Gadafi: I’ve always been on time for my appointment and was 8 minutes late for one the lady name Bev was very very rude to me. I did say if she needs to get somewhere I can rearrange it’s not a problem. But she continued being rude and arrogant not even appreciating the fact that I’m her regular client and I’ve never been late for my appointment ever since I’ve been using the service. She just said what she had to say in a very disrespectful, rude and arrogant manner. She put me right off; I would love to stick to the same clinic but with a different person, never her. Disgusting stinking attitude problems.
Ameena: ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I HAD PERMANENT LASER HAIR REMOVAL ON MY FACE. THE NURSE NEGLIGENTLY ZAPPED MY EYEBROWS AND NOW MY EYEBROWS ARE RUINED!!!!The beginning and arch of the my eyebrows have been zapped off. I never requested for my eyebrows to even be touched! It has been nearly 6 months and they still have not grown back. The nurse did not even care or even apologise. I paid just under £1000 to have 4 treatments for my face since based on their website they claim to use experienced staff and claim to provide a high level of service. In my experience this is false! I have had the worst customer experience ever and will be reporting the issue to TRADING STANDARDS and will commence court proceedings shortly!

Very nice salon; more of a clinic, as they offer some hi-tech treatments, but with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Mary is very knowledgable and has provided value added treatments offering, lots of advice without any sales agenda. I feel in safe hands and would recommend MBE to anyone thinking of having any of the treatments they offer.
Be Au: Looked up these guys after going to a tattoo removal place which I wasn't happy with . So gave these guys a call and got an appointment the next day . I felt at home the moment I walked in the door. Everything was clearly explained to me . Even had a free patch test . I'm looking forward to my next appointment cannot wait to get rid of my horrible tattoos. From my personal experience I would highly recommend thank you Steve

Charli W: Not happy that owner decided to change price of product during the purchase of it. I purchased a trial size and was told that the cost of the trial size would be deducted from the product; when I returned to purchase the full size product the owner informed me that he had since changed the price, and that the price indicated on the product was now different. Not only is this against the law (major trading standards violation), it is also unfair to advertise something for a certain price and then change it when you feel like. Especially since their entire range of products can be found 'easily' on the internet for cheaper. Fool me once for trying to support a local business. Also beware when purchasing treatments in bulk as these are non-transferable (they do not tell you this during purchase). They have good products but the customer service element, specifically from the owner Martin needs work!!! (The female members of staff however are lovely - I wish I could write a separate review for them) As a woman always feel uncomfortable dealing with him as he is over familiar - and often down right condescending. Unfortunately for them I will not be returning, especially since now I know I can buy the entire range using google 'shopping' tab - less hassle, no last min changes to price.....and no rudeness that way. On average I spend between £200-500 on skincare a month.....surely this was worth them treating me like a worthwhile cause....Clearly not!
