Sara Davies: I would avoid this company. I purchased a property back in June 2020 and Taylor Rose didn’t submit the land registration correctly or provide the information requested by the Land Registry within the appropriate timeframe. It’s over 2 1/2 years later and it’s still not been sorted plus I’ve been told it’s another 18 month wait from when they resubmitted it (June 2022) this will affect any chance of remortgaging, buying and selling.I would seriously reconsider your choice

Saket Srivastava: Absolutely professional service that I would always remember. Helped me throughout the buying process last summer (2021) even when the seller party was not engaging very well and taking really long to respond and frustrating us every step of the way. Fortunately PDR has a no sale no fee policy, so they have a genuine interest in completing sale. Final icing on the cake was the way they helped me catch the 30th June deadline of stamp duty holiday when my seller just suddenly announced 3 days before the deadline that they are willing to exchange contract and complete. Exchange was done next day but Grace, Tina and Robyn went out of the way to secure funds from my mortgage provider and get them ready wirhin a record time (2 days) to enable the completion before 30th June (generally this process takes a week). This was despite the fact that they were already overloaded with other clients who had to complete the sale before the deadline.

Bernadette Hughes: If you enjoy poor communication then you need to take your business to William H Brown. Both the estate agents, and should you choose to use them, the 3rd party solicitors they use will not engage in a timely manner with neither yourselves nor other parties (i.e other solicitors up/down the chain). If you are working to a specific deadline, you may as well tell your priest/rabbi/other religious leader as they will be able to do as much as William H Brown is willing to do to towards it.We were sold by Martin who claimed he would be selling our house (showing people around). He had a lovely character, but that was the end as he was never seen again. Do not be fooled by the agent they send round as your property viewings will be handled by whoever is available.A special mention to Fiona who has a terribly poor attitude to her clients, will dismiss you without answers to your questions, unapologetic for delays caused by herself and William H Browns 3rd party solicitors and most of all lack of communication. The undue anguish and anxiety caused by Fiona is particularly sweetened by her pathetic responses.In addition to that, Fiona repeatedly got names wrong which, rightfully, makes you question her attention to detail.To anyone worried Fiona may read this and be upset, fear not for aswell as being an underperforming member of the WHB team, she also has the emotional intelligence of a peanut.Buying/selling/moving is understandably a stressful time in any person's life. If you would like to multiply that pain, use William H Brown.Would give 0 stars if possible - terrible, dishonest service.[Unfortunately, my first ever bad review as I truly try not to give them. But in this case, I feel it is needed to hopefully save others from experiencing a genuinely bad service.]

Ilsa Fatima: Do not recommend this agency. Overcharged rent and unprofessional staff. The landlord has left us without water supply during Christmas. Has been promising an engineer for that last 7 days. When we check up for an update, they make excuses that they don’t have Internet in the office to send one out.Please stay away guys! On top of that we have been left without heating over a week. Truly a shocking experience.

ZJ UK: As a landlord I have several properties with Cozy and i chose them due to a recommendation and they being able to provide a personalised service as like many other landlords; i have a day job and they are able to cater well for my requirements. Issues with can arrise with properties which is something you have to accept as part of being a landlord but cozy do act quickly in resolving issues unlike others i have been with in the past.

Gulam Sherali: I had 4 properties in Peterborough under management of Cozy Homes initially and thereafter Cozy Properties.I was one of the few Landlords who put trust and supported Cozy Homes some 11 years ago.As I was based in London, I put complete faith in the Owner Mr A.However more recently I have had to sell my properties - having sold 2 in 2016 I found that the properties were handed over in a bad state. further I was charged for transferring the tenants to the new owners.I have more recently taken the rest of the properties from Cozy Properties and it is now managed with another Agent in Peterborough. Both the properties were in dire state and I have had to spend to bring the properties to an acceptable standard. The new Agent has photos to prove the state of the property on transfer of Agency.I would suggest to all Landlords (especially who live outside of Peterborough ) and wanting to place their properties for rent with this Agency to ensure that you:1 visit the property on a regular basis2 the tenant as per the agreement is the tenant IN the property3 check that Cozy Proprieties is registered with an accredited PropertyManagement or Residential Letting Ombudsman. This is veryimportant.4 utilities and council taxes are in the name of the Tenant

Rosie Vitoriano: I bought a duplex at Fletton Quays with Jess, I made a mistake of trust her, I even used PCS as her recommended, unfortunately I received all paper work one day before completion and have not occurred to me that they would change the car parking plans, now I stuck with a car park that is totally different from what was sold and showed, Savills and jess answers were, sorry nothing we can do, lessons learned, never ever buy from Savills again and never trust anyone , Byers please be aware.
