Lottie: I had some christmas Greetings Cards I had designed, printed with them recently and I'm really impressed with the quality!They all look great, the price is really good as well and they included envelopes which I wasn't expected so that was a nice surprise! All of the cards come with a crease, which makes them very easy to fold and doens't ruin the print colour when you do fold it.I collected them and they came safely packaged in a small box. After counting the cards I realised they've done me 1 extra of each design for free which was really lovely of them to include. None of the cards have any problems or print errors, they are all perfect.I would definately recommend using this company :)

Layah Heilpern: Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. The people were lovely but the work is unprofessional. They proof read it it for me, and there were STILL so many errors. For example words were missing, and they even changed my initial work and made it incorrect. I ended up having to proof read it myself, and essentially hand hold them as they did the job. The formatting has so many mistakes it was shocking. Weird random spacing, nothing was consistent. It was truly a mess. They told me that the industry standard was to get it 95% correct, however it was below 50%. In fact they didn't do anything I asked. Of course they had the software to put it into a book but the proof reading, formatting and spelling and grammar was wrong. Oh and they misspelled words I had spelled correctly. It was a really sad experience. They did give me a full refund, however the company's work was shambolic.

Very disappointed. Now i have to speak with PPS-print to handle our artwork & printing requirements. my 4th call was last call to this company.
