Becca: This was my first tattoo so I wanted to make sure I chose the best place I could, especially as I was slightly terrified!I had nothing to worry about, what a fantastic place. Staff are really welcoming, the place is clean and well looked after with welcoming, cool decor.I was really put at ease straight away and Leigh took the time to reassure me that I’d be ok and it wouldn’t be as bad as I was worried about. Honestly, I have the worst pain threshold and this was fine! Uncomfortable but not painful and I felt reassured I could have asked for a break if I needed one.Leigh is a fantastic artist and this won’t be my last tattoo. Highly recommended.Service:Tattoos

Maisie D: I went with a few friends as one of the tattoo artists was doing a walk in flash day. I rang before hand and checked if I could get some piercings and the lady who did it was great, she stayed a bit later for me so she could do them. She was really reassuring too. Very professional and friendly. Sometimes I find that tattoo studios can be a little overwhelming but everyone here was really nice and I felt really welcome. Amazing art work everywhere too, loved the toilet seat!!

Robertas: My experience with english rose also it being my first tattoo was shocking. This isn't me saying that all the tattoo artists are bad but there is one you should definitely avoid as the job he done was horrific. After I spoke to multiple studios and they saw what was done to me and they were actually in shock that it was done by english rose especially with the fairly good reputation they have. It was so bad I wouldnt even let him finish the tattoo. Now I'm stuck with a horrific tattoo I dont even wanna be seen in and £400 down the drain.

Libby Zenczuk: I used to get all of my piercings at Lost time and presumed I was just lucky with all my piercings healing perfectly. When I moved away I tried another piercer that was cheaper as I thought that I wouldn’t have an issue as I never had before. I went into lost time yesterday as I was having trouble with my new piercings and couldn’t understand why and realised that I’d been pierced with either the wrong length jewellery or the wrong type. I had the piercings changed and got a gorgeous new piercing for my conch! I was also made to feel listened to and felt like Juliana went above and beyond to check everything over for me. I have learnt my lesson and cheaper most definitely is not better! Even though it wasn’t their mistake to correct I left feeling as if they really cared about getting the piercings to heal properly!I won’t put my trust in anyone else for future piercings!Thank you so much✨Services:Ear piercing,Nose piercing

Bex: I always go here for piercings and I've never had a problem. Super friendly staff who explain everything well - no question is a stupid question here. I'm very anxious and a bit of a wuss but they're very reassuring and patient. I've never had any problems with any piercings that have been due to bad practice here. The team are just lovely. Sara: Never wrote a review for anywhere before but after my experience I feel like I have to. Went in yesterday after a very long time as my nose stud had fallen out to purchase a new one, instead of asking how can I help or pretty much any basic human social skill I was uncomfortably stared right at till I finally said something. When looking at nose studs I wasn’t sure which size I’d need and instead of giving me a recommendation as you’d expect someone who works at a piercing and tattoo store to know I was told in a very hostile manner ‘well it’s not my nose how would I know what size’.. I let this slide but she continued to be extremely rude and have an attitude on her. Sort your weird staff out because I gladly threw your cheap £3 stud out right after and walked down to Electric Workshop who actually have well trained staff and know how to speak to human beings, I’ll never be stepping foot into this joke of a store again and if the girl who served me is reading this get help and don’t work somewhere you clearly can’t stand because we as customers can’t stand looking at the face you pull.Service:Nose piercing

Darcy Millest: I recently went to get a piercing in a intimate area. I came with my boyfriend for support as I was very nervous. He has a very important call just before I went in. They wouldn’t let him up to see me saying “she didn’t even mention you” and saying the room is too small (even though it had always been fine before). I didn’t know about this until after the appointment but they were very rude towards him. However, the person that pierced me was lovely and offered great aftercare advice and made the experience as comfortable as possible.

Imogen Close: I’ve been coming here since I was 17 (now 24) and I can now say I won’t be coming back. Over the years I have had 1-2 new piercings every year and I have always gone to pulse. Slowly prices increased for the piercing itself (which is understandable), then the jewellery, then they stopped including cleaning solution and the final straw was when they refused help me change from a stud to a ring on my helix. Staff used to be friendly and wanted to help, now it just seems they want to cover themselves first.Go elsewhere. Find the old staff. Save money.Service:Ear piercing

On my most recent visit a few days ago, I got a piercing and it was done quickly and professionally.When I was waiting to be served there was another lady who was not happy about something and the staff there dealt with it so well. Jurgis then sized up the stencil and placed it perfectly (first try) on my forearm. Afterward I was brought up to the tattooing area which was very sanitary and a very comfortable environment.I am amazed with my tattoo. As someone who is a bit of a perfectionist, I can genuinely say there isn't one part of my tattoo I would change.. Felt immediately welcome and comfortable. Relaxed environment. Jurgis is brilliant tattooer artist and also brilliant person. Very professional, definitely human person, made me to feel relaxed and I knew that I can trust him, that he knows what he is doing. He is also using quality equipment and Prof. colours, definitely not cheap Chinese stuff. 5*
