Obviously does not care for the store she works for and the image they maintain. Unhelpful, rude and really lacks store skills. She just lost her store customers and money. Which she clearly said she don't care about. Not a pleasant experience . We won't be using them for our buiness .

George Covington: Have been coming here for a long time, and it's been a great place for the most part. But the best era for the store in my opinion has been over the past year.My Main thank yous go out to the Manager as well as the relief staff, Saidy, Ben and Ashley. All the work that goes into the place keeps the local community very strong I find, there's no shortage of people to play games with and enjoy other parts of the hobby such as painting and building armies together. Hope it carries on like this for a long time!

Mohammed Shahbaz: I got back in to the hobby maybe 2-3 months ago after a massive break. The only reason I continued to stay in the hobby and go here instead of other local competitors is because of the Store Manager Marcus. He has brought new life to the store and to the community. He's friendly, easy-going, knowledgeable and just a good dude in general. Games Workshop need to give him a raise or something. Any company would love to have someone like Marcus working for them. I hope he stays in Peterborough as I'm aware the shop has had a quite a few different managers over the years.Also now that I've sung enough of Marcus's praises, let go to the other members of staff Saidy and Ashley. Both are great people, super friendly and moreover they're awesome painters to boot. I feel when Marcus isn't there. They both step up to the plate. I think this store is in safe hands and I wish for the stores continued success.

Andrew Copley: We needed a new car seat and base urgently so called in to see what we could find. The young lady who helped us was nothing short of brilliant. Knowledgeable, friendly, able to answer any and all questions fully and simply and so helpful.My only regret is that I did not get her name to give her the credit she deserves. If the manager of the store wanted to get in touch I'd be more than happy to see if we could help identify her.
Shazam: Love it. Good selection of toys. I like how my daughter was able to test a scooter before we bought it. Bought a lot from here every Christmas. Can be a little bit rammed at certain times and doesn't help if there is a ladder taking up space. Staff always kind and helpful..

Z Anderson: One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.Visited this store back in August as they had availability for a PS5 at the time and we ended up leaving with much more. I put this down to the experience we received we were able to browse and enjoy the store which is nicely put together. At one point we came across the pram section we wanted to try it out with our LO in it. However it was chained up and the member of staff did not have the key. The manager came to assist and helped to resolve the issue. The levels of communication was great to see and experiences like this make you appreciate being able to go in to store as opposed to shopping online. From management all the way to the retail assistance every person in this store is fantastic!

We were so happy after purchasing our first cosatto travel system here 4 years ago, the staff were really friendly and informative. We've traditionally visited every year since for our child's birthday too :)

helen joy: Horrible experience with this store . Purchased two car seats and was demonstrated how to use then both in store . No offer to demonstrate in car or fit it in car . When we fitted it into car realised one of them wasn’t fitting well . We decided we wanted to return it as we were not happy as it shook from side to side. Went in today . 2 days after buying it and told they Do not accept returns for car seats , even though we were told to keep the receipt and paperwork to prove we had seen a demo so we could return it if needed . To cut a long story short , the manager made out It was my fault as we fitted the car seat at home ( even though they did not offer ) and then To make matters worse , we was told when buying the seat , our 1 year could stay in it rear facing until she was four , to be told today she would need to be forward facing in a few months … the whole reason we bought it was because she could stay rear facing until she was four not a few more months 😡thankfully Victoria came and saved the day and was amazing and solved the problem. , however the manager did not help . His condescending and patronising nature towards me was disgusting . I have looked all over the small print of the website and cannot find anywhere that they do not accept car seat returns . They need to broadcast this and make sure staff in the car seat and baby section are fully trained , offer all the demos and know there stuff . Would recommend seeing Victoria for baby stuff but not smyths Peterborough .

Kindly asked Eleanor to randomly pick a pack for me, which she did aswell as a joke about them being non refundable if I'm not happy, however upon opening the pack it revealed a card that is valued at £75 and it has really made my day and I just want to say she is amazing 👏🏻

A WEEK LATER I WENT BACK INTO SYMTHS WITH THE SAME PRODUCT AND BROKE IT AND SHE EXCHANGED IT NO PROBLEMS:)Apart from that the shop has a good range of toys.

tori bennetts: all i recieved when i went in there was dirty looks of one perticular staff member and when i went to complain they told me i wasnt allowed because it could affect my partners job as she worked there. so i couldnt complain and then my girlfriend started recieving dirty looks of two particular staff members and she told the manager as it made her uncomfortable and they basically said ignore them because it was too much paper work and also could affect her position so she left. and also if you are in a wheelchair or mobility scooter do not go in there as you wont be able to go around the store. they need to sort their staff out and the way this store is.

Ronna Fu: Would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for an online purchase that was not the branch's fault. I do not recommend online purchase from this company. The shop is interesting to look through and reasonably priced. There isn't much space, and it can get quite crowded if it's busy.
