Egle Kulisauskaite: Had issues after issues and had been to Three store in Queensgate on 3 occasions this week. I have dealt with Kristina all of these times and can't even begin to explain how amazing she is and how happy I am that I found someone so helpful. She has done a discovery session with me and helped me set up my phone. She has helped me resolve a big complaint because of issues that I had with the new phone and I am now such a happy customer. I already have another discovery session booked on Wednesday with her and very excited as I know I will be in good hands and will always be met with a smile. Mihály Mihalik: Awful experience: I am trying to cancel one of my four years old contracts, but it seems to be hopeless. First I came into the store personally and they told me it can only be done through the 3 app. The 3 app just pushed me around in circles without any success. I found a live chat option online and after an hour of waiting I got an answer, but I still did not get any help, as my details "did not match" to the phone number. (Name and birth date are never changing and I lived at the same post code since I had a 3 account so there is no way these details are wrong.)I came in to the store again, but it is not open yet. According to the sign on the door it should have opened 30 minutes ago.
Sherin C: I have been to 3 few months ago for a phone. The rate and deals are very cheap and easy to get, but the only problem most of the people use to say is the network issues. But according to me I have personally used 3's sim and in my place I have 5G network and the speed is unbeatable (EE👎🏻).I agree that 3 don't provide 4G everywhere but I have travelled few parts of the UK and the reception was like 4G most of the place and 3G sometimes. The 3G network for 3 is 99% in UK and it's speed is quite good compared to main companies.The customer service of 3 is okish compared to other networks.I rate 3/5 for THREE network and 3.5/5 for their phone deals.

Was a victim of fraud, got in contact with them, was told that their fraud department was going to be in contact with me within 2-3 working days bear in mind this was 3 weeks ago and still waiting for them to get in contact. Rang them up today, bcause an unknown device was added to my plan, where i wasn’t even told an answer about where this device came from, after half an hour of the caller asking me same questions she decided to hang the phone up, definitely not renewing my contract with these guys again !!!
Denis Lee: I was very reluctant on upgrading as i didnt want to lose my photos but the staff member shakurah said he would transfer it all over which reassured me with my new purchase I got a cheaper deal and didnt lose any of my stuff, cant recommend the staff enough they were all very lovely chatty and seemed to enjoy working there

But the manager was extremely supportive, sympathetic and helpful.The shop was quite busy which was great news for the shopping centre. Unfortunately Queensgate is falling apart the escalators aren't working on appearances more shops are closed than open, there were more security staff patrolling than shoppers at one point then I realised the place is plagued with shoplifters.Vodafone would be better moving location.

bill karras: Friendly service but... I bought recently an adapter for my laptop. I needed it urgently to finish an essay...I paid for the adapter £30 ,( on amazon £15 with the extra cable included). I didnt buy the extra cable needed £5 as I had a similar one. I didnt expect an over Double price for a USED item ... I saw later that the adapter had marks from previous usage on the specific end that goes to the laptop. Lucky enough it was in good operational condition- two stars.

Good shop for buying 2nd hand models and replacing screens and batteries etc. They also buy second hand and broken phones.

Vojtex: DON'T GO THERE! One of the worst services we've ever had. I have been there 3 times to replace the battery in my phone - not once did they perform this repair. Just excuses and a waste of time for me. Terrible customer service, they are total amateurs, I would give 0 stars if I could! Try to avoid this place, definitely do not recommend!!!

sarah kidd: My son paid £180 for a phone from this shop. It broke a week later. The screws were missing in the bottom of the phone and the screen came away from case. When we took the phone back the shop owner accused my son of mistreating the phone. He didn't drop it or mistreat it. The shop did offer to repair the phone but then later said it was irreparable. They then refused to give us our £180 back and him given my son. £40 phone. I would highly recommend everyone avoid this shop like the plague
