David sat with us and shared extensive knowledge on cut, clarity, style and practicality. He always makes the effort to come and say hello if we pop in, and he remembers us every time. For someone who must see so many customers, we can’t say how special that made us feel each visit. On top of this, when the ring I fell in love with didn’t come in my size, David worked closely with me as Ernest Jones made the ring from scratch. It is beautiful and so special. Thank you so much!

Matthew Church: Visited at the start of this month and dealt with the lovely Mel. She was very gently, patient and considerate. She was ensuring that all social distancing measures were being followed keeping all customers safe.We finally decided on a couple of fragrances we liked and Mel offered the reward card which we took to make a saving and she even wrapped them for us. These were gifts so it was ideal and they looked excellent in the packaging and gift bags! We will be back due to a first class shopping experience from Mel.

Anything less than 100ml in a Bottle is a waste so my biggest pet hate is smelling a Aftershave I like then finding out it's a 90ml Bottle. Great service everytime.

Marius Trijonis: Very disappointed! I am a fan of oakley glasses and as some may know some models have been discontinued. I managed to find a pair that I liked in France and got it shipped over to me. When I went to vision express to get prescription lenses for my new frames the prices they presented me with sounded very expensive, plus on top of everything they impose a £60 fine on you for simply not buying glasses frames from them which I find ridiculous 😃.If you sold any good stuff I wouldn't have to ship them over from France, shame on you Vision express! 😀. And yes, they tell you if they break your frames they will not be held responsible, and you will STILL have to pay for the lenses😀Sask Optics is the place to go 😉

Only down side is that there is one family changing room and the queues can be long. Also, the app and entry can be an issue.

The app is also buggy and despite us complaining repeatedly about this for the last 2 months it still has not been addressed.

Nomad Channel: No digital card works, no connection to bodytrax, constantly network issues, hot shower at the pool area wasn't and isnt fixed for weeks. Premium cost non premium facilities. Go become a member of a 20 pound gym but keep away from here. AVOID AVOID AVOID !

Richard Morgan: I will never forget or forgive the way they treated my daughterI was a member for several years my daughter was added to my membership she was in the exited she has a welcome with Zoe when this happened she had no time for her at all she literally slung her membership card on the counter and said there you go.One evening she purchased food in the restaurant the staff messed it up there was a table next to my daughter who was grown adults but started making fun of my daughter through the mess up if the staffShe ordered a chicken burger and it took 45 minutes to arrive the person that was on clearly was not trained to cook it was burnt and raw on the inside my daughter was I’ll for two days after with food poisoningWhen I got to my daughter that evening she was in floods of tearsI complained due to the serious of the complaint it was passed to the General Manager I believe his name is MarcusHe made no contact with me at all he totally ignored it I wish I had of gone to environmental health but I believed they would apologise but they never did a manager that ignores someone being made I’ll in his premises is not fit to manage the restaurant supervisor did offer a free burger but because my daughter was so I’ll she didn’t want to rest there againI complained to head office they said the Manager would deal with it but heard nothingWhen I said I was leaving due to this they still made me pay the 3 months noticeI will never step foot in this club again

David sat with us and shared extensive knowledge on cut, clarity, style and practicality. He always makes the effort to come and say hello if we pop in, and he remembers us every time. For someone who must see so many customers, we can’t say how special that made us feel each visit. On top of this, when the ring I fell in love with didn’t come in my size, David worked closely with me as Ernest Jones made the ring from scratch. It is beautiful and so special. Thank you so much!
