Lady G Sutt: I have visited Tranquil Touch twice now, the first time for and Indian head and foot massage and again today for a face and shoulder massage. Aruna is very friendly and approachable. I feel comfortable with her and don't feel like I need to keep talking and filling in the silence like I do for some reason in other places. It's 45 minutes of bliss where I can completely switch off and I feel so relaxed when I leave. My skin feels amazing today, after Aruna applied oil to my face. I plan on going every few weeks as a treat and it is money worth spent. Professionally, I think she is one of the best therapist I have been to see for a massage. Very reasonably priced, plenty of parking space and some nice relaxing me time. :)

sandra keating: My massage with Sarah was transformational. I decided to try a deep tissue remedial massage to target some specific areas of the body that I'd wanted to work on for years not knowing if this was a muscle issue or not but it was the best decision. I normally go for relaxation purposes to release stress but this did exactly that and more. On a much deeper level! Sarah was so instinctive and knew straight away what was needed and really specifically which areas to work on. The release when she worked on specific areas so deeply with her massage technique was instantaneous. This combined with cupping was incredible. Thank you so much. I will recommend and be booking in again!

Emma Fysh: Unfortunately, it wasn't the greatest day we've had here. Spa bags gone up i think from last time. Get to keep bag and flip flops. But at £10 seemed alot, got £2 back when handing in locker band. We didn't realise, but aqua fitness was on when we arrived so 3/4 of pool taken up with that and was packed. Seemed very cold in pool. One out of 2 jacuzzi was broken and empty, other was lovely and warm but didn't bubble at all. Sauna and steam rooms were lovely. Massages we had were amazing and couldnt fault the ladies. Food was lovely too and good price.

Hannah Swinden: Had a girls spa day and it was lovely! The treatments were relaxing and the spa was nice.We came for a relaxing escape but unfortunately the pool is also open to non spa guests. Quite a few families came in so the pool area echoed with screams and was really loud. Normally I wouldn't mind but this was a day away from our screaming kids 😂Food was nice, the chutney was strong on the burger.

My partner as well.. had hopes his would be better but he had the same girl. We would never go back or recommend for massages. We wereSupposed to feel relaxed after.. instead it was so frustrating that we spent money on non sense as we would have given each other way better massages..

Rachel Wright: Went for a spa day today with my sister, we both upgraded our package and the massages were nice as was the facial. My sister said she had to move rooms between her treatments which wasn't great.It would have been nice to know what products had been used in my facial too. Staff in spa were very friendly. It was a cold day but I wasn't expecting the spa room, cafe and lounge room to be so cold. Also all I could hear over the music in the spa room was the gym class music and instructor and the lounge was loud from banging in the gym next door.After our treatments we headed to the cafe for lunch. I paid £7 for a cheese pasta bake that came out like it was a microwave meal and certainly not worth what I had paid.My sister had the bannatynes burger which looked nice. After we were ready for the pool, sauna, steam rooms but it was so full and really didn't seem relaxing at all.We decided to leave. We had paid £6 for towels and robes and put all of our stuff in the bag we get to keep. As we didn't use the towels all of our stuff was on top of these in the bags and we forgot about them. When we left we were made to feel like thieves after apologiesing we had forgotten they were there. We also found the cafe staff very rude. My sister asked for scones 'we don't have any' then chocolate quesadilla 'we don't have that either' well what do you have 'not a lot it's a new menue'. Poor service. Not sure we will go back to a bannatyne if this is the level of service across the place.

Club was easy to find with plenty of parking.Swimming pool is large 20mt and split into two sections so that I was able to swim without dodging people.Two jacuzzis, not very big, didn't use as not a fan of them, too hot. There was a large 'jacuzzi' seating section attached to pool which was lovely and cool post swim.Two steam rooms and saunas decent size and as expected, loved the nasal clearing scent in steam room.My only complaint about the pool area was that there were a few tiles missing and the pool walls need a good scrub.There were loungers available but they were very low and difficult to get out of.I had superb spa treatments with Charlie, a back massage and mini facial with scalp massage, they were bliss.Overall a great club with excellent facilities, I will revisit definitely.

Luke Brown: I have been using All Sports Massage for the best part of 9 months now. Service received has always been top notch, from both Jake & Carla. Always notcied the difference following treatments and as a runner they advice received from Jake has I am 100% reduced the liklihood of injury. Highly recommend for those with niggles, looking to prevent them from occuring in the first place or just wanting a relaxing experience. Has been a very clean and comfortable premises upon every visit.
Adam Northover: I cannot recommend All Sports Highly enough. Jake is nothing short of a magician and always sorts out any issues I have with my back. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a sports massage.

Saima R: I have been seeing Carla since the start of 2019 on a regular basis, obviously interrupted by lockdown. I have found both her and Jake to be more than professional. If it wasn’t for them I would be in constant pain and have zero movement. Having seen osteopaths and masseurs for all my working life I can honestly say hand on heart they are probably the best in their field I have seen. I can not recommend them enough.
Louise Waldron: I've never had a massage for lower back pain before but after grumbling to friends for ages, one of them recommended Jake at All Sports. I had also seen his name mentioned on Facebook groups so obviously liked locally. Although definitely not a sports injury, I feel so much better and well looked after. A very professional business that was calm, friendly and welcoming and right on the doorstep. And also, Jake is such a lovely guy! I'd go back again whether I have a bad back or not.

Alixandra Dreyer: Had an appointment yesterday.. I came through the door & was greeted by a friendly therapist named Jake, who showed me to the therapy room & answered all my questions. I had an hour session deep tissue massage with Carla. She made sure I felt comfortable from beginning to end. Even adjusting the room temperature to suit my needs. I could hear the knots in my back being worked till they were silent & completely gone. This place offered a great deal! Half price for the first session.. I will definitely be coming back for more!! Thank you for the professional service & happy, healthy body! I woke up feeling amazing!

Jade King: This place is so run down and I think my pictures show just that! My massage was only 45 minutes long even though I paid for an hour. The facilities are just not very nice. Me and my friend chose to not use the showers as we both felt quite dirty after being in the changing rooms so using the dirty showers wouldn't have helped! Having a high sensitivity to mould spores, I come away from the 'spa' with a headache and congestion. Please change the music in the therapy rooms, depressing and repetitive.Such a shame as there is potential to have a really beautiful space, but unfortunately it is now in a bad way.
sandra kelly: The massage was 👏 but the spa is shabby and in desperate need of an update. Only 6 loungers by the pool area! Changing room and toilet facilities were unclean with black mould and rust everywhere. The floor was dirty and incredibly slippy. Also the rules state no children under 5 in the jacuzzi when there were babies and toddlers playing in there on our visit and children clearly u der the age of 8 using sauna and steam room. On reporting this to staff they said they couldn't do anything about it !!???this is negligence on the staffs part as it is dangerous!!!!The spa staff were ok but customer service and smiles would go a long way !! Shame as the hotel itself was amazing 😪

Hayley Evans: The staff were nice and the massage was good but the building itself needs a lot of tlc. There are holes in the changing room wall, the paintwork is old and cracked throughout and there wasn't anywhere near enough seating.Not a luxury experience.

Laura Norris: Let's start with the positives, staff were lovely, the afternoon tea was delicious and the massage was great, the treatment rooms were relatively relaxed.However I feel this spa is not luxury, when we first arrived the changing rooms were covered with used towels all over the floor, the toilet wasn't clean and the shower was disgusting, litrally had half of someones scalp in the corner and so discoloured its unreal, the pool area needs alot of work and all the lights were rusted beyond belief, im surprised one hasn't fallen on someone's head!Definitely needs a face-lift, the hot hub was so chlorinated that our eyes were watering within seconds and had to get out, all the furniture needs replacing as very overused.We had afternoon tea at 3pm, when we were leaving the spa at 6pm the table we were sitting at 3 hours earlier still had our half eaten afternoon tea sitting there not cleared up!We booked a 30 minute massage each but I'd say both only lasted 15- 20 minutes max which was disappointing.Would love to give this place a good rating but just feels like it needs alot of work to be a luxury spa.Wouldn't rush back here anytime soon!

Change Angel Joanna Koprowicz: Very poor customer service!! I am attending an event in the hotel. The advice was to book spa ahead of the time, as it might get busy.I was given a phone number to call. Unfortunately, it's bouncing and I cannot connect. Endless emails back and forth, every time the conversation is finishing please call our number to make an appointment.I explained already 3 times (in the same email thread, so it's obvious they do not bother to read it) the problem. I asked to talk to supervisor or manager and heard "the phones are fully operational please call the number" - shockingly bad experience. If I didn't have to be there, definitely wouldn't go.

Gail Rees: My husband bought me a spa day here last Christmas. I chose 2 full 60 min treatments, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The morning treatment only lasted 45 mins. The therapist came and got me at the time exact time of my treatment, then by the time I had undressed and she came back in and got her bits ready, 10 to 15 mins had passed. On my second treatment in the afternoon, the same happened again, I was took took through at 2.30 on the dot. I asked the therapist if I was getting a full hours treatment and she said yes, but again, my treatment finished just before 3.30 and didn't start until 2.45, so I only received 45 mins. I feel I have been robbed of half an hour's treatment time, which has left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not go back here again because of this and would recommend that you check the actual 'hands on' time that you get before paying for a treatment at this salon.
