sandra keating: My massage with Sarah was transformational. I decided to try a deep tissue remedial massage to target some specific areas of the body that I'd wanted to work on for years not knowing if this was a muscle issue or not but it was the best decision. I normally go for relaxation purposes to release stress but this did exactly that and more. On a much deeper level! Sarah was so instinctive and knew straight away what was needed and really specifically which areas to work on. The release when she worked on specific areas so deeply with her massage technique was instantaneous. This combined with cupping was incredible. Thank you so much. I will recommend and be booking in again!

Slight pain after as the tenseness released but expected to heal. A professional job, great to have a chat with and to be educated on the issue.

Lady G Sutt: I have visited Tranquil Touch twice now, the first time for and Indian head and foot massage and again today for a face and shoulder massage. Aruna is very friendly and approachable. I feel comfortable with her and don't feel like I need to keep talking and filling in the silence like I do for some reason in other places. It's 45 minutes of bliss where I can completely switch off and I feel so relaxed when I leave. My skin feels amazing today, after Aruna applied oil to my face. I plan on going every few weeks as a treat and it is money worth spent. Professionally, I think she is one of the best therapist I have been to see for a massage. Very reasonably priced, plenty of parking space and some nice relaxing me time. :)

Murray Rigluth: James is an extraordinary Physio.I hobbled in to see him, whilst I was living on 60mg codeine every 4-5 hours.His first comment was, you won't need that anymore and try to stop taking it ASAP because after 6 years (accident 2009) he said it will be tough.There's no denying he puts you through the paces - the initial 3 sessions were unbelievable, I literally stopped taking the painkillers. I then had a further 7 sessions and I am now pain free. I never thought I would see the day.I pop back every 3-4 weeks for 1 session of maintenance, to keep everything where it should be.If you have pain, go see James - he's also sorted my neck and my knee :). Everyone who I have recommended to him have also had similar results. A top class Physio on my doorstep - it doesn't get any better than that!
Callum Farrimond: With ongoing hip problems and a recent femoral decompression i visited Body 1st pre and post op' and was very pleased with the excellent service and professionalism. Pre op' i was given a deep massage and acupressure treatment which was fantastic in relieving pain and improving mobility. Two weeks after the operation i was given trigger point release treatment and stretching exercises and already im walking without assistance. I would recommend Body 1st to people of all ages and physical condition.

Saima R: I have been seeing Carla since the start of 2019 on a regular basis, obviously interrupted by lockdown. I have found both her and Jake to be more than professional. If it wasn’t for them I would be in constant pain and have zero movement. Having seen osteopaths and masseurs for all my working life I can honestly say hand on heart they are probably the best in their field I have seen. I can not recommend them enough.

I had an hour session deep tissue massage with Carla. She made sure I felt comfortable from beginning to end. Even adjusting the room temperature to suit my needs. I could hear the knots in my back being worked till they were silent & completely gone. This place offered a great deal! Half price for the first session.. I will definitely be coming back for more!! She is situated at the Peterborough Rugby Union Football Club site and I think she does sports massage on their teams. Her qualified and experienced therapy provides welcome realignments and has allowed me to continue to pursue my outdoor interests. I'm so pleased my wife insisted I see Nadine. I understand she does other stuff like yoga and pilates too. Great value for money, brilliant empathy, always worth the visit. I'm really looking forward to my next session. :-) Highly recommended.
