Helen Ainsworth: Fast and efficient service, value for money.I needed to move the contents of a container. I spoke to Sabine at Grantham Self Store whom advised I contact via the website.There was a delay on this being picked up, I chased and when Sarah contacted me she apologised and couldn’t do enough for me.The guys were able to load without me being present and gave an eta so I could meet the other end. They were fast and efficient.The only gripe I had was one of the guys was not happy as we were unable to prop a main door open and we refused to hand over the door code so they could let themselves in rather than waiting to be buzzed in.Would definitely use again

Richard Page: I had an excellent experience using Reads Removals. An efficient video survey saving me the need to fill in loads of forms to get a quote and also have my questions answered. I had quotes from multiple companies and Reads were definitely good value. I had regular communication in the lead up to move day. On the day the crew arrived bang on time and were fantastic all day. Nothing was a problem for them and they were professional, careful and considerate with all of our belongings. I highly recommend this company to help take the stress out of what could have been a very stressful day.

Liam Wickham: Where to start on the accolades to shower over this brilliant company. It's all about the people isn't it? Sarah was our original contact to handle the quotes after we gave a video tour of the property to move from. She has been friendly and flexible the whole time. We moved from a large bungalow to a three floor house, with two teams handling this. The first team of packers were fantastic - fast, hard-working and good-humoured, as well as extremely respectful and careful. The unloading team were similarly focused and took great care with everything they handled. Considering we're moving with a baby too, this was as important as anybody's move. The after service has been perfect too - boxes and paper collected so we didn't have to get rid of it ourselves.I'm entirely satisfied and very impressed. Very efficient organisation. Very good contact with the customer. The engineers were charming and helpful. All in all a very good experience.
I cannot recommend this company enough full stop two times my acorn star lived has failed to work being a quadriplegic and paralyzed from my chest down it is vitally essential my stale if works as I also have three children. Twice now I have called angular lifts in an emergency situation both times I was amazed at I actually had turned up here after work less than one hour after I called both times spot on fixed the problem instantly. This guy knows what he's doing absolutely friendly professional highly recommended the only downfall I can put here is that I did not buy my bloody stairlift from him in the first place rather than acorn who are useless. Angly and lifts sale their offices in Peterborough don't be fooled by the other company with a very similar name they are not recommended stick with Phil antis lovely wife you would not be disappointed they even dropped the emergency call out charge for me on the second occasion can't praise you enough keep going thank you

We had the pleasure of Phil and his team installing a Stiltz trio+ lift into our house yesterday and wow did they put a shift in leaving early evening with everything up and running. A big thank you to Phil, Rachel and Gary and also Greg who came last week to open up the floor. We chose Anglian Lifts after reading every Google review about Anglian Lifts and deciding that we liked the genuine reviews and comments posted. They were not 'pushy' but always helpful and cheerful and quoted a fair price for the job. We are confident that we will be looked after going forward. If you are reading this review and live in the Kettering area and need any professional property advice from someone who has already installed a lift into their house then by all means do get in touch with me at Lucas Sales & Lettings.
Had a fault with our hydraulic two person lift and had been quoted well into four figures by all the lift companies we had approached.
Spoke to Anglian Lifts who were happy to come and have a look and were able to fix it on the first visit at a fraction of what we had been quoted elsewhere.
Extremely helpful and a joy to do business with. A real breath of fresh air amongst everyone else we had approached. I have no hesitation in whole heartedly recommending them if you need their service. Do yourself a favour and contact them first.
After I tried without much success to find a part and get a sensible quote, I was lucky to find Anglian Lifts.
The PA to the MD was a delightful young Lady named Rachel. She helped me source the part I was looking for and also booked a Service and replacement Batteries for a stairlift belonging to an elderly disabled lady who I looked after.

He arrived exactly on time and right from the start I could see that he was a very competent and efficient Gentleman.
His work was excellent and explained what he was doing and why. He replaced the batteries and did the service.
What a difference to the lift. I doubt it had been serviced for quite a time and runs smooth and quiet now.
In all, I could not have been treated to a better service from the Company, it's Staff and Engineers. Excellence must be their slogan, " We rise above others". If not their Motto, take it up please!!
Follow that other companies! It is such a pleasure to find some who still stick to old fashioned values and customer satisfaction.

Derek Livingstone: Phil came to fix our Stiltz Trio Lift today. He and team were professional, communicated well and fixed the lift with no issues. He even used an old battery that he did not need to fix the lift and did not charge for this. Will definitely use them again.

Paul Reeley: I have just received simply wonderful Service from Phil at Anglian Lifts.My elderly Father in Laws Stairlift stopped working and as we live a long distance away, we were really struggling to fathom out what to do, particularly as he could not find any of his Stairlift details.I found the contact details for Anglian lifts and used their Website to put in an online plea for some help/advice, thinking that as it was late Saturday afternoon and BH weekend ahead that I would not hear until the following week.To the contrary, Phil called me himself within and Hour of posting and having already discussed the fault codes with one of my Father in Laws neighbours, he went through all the options with me.He was able to identify the Model (as my Father in Law was unsure) through some Photos I sent and provided me with the breakdown reason and his teams contact details for me to call them after the BH, in order to talk through what was required to get him mobile again.He was so helpful on the phone, Phil is clearly very caring and passionate about helping others and providing solutions.As opposed to the usual ‘knee jerk’ option of sending someone on and expensive call out, he wanted to make sure that the fault was diagnosed to ensure the most cost effective remedy was established first.This really was exemplary service - thank you Phil.
Eloddie: Spoke to Phil, at Anglian Lifts, after my elderly parents had purchased a stairlift, fitted in February which had some issues and already needed adjustments, however the company it was bought from recently closed suddenly, without notice or any communication!Phil listened to me explain my parents concerns and then immediately got on the job, visiting them swiftly, to ensure the lift was stable and safe for them to use. This matter has been going on for sometime and it was incredibly reassuring to have a decent, professional company look into it without further question. It has put my vulnerable parents, and myself who lives several hundred miles away, at ease, knowing their needs will now be taken care of as Anglian Lifts are happy to set my parents up with a maintenance programme incase of future issues. Thank you for restoring our faith in humanity after weeks of worrying. Thoroughly recommended!!

Rosalie McMillan: Wonderful service and peace of mind knowing that whatever goes wrong Anglian lifts will be there for you...we have had a couple of occasions where we needed help the first they had a engineer out to us first thing the next morning its a 6 hour round trip! Fixed the problem and the second they were able to diagnose the issue over the phone in 30 seconds! From installation to the after care they are a super company! And knowing that you can contact these guys and they will respond so quickly even time gives such confidence which is important when it's something you really need to use every day!

I phoned in the morning 2 hours later received a text to say they were on their way.The engineer that came was very friendly and was able to sort the problem out straight away.Also double checked that the chairlift was safe.All in all a pleasure would highly recommend and would 100 percent use again.

Angie Sumnall: I can only give 5 stars because that is all that is there. I simply cannot thank this company enough. I forgot to take the lady’s name who called me back. She forwarded me to Phil because he was there. I rang their number by mistake the so called contact we have is with a different company. That didn’t matter to Phil. He called me back via FaceTime so I could show him the problem. He talked me through it and we got the stairlift working so my 91 years old father in law was now not restricted to being downstairs as I had to return home. Believe me when I say this company knows what customer service is. I will not renew the contract with the existing company and WILL DEFINITELY take out a contract with Anglia Lifts Stairlifts when the time comes. I have saved their number in my phone ready.To say I was elated is an understatement. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
