Z: I love the brand but I always feel apprehensive going in because of past experiences. I have browsed in the shop many times but not once has someone approached me - even to say hello. I notice that other customers are approached. I'm not sure whether there is (un)conscious racial bias that someone like me won't purchase from the shop but I do always leave the shop feeling dejected. It's just nice to try something on before you buy but I prefer to shop online now.
John Murphy: This is by far my most favourite shop in Peterborough. I may be biased as i love the Joules brand. Prices are no more than what you would pay at any other branded retailer. The staff and especially the management are really friendly and helpful. Most importantly, as a man, there is a large range of mens clothing that other shops seem to forget about. So as your Mrs(or Miss) is looking at expanding her wardrobe you can escape and look to expand your own. If you've never visited, please do, the quality of the clothing is very comfortable to wear. I highly recommend this store.

Rick Morty: As someone who works in retail I was very disappointed with the service in Queensgate branch today. We came to buy my wife a Christmas present, even though shop floor was empty, both of shop assistants (guy and lady) were busy having a banter and having a general chat. For whole time we’ve been in the store, which is atound 15 minutes, no one even came by to say “hello” or “can I help you?”, which left very unpleasant feeling and even though we liked few bits and pieces, we decided to leave the store. That’s definitely not something you’d expect from higher end shop, I had better service in Primark lol.

Roger Pope: Went to the new Poundland Store at Brotherhoods retail park in Peterborough to be called Poundland now is incorrect most of the prices are higher than all of the leading supermarkets.Please visit the store and decide for yourself but i dont think you will travel to make a return visit don't be fooled by some of the one pound offers the quantities are considerably smaller than the higjer priced products.Bottom line is you could be paying more for less.

Mark Rollings: They've created probably the largest Poundland in the country and put in five tills. No word of a lie, I queued for 15 minutes. There are bins of things with a price just saying "From £1" - okay, am I supposed to guess how much over £1 these are? Try harder
