aurimas ceponis: I'm a regular toolstation customer, but today was absolutely dissapointed with service on Peterborough branch specially Chris P, who was rude and not trying to help by any means. When I wasn't sure on the valve's internal diametre I asked if he could check it with vernier calliper or look up on catalog, instead I was told he could sell me one.Will go to screwfix next time, where guys behind the till will extra mile to help theyre customers.

The box was open and I found only 1 item in there. And, moreover, this one (an iron) was critically demanded because a courier just threw it over the 1,7 m fence.I contacted a support team right after the incident. No answer. Then I contacted them again several times but still don’t have any answer!No one either replaced or refund my order!I suggest you never to buy anything here because you will get bad emotions only!

He was full of knowledge and went out of his way to ensure the generator we needed would be perfect for the job! Cannot recommend his customer service enough! Thank You! :-)

So trader needed to go back to shop and take the bath back.New bath was brought without box .I decided to not have it at all and refund it.Company said , that due to missing box that wasn't there in the first place and screwed on legs it's categorised as used.What a load of rubish.So when client needs to accept a broken bath it's fine and when they don't like the style of it, company won't refund it.

I wish all sales people were like him , it was as if we were the most important and time was no object. He also had a sense of humour which is seriously lacking nowadays. Many thanks and can thoroughly recommend City Plumbing.
Neil Costello: Very pleased with the service we received right from the start to the completion of our bathroom projects. Dave Patey gave us very useful impartial advice helping us to select exactly the type and style of bathroom furniture that we were after. There was never any pressure and we never felt we were being sold something we really didn't need. This encouraged us to choose City Plumbing above all others we visited. We are very happy with the quality of the materials. There was a hiccup with delivery which is the only reason I didn't give CP 5 stars. Clearly something went awry between the suppliers, the warehouse and the delivery team, not just once but twice. Dave pulled out all the stops to rectify the problems asap and saved the day, much to the relief of our bathroom installer.

Ronna Fu: I find it quite convenient to have a Screwfix in my city and in a great location. If I need any tools, accessories and hardware products, it is my first choice beside ToolStation. Their prices are reasonable.

Will Gale: You never really know how good a retailer is until maybe something goes wrong, I purchased a lawnmower back in June used it a few times and been ok, used it Sunday and it cut out on further examination the wire's had melted so could have been very dangerous. I took it back to the Fengate branch in Peterborough and I have to say they were outstanding they dealt with the matter straight away and it was a pleasure to deal with them I don't normally leave many reviews but just wanted to say thanks for such a great experience.
