Natalie Bunyan: Love the comfy seating. Won't use any other cinema now
Nadia Nightingale: This is my go to cinema with the fam. Good food selection and nice comfy seats. They have a kids cinema box (think film crew) that is fairly cheap and comes with popcorn, sweets and an ice blast for a little over £5. Would defo recommend.
Duncan Turner: Clean tidy, staff were all very polite. Comfy seats
susan munns: Great fun, comfy seats, 2 drinks 1 popcorn and a bag of sweets...bit pricey at 18.00
Kat Garfoot: A nice cinema with comfy seats. Also easy free parking. Just a tad over priced int he evenings and weekends.
Joe Whitelaw: Good cinema nice recliner chairs
Joshua Ezeoru: Comfy and cozy. Enjoyed every second of my movie
Betz G: Comfy seats, good price with Insider card, do their best to keep screen areas and toilets clean in spite of the feral customers who trash it
Brian Aberi: Entertaining
Chris Smith: Comfortable and relaxing. Sometimes a bit cold
Adelino Baptista: 10/10 Nice space and chairs, but still a small place
Swaminathan Sridhar: Wonderful
Bridgette Showler: Comfortable seats, lots of room. Friendly, helpful staff. Confectionery prices rather high.
Cameron Pauls: Really great film. The toilets were revolting. One set shut. The other open. I used a cubicle. Went into one, no lock, went into a second one, lock but no hook for my coat. Tried to hang it onto the remains of the hook fitting and my jacket fell into the pool of Urine on the floor. Seriously, get this sorted, I've been in better toilets in Morocco.
Deborah Jane Brown: Love the reclining seats.
Kaja O: I m films lover. So .... I love cinema
Germantas Adomaitis: Best place to watch new released movies
Chris Phillips: Went to watch Creed 3. Seats weren't clean that we booked. Had to wipe old popcorn off the seats and in the foot rests before sitting down.
Peter: Nice
Jonina Pepperell: This cinema is the best I have ever been too. The seats where comfortable and the staff where the friendliest I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I am disabled in a wheelchair and they went above and beyond to help so I thoroughly recomend this cinema.
Natalia Zuzanna (Łania): Never been treated better in cinema, I needed some isolation headphones I got them in 2 minutes, kids spilled coke all over the floor been cleaned in 5 by a superb employee. The prices are high but, thats what we would expect going there anyway. Clean, toilets also. Good icecreams 👌🏻

Jennifer Gill: Lovely cinema with nice comfy seats. Easy parking. Will try the food next time we go
Rachael Cordell: Comfy seats clean cinema I like the fact you can choose your seats on booking plenty of snacks and drinks available both alcoholic and soft. Staff are always friendly and helpful
M K: Staff, seating, general design and quality, and food of the space is great! Very satisfied with that. However, the quality of the projector is lacking. Audio itself is okay, but the projectors, at least the ones I managed to watch on, were very sub-par. I've noticed large yellow spots, general lack of contrast, vignetting around the edges, and lack of exposure in my viewings. This was especially noticable in The Batman; the darkness of the movie is exaggerated to the point where I could very hardly make out details in darker scenes. It was a much better visual experience at home. Avatar 2 was amazing, but not due to the quality of the projectors themselves. Very distracting to see a very beautifull shot with a yellow spot on the top left of the screen.Really wish they got new projectors. That being said, everything else is great!
Bren: Very good modern cinema and a great selection of food too.
Mark Wakefield: Always clean and tidy. Staff always friendly. Pricing quite reasonable. Every time we go we say its under utilised as its never very busy.
Lynda Rose: Good comfortable cinema with very helpful staff
Michayla Reed: Always friendly staffAlways cleanGreat facilitiesEasy to use / can book online & go straight inGreat selection of drinks / snacksBar downstairsSeating upstairsWondeful seatingLarge screensWheelchair seating/spaces avaliable

felix 66: Our cinema of choice. Very helpful and friendly staff and the only cinema nearby to show Enys Men.
Danny: Great cinema
Richard Pittard: Brilliant Cinema always friendly staff and show brilliant films all year round
Courtney Hancock: very cold in the rooms need like 10 layers but my first little date v impressive
Paul Prior: Nice cinema with good parking. The seating is very comfortable. It is conveniently located need a restaurant, a supermarket and a range of other out of town outlets.
Helen Tansley: Can you explain to me why last week as a senior we paid over £10 yet this week we only paid £6.50 as we do not come very often seems very strange..
Jason Sandford: Great cinema. Friendly staff. Very comfortable seats
J W: Great cinema, reasonable prices. Highly recommend the infinity membership - for £15.99 a month you can visit as many times as you like, discount on food, makes for a great date night.
Austin Houghton-Bird: We visited The Light Cinema this morning, where we’d pre-booked our tickets online so we could reserve our seats and save some time.Although the film experience was great, the service while getting our tickets checked and validated was awful! We’d already queued for a good 15-20 mins to order our snacks, so when we were told by the guy validating our tickets that there was a system error and we’d have to queue again to get them checked, we were not best pleased!Apparently the online system fails quite often, so best to buy your tickets in person if you don’t want to waste 20 mins queueing! Please get your systems working The Light Cinema!
Louise “Sandytoes”: Lovely clean and friendly staff @ the light my favourite cinema..Xxx
Tyler Dunn: The queue was huge and only one person serving; we were queued about 5 minutes before someone standing accepting tickets got someone else to come man the door so they could help serve (presumably not everyone is able to serve?) We were waiting about 15 minutes for two hot dogs and regular drinks; the hot dogs were absolutely slobbered in sauce, and they weren't exactly piping hot.A hot dog and drink is £8.95, that's extortionate in my honest opinion for the quality you get. Cinemas complained about missing out during the pandemic, and they even took Avatar off Disney to try and force people in to the cinema beforehand. Movies have to go to the cinema before they're shown on streaming services. I appreciate that, but instead of trying to force people in, how about not bleeding them dry with overpriced, under-quality food and make it somewhere they WANT to go. It was £40+ for two tickets, two hotdogs and two regular drinks which feels far too much for what we got.Comfort wise the screens are good with nice seating and plenty of space.I've given a 4* because usually the Light does very well, and this is our first time having a less than stellar experience since pre-pandemic. I hope this is the only time.
Ash Parmenter: Fantastic cinema. Comfy seats and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
