Bazz YouTube surfer: Great place for kids parties and just for a fun visit.I heard and announcement saying they will be checking the tables as you not allowed to bring in food. Which I think is fair, however after they forgot to put through my order after 30min, I finally received my cheesy tuna. I think someone forgot the cheese..... The kitchen really needs to work on their quality!!!

Loads to do, and it's great that things like the go karts and climbing wall are included in the price.Tia helped my daughter on the climbing wall and she was fantastic with her - really kind, encouraging and helpful, so thanks Tia! The other staff were all very friendly as well and talked us through all the activities and different areas when we got there.The toilets could do with a little bit of TLC but apart from that, everything else was great. We will be back again!
Emma Herring: We went to Big Sky today for the first time and were very impressed. The kids had a fab time and were sad to leave after 2.5hrs of play. It was also a nice bonus that there were go karts and use of a climbing wall included in the entrance fee. Special thanks to Tia who was amazing with the kids and did an excellent job helping them on the climbing wall.

However once inside we felt that the cost was justified by the extensive play opportunities availableWhat a great venue.So much to do.We especially enjoyed the go karts and the climbing wall.Staff were child friendly and very helpful.If we lived nearer we would definitely visit again

CESA ZUNIGA: When this place is empty as it was on Mother's day it is super fantastic. You had space in every corner and contraption you were on. The temperature wasn't over the top and the play areas were all working. The inflatanation team were giving cake and and a hot drink for all the Mami's there. Which was a very thoughtful thing they did. We will be back and looking forward to celebrating our little ones birthday there.

Kelly Woodhouse: Arrived for our booked session at 10 for 2 hours ordered 2 cups of tea had to ask for milk and no ordinary sugar had I of known this I wouldn't of had tea took my baby to the baby change bin was overflowing with stinking nappies people had started to dump there rubbish behind the bin including pads for incontinence the smell was disgusting and even the sanitary bin was overflowing with nappies water all on the floor went to the ladies no toilet roll things obviously hadn't been checked before opening staff are rude and unhelpful made me feel like a inconvenience for asking for milk and sugar 🤷♀️won't be returning

Bex: I took my seven year old son and ten year old sister here to run off some energy. They had great fun, but it is heavily overpriced. £10.99 for an hour. My son is autistic so I needed to go on with him first until he was comfortable which cost me an additional £10.99 for myself - to go on for five minutes to settle him and that's it.The food options were seriously lacking as well which was disappointing. The kids had fun but I would have added more stars if there were greater food options, and if adults didn't have to pay so much to go on to help their children.
Krissy Newman: Kids really enjoyed it and it is a lovely place. But, it was massively understaffed - 1 person on the food and drink till in half term was never going to work. Someone asked for the table to be wiped, the member of staff just gave them the spray and blue roll and they had to do it themselves. There were spilt drinks on the floor - not great when Kids are running about in socks.Plus the bins were over flowing so much, right by the tables, staff wandered past but didn't do anything about it. One guy, hoovered, around the chips all over the floor, then left them there.From a Kids point of view the inflatables were great but I was very disappointed by the general state of the place. Not sure I shall be returning.

So you really only need one hour here. Cafe is ok served fizzy and hot drinks reasonably priced. A good time out for families

Gemma Stone: Great for older kids who can burn off so much energy and accompanying parents. They do have a brilliant area for little people, soft play, little slides great for building confidence and a ball pit if they just want to sit and play.We went in Feb and the seating area was cold so keep this in mind for little people.I didn't use them but the other half said the toilets were disappointing and he didn't trust the baby changing unit which was in the disabled toilet.I got scratched by a bush in the carpark which had thorns pull off into my arm and went in kind of deep so look where your parking and the spaces are small.Overall it's a great experience for the kids to burn off a ton of energy. Now I've been I know to think about where I'm parking and outside temp so wouldn't stop me going.
Armandas Krasnekovas: This was a good experience to go here it was like a dream there. It had trampolines ofc but they had a place you can buy like food or ice cream and they had a VR room but the reason this isn't a 5 star is because they had a part in the trampoline where there what to long logs one up and one down and it would spin around but the that was closed so was the VR room but staff was nice and had no rude attitude what so ever but also you have to pre-order the tickets online so that's q bummer. One last thing, the give you socks especially your size and when your done there, you get to keep them so I recommend going there!

My daughter injured herself and the staff were accommodating and efficient, however due to the lack of seating there was bo where to tend to her other than the steps. This is what let's this place down, I appreciate it gets busy but there are no where near enough seats, you are very lucky if you get a table. I think if this was addressed and there was enough tables and chairs for the amount of people let in then it would be a 5 star from us.I do feel 2 hours if too long but that's not the fault of the place it's an error on our judgement. Over all it is a good fun for kids.. I just think the ratio of people amd seating needs to be addressed.
Elena Anthony: I booked the standard party package at Flip Out for my son's 6th birthday. We have been multiple times before and always enjoyed it, however I was severely let down by my experience today. I was asked to collate all of the guest's full names, DOBs and allergies for the safety waiver so I did this and emailed to Flip Out prior to the party date. When we arrived, I was told that they do not have time to check all of the emails as they are 'too busy' so I stood and wrote out this information whilst my guests started arriving. The party 'host' never introduced herself to me and I didnt even get her name! I don't believe she smiled once throughout the 1.5 hrs we were there and barely made eye contact when I spoke to her. One of the components of the standard party package is 'unlimited juice throughout', however when I noticed we needed a refil for one of the pitchers in the party room, the 'host' was no where to be seen- I had to ask another member of staff to radio her! When it was time to light the candle on the cake, I was told the sparkling candle I had brought could not be used as it may set the fire alarm off even though the packet clearly said 'suitable for indoor use'; my son then had to pretend to blow out the candle. To finish off the experience, we were rudely told to leave the room by the cleaner who came in whilst guests were still gathering their belongings as they 'needed the room'. Considering the significant cost of the party and general lack of interest/rudeness of staff, I would not recommend, nor would I ever book a party here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was fun but not rowdy.When my son had a problem with his food because he's autistic and the ketchup was different to the ketchup at home, the staff brought him fresh fries and didn't charge me. It was just really lovely and I'm very grateful, because this is the kind of thing that makes a difference when you have a child with additional needs. It meant he could still enjoy his food, without getting too upset. Thank you!

The only reason for not giving more than 4 stars is the food room is too small the food was a very small portion and the ice cream was to chosen from the freezer so hardly getting your money's worth when 15+ kids choose an ice pole. First time for my son and adults joined in also. All had a great time.

Staff are all friendly, even when a bunch of kids were asking silly (and clearly irritating) questions during the briefing.I went with my son and his friend and they loved it (almost as much as I did). I will definitely be going back and would recommend a membership card to keep track of your stats.Also for people into their fitness, I was doing over 1000 steps per game - great exercise!!!

Local Reviewer: OK experience. Games were a little underwhelming and could be more polished. The worst part is the parking. Cars everywhere like some kind of scrap yard. With being the old greyhound track, I was expecting an empty car park. How wrong was I! All car parking space even out the front of trappd were taken, as a result we were late which wasn't an issue when explained. But the whole thing overshadowed the event. Needs looking in to.

Jarman's Travels: We booked for my Mum's 73rd birthday, 5 of us, 3 generations. Our host Eileen was so lovely, she explained everything really well. Our room was circus themed. It was brilliant. Dugal mcdougal: We've done both games at Trappd Peterborough now on two different occasions. Red Rock was the more immersive of the two, whereas cirque delirium was in some ways more fun.The puzzles were generally varied and interesting enough. Some could do with a little upgrading though, as there are clearly identifiable flaws with them that mean they don't always work as intended and consequently detract from the experience.Where the experience fell short the most unfortunately was the game master. I'm reluctant to be too critical as he is probably doing his best while watching more than one game. It's not ideal for us, but I do understand that. But we've done many escape rooms in many locations, including Peterborough. And we've found that our level of enjoyment of a room is very affected by the kind of game master we have.On both occasions at trappd, we had the same game master and from the get go, he didn't really seem interested in setting the scene and was not very attentive when we asked for clues. In fact, we had to ask for clues repeatedly (like six or seven times) before we got any kind of response. There were also a number of technical failures in the rooms, which took up a lot of time, required GM intervention and consequently broke the immersion.We've done escape rooms in over ten different locations. And I would have to say because of our experience we would rate Trapp'd as perhaps the second worst we've ever done. Very experienced teams might still find them enjoyable, but newcomers may end up feeling deflated with the complete lack of enthusiasm and limited interaction from the staff.

Hayley Perry: Absolutely Fantastic Experience. We have done 7 Trapp'd Escape rooms but this was the first one we have done with our 2 boys. Jay our Games Master was brilliant. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Sean Lealan: This was our first time doing an escape room and we had such a great time!! We chose to do 'Red Rock'. We didn't know what to expect but we weren't disappointed! If you're thinking of trying this, we'd definitely recommend you give it a go. Have fun!

David Precious: We've been twice - once a couple of years back to do the circus themed room, and this month to do the wild west themed room, Red Rock.Both are excellent - good puzzles. I think Red Rock was the best as it really required working together to escape, even from the very start (I won't spoil it by saying more!).This year our game master was Jayden who was just finishing training and ready to run the game, and did an excellent job. We had to ask for a couple of hints and Jayden did a great job of giving just enough of a clue to point us towards figuring it out without just giving away the answer.
G: We did the red rock room, which was good. However the staff was awful, straight away he said "I don't have covid I've just had my second jab" which was okay, but then kept talking about it. He explained to us, how the locks worked, but in a way, that if we got them wrong, then we were stupid, like the others who has previously done this. He mentioned at the start, he would not give us clues unless we needed them, however kept giving us them, even though we did not ask for them. It was obvious he wanted us to leave quickly. We finished after around 38 minutes, he was kind of reluctant to take a photo of us and did not offer us to write on the walls. After we had finished he said "I'll leave the rooms, for them to reset on Monday, I'm done for the day". The rooms were fine, but the staff was rude and awful.

Julie Fisher: Holiday spoilt! If you have a dog be careful not to walk across any empty pitches. First encounter with the warden. Husband was waiting for cars to pass and was told to get off the pitch (he was standing on the corner). Second encounter I took my little chihuahuas out with me to get some bags from the car. With seconds I was being 'told off' for allowing my dogs to walk in an empty pitch. Please understand it's not the rules/site policy that is an issue here. It's the way in which we were spoken to, we are in ours 60's but the Warden spoke to us like very naughty children, even stating "that he'd had to have words with my husband". Such a shame, I've loved staying here in the past but I won't be booking another stay. I would normally just forget about things like this but as I was so upset I have made a complaint.

Rachael: Nice place, friendly staff. Our two year old loved it so much to do for little ones baby area, soft play and loads of trampolines. Food pretty good. Nice cheap and cheerful couple of hours out. It's also nice that when they are quiet you are able to stay longer. Will defo be back. Would recommend more heaters though as it was a bit chilly for spectators and will only get worse as it gets colds

Daniel Wood: First time I have been as we was there for a party,Was fun as adults can go on the trampolines, there is a soft play area for 0-3 and 3+We spent 2 hours there for the party and thought that was long enough but check as when party's are on you have to leave.

Later on throwing baby toys whilst swearing and complaining the toddler area had become messy complete contrast to previous visits debating whether to return here or to use bounce permanently from now on

Gabriela Chandler: We had a party here and the facilities are great for the children especially as you can see them on all parts of the park - trampolines, soft play and ride ons. Great value for money for a party and fantastic friendly staff that were super helpful. Shout out to Amy who was always on hand to help and were super nice to all the children even the ones who were a little too excited! We will be back and we the addition of the soft play I think this completes the park now. Thanks again! x
