Bazz YouTube surfer: Great place for kids parties and just for a fun visit.I heard and announcement saying they will be checking the tables as you not allowed to bring in food. Which I think is fair, however after they forgot to put through my order after 30min, I finally received my cheesy tuna. I think someone forgot the cheese..... The kitchen really needs to work on their quality!!!

Loads to do, and it's great that things like the go karts and climbing wall are included in the price.Tia helped my daughter on the climbing wall and she was fantastic with her - really kind, encouraging and helpful, so thanks Tia! The other staff were all very friendly as well and talked us through all the activities and different areas when we got there.The toilets could do with a little bit of TLC but apart from that, everything else was great. We will be back again!
Emma Herring: We went to Big Sky today for the first time and were very impressed. The kids had a fab time and were sad to leave after 2.5hrs of play. It was also a nice bonus that there were go karts and use of a climbing wall included in the entrance fee. Special thanks to Tia who was amazing with the kids and did an excellent job helping them on the climbing wall.
Charlotte Nawaz: Me and my twins had a fabulous time, there was so much to do and lots of different areas for them to play in, even with a busy day staff was always pleasant and helpful specially Bianca and Kristian they both was lovely to chat to and served me fast and helped me with any questions i had! 5/5 will definitely be coming again and thank you to all the staff for making it a fun, safe, clean place for all the kids!

However once inside we felt that the cost was justified by the extensive play opportunities availableWhat a great venue.So much to do.We especially enjoyed the go karts and the climbing wall.Staff were child friendly and very helpful.If we lived nearer we would definitely visit again

Cornish Cottager: Great place to wear out the kids. Lots of variety and enough space for kids and families.Allowed time of 2.5 hrs is just right.Particularly enjoyed the volcano and the interactive room.However......Not enough staff patrolling the floor to stop bigger kids from messing about in the area set aside for toddlers. I had to ask 2 ten year old boys to stop jumping in the ball pool in the 2 to 4 age range area. Not good enough really.Also the food is disproportionately expensive. While I know it always is at these type of places I think £2.55 for a gingerbread man and £1 for a small (very small) milky way bar is taking the whatsit!But I must praise the pizza. It was pizza special Thursday and it did not disappoint. Offering a pizza and large post mix drink at £8.95 is comparable to most places and it was good... I mean really good. Well cooked on the base of the pizza and very tasty. 8 good slices was enough to feed 3 adults.On the whole a good place to take the kids but you might want to feed them before you go or promise them lunch after.

A: Front desk is slow, had to be processed twice due to equipment not working, during a party visit this also took 10mins to sort.Party rooms restrict play time, and deliberately prevent you from going back into play, and was too long with no real interaction in party rooms the kids were bored.Great play area, just don't bother booking it as a party!

I have spoken to members of staff, however it's an ongoing issue.Not enough kitchen play items, tables not cleared in a timely on the weekend, expensive compared to other play centres in the area

I can say it’s fun to go round the different areas, the slides, small ball pool, zip lines etc. There is plenty of seating so you can rest while the children play. There is a cafe serving good food.Just had a birthday party for our little one and she loved being a princess. A big thank you to Abi and Shannon for making it magical.

Bee Bash: The actual play bit is a bit too dark and extreme for the not so brave kids. But otherwise great with lots to do for all ages.Zayna or zeina is an absolute angel of a human. I attended a party here and as a hostess she was the most thoughtful person. I had a baby and she helped me throughout the party. She also managed it all so well and kept the kiddies so entertained.
Jo Ellis: A Very clean place I was very impressed. When we arrived the ladies were cleaning every where. A nice place for all ages to play. The cafe is a bit overpriced but I'm sure that's like every where now.
Stuart Bennett: Service was very poor, when I ordered a breakfast baguette I waited half hour to then discover it had been delivered to the wrong table, the bloke then took baguette off wrong table and asked me to take a bite from it to see if it was cold, after I told him I wasn't going to touch it because I didn't know how long it had been on the table he just looked at me gone out, I then told him I would like a fresh one, he then looked at me funny and reluctantly walked off without even apologising.Will not be returning

CESA ZUNIGA: When this place is empty as it was on Mother's day it is super fantastic. You had space in every corner and contraption you were on. The temperature wasn't over the top and the play areas were all working. The inflatanation team were giving cake and and a hot drink for all the Mami's there. Which was a very thoughtful thing they did. We will be back and looking forward to celebrating our little ones birthday there.

Kelly Woodhouse: Arrived for our booked session at 10 for 2 hours ordered 2 cups of tea had to ask for milk and no ordinary sugar had I of known this I wouldn't of had tea took my baby to the baby change bin was overflowing with stinking nappies people had started to dump there rubbish behind the bin including pads for incontinence the smell was disgusting and even the sanitary bin was overflowing with nappies water all on the floor went to the ladies no toilet roll things obviously hadn't been checked before opening staff are rude and unhelpful made me feel like a inconvenience for asking for milk and sugar 🤷♀️won't be returning

Bex: I took my seven year old son and ten year old sister here to run off some energy. They had great fun, but it is heavily overpriced. £10.99 for an hour. My son is autistic so I needed to go on with him first until he was comfortable which cost me an additional £10.99 for myself - to go on for five minutes to settle him and that's it.The food options were seriously lacking as well which was disappointing. The kids had fun but I would have added more stars if there were greater food options, and if adults didn't have to pay so much to go on to help their children.
Krissy Newman: Kids really enjoyed it and it is a lovely place. But, it was massively understaffed - 1 person on the food and drink till in half term was never going to work. Someone asked for the table to be wiped, the member of staff just gave them the spray and blue roll and they had to do it themselves. There were spilt drinks on the floor - not great when Kids are running about in socks.Plus the bins were over flowing so much, right by the tables, staff wandered past but didn't do anything about it. One guy, hoovered, around the chips all over the floor, then left them there.From a Kids point of view the inflatables were great but I was very disappointed by the general state of the place. Not sure I shall be returning.

So you really only need one hour here. Cafe is ok served fizzy and hot drinks reasonably priced. A good time out for families

Lakeside provides a hub for activity and relaxation. As well as being home to Lakeside Kitchen & Bar, it is where you can find Nene Outdoors Watersports and Activity centre which offers a wide range of Pay and Play activities such as pedalos, kayaks and paddleboards, courses, clubs and our cycle hire facility.

Julie Fisher: Holiday spoilt! If you have a dog be careful not to walk across any empty pitches. First encounter with the warden. Husband was waiting for cars to pass and was told to get off the pitch (he was standing on the corner). Second encounter I took my little chihuahuas out with me to get some bags from the car. With seconds I was being 'told off' for allowing my dogs to walk in an empty pitch. Please understand it's not the rules/site policy that is an issue here. It's the way in which we were spoken to, we are in ours 60's but the Warden spoke to us like very naughty children, even stating "that he'd had to have words with my husband". Such a shame, I've loved staying here in the past but I won't be booking another stay. I would normally just forget about things like this but as I was so upset I have made a complaint.

lita litvinaite: Good,but people visiting can be cleaner and stop throwing rubish all over the place .I know that no dogs should go in,but this is working dog,there was no other people and he does his doggy bussines on command and would not wee or poo there.
Maria Rowley: Needs a bit of TLC, it has been a bit damaged and missing a few things like a swing and the zip lines LINE and SEAT! the flooring was ripped up. Could be really nice to take the kids too but not yet!

Ieuan Baverstock: Seeing English people in their natural habitat is a site to be seen, I'd never go in there personally but knowing it's a place where many people were conceived brings a tear to my face ,very good in all weathers, I walk past their once and I saw a kid fall and everyone stared, smirked and giggled. Sinead Jeavons: Great fun place for the kids. Not at all clean! Toilets filthy. Cardboard down on floors due to a leak.

Chris Law: Took the grandchild for the first time, got to say the staff were brilliant and helpful, we went on a quiet day so we could try everything, had a great time, for £6 it was brilliant value

Gemma Stone: Great for older kids who can burn off so much energy and accompanying parents. They do have a brilliant area for little people, soft play, little slides great for building confidence and a ball pit if they just want to sit and play.We went in Feb and the seating area was cold so keep this in mind for little people.I didn't use them but the other half said the toilets were disappointing and he didn't trust the baby changing unit which was in the disabled toilet.I got scratched by a bush in the carpark which had thorns pull off into my arm and went in kind of deep so look where your parking and the spaces are small.Overall it's a great experience for the kids to burn off a ton of energy. Now I've been I know to think about where I'm parking and outside temp so wouldn't stop me going.
Armandas Krasnekovas: This was a good experience to go here it was like a dream there. It had trampolines ofc but they had a place you can buy like food or ice cream and they had a VR room but the reason this isn't a 5 star is because they had a part in the trampoline where there what to long logs one up and one down and it would spin around but the that was closed so was the VR room but staff was nice and had no rude attitude what so ever but also you have to pre-order the tickets online so that's q bummer. One last thing, the give you socks especially your size and when your done there, you get to keep them so I recommend going there!

Kirsty Wiseman: We've been here a few times now and in general it is good fun, however today's visit was absolutely packed. My daughter injured herself and the staff were accommodating and efficient, however due to the lack of seating there was bo where to tend to her other than the steps. This is what let's this place down, I appreciate it gets busy but there are no where near enough seats, you are very lucky if you get a table. I think if this was addressed and there was enough tables and chairs for the amount of people let in then it would be a 5 star from us.I do feel 2 hours if too long but that's not the fault of the place it's an error on our judgement. Over all it is a good fun for kids.. I just think the ratio of people amd seating needs to be addressed.
Elena Anthony: I booked the standard party package at Flip Out for my son's 6th birthday. We have been multiple times before and always enjoyed it, however I was severely let down by my experience today. I was asked to collate all of the guest's full names, DOBs and allergies for the safety waiver so I did this and emailed to Flip Out prior to the party date. When we arrived, I was told that they do not have time to check all of the emails as they are 'too busy' so I stood and wrote out this information whilst my guests started arriving. The party 'host' never introduced herself to me and I didnt even get her name! I don't believe she smiled once throughout the 1.5 hrs we were there and barely made eye contact when I spoke to her. One of the components of the standard party package is 'unlimited juice throughout', however when I noticed we needed a refil for one of the pitchers in the party room, the 'host' was no where to be seen- I had to ask another member of staff to radio her! When it was time to light the candle on the cake, I was told the sparkling candle I had brought could not be used as it may set the fire alarm off even though the packet clearly said 'suitable for indoor use'; my son then had to pretend to blow out the candle. To finish off the experience, we were rudely told to leave the room by the cleaner who came in whilst guests were still gathering their belongings as they 'needed the room'. Considering the significant cost of the party and general lack of interest/rudeness of staff, I would not recommend, nor would I ever book a party here again.

Dean Lynn: The Glinton Play Park is a great place for kids to have fun. The park has a variety of play equipment, including wooden play frames, swings, and slides.Plenty of open green space for football or dogs to run around.No toilets or facilities are on site.Also you have to park down a residential street for parking.
Abbie Dixon: Amazing park. So much to do. There are ping pong tables, basketball hoops rugby goal and football goals. AMAZING

Nick Dane: Family friendly place, not sure about parking, not clearly signposted for play ground parking, definitely be coming back again, zip line fir the older children, climbing area for older one's, basketball hoops and even a mini mountain bike/bmx course, all sorts of fun on a sunny day 😁

Marie Cook: A bit boggy currently but that is to be expected due to the wintry weather but it is still a lovely quiet place to sit and watch the wildlife. One of my favourite walks. My grandchildren love it there.Haven't updated for a while but the lake is lovely in the summer to sit and watch the swans or for a leisurely stroll or a very quick walk because the grandchildren are getting faster 😀 .
