Kathryn Bryce: Ordered through Amazon market place on 19th March. Tracking shows dispatched through Evri on 20th March status not changed since 21st March. Claimed refund apparently have to wait until 13th April in case it turns up,they know I no longer require it. Bought from elsewhere, no longer need it,it's a spool of thread. Pleading with me to be patient as they are "small business",also claiming high volume of parcels!!My rights as a customer are clearly low priority . Please consider carefully before ordering from them, it's a small value order , but it's clear if there is an issue they have poor regard for customer

Sarah Mead: I ordered 2 lots of fabric from this company. A week later they write to me to say they can't supply at the advertised price, that they have "made a mistake" and they increase the price by a substantial amount. They offered to "make amends" by reducing their new price by 10%. Even with this "kind" offer, the increase is just short of 44% on the original price they offered. I have managed to source the same products for around 25% less than their revised offer, albeit still more than their original advertised price. I would not do business with these guys again.

Peta Nightingale: I really can't recommend TM Interiors more. I discovered them when I was looking for a particular Sanderson fabric that I'd fallen in love with, and wanted some curtains made from. It seemed to be very difficult to get hold of, but TM Interiors stocked it and, I then realised, would also be able to make the curtains for me. I made the whole order online, with simple measurements and answering questions about the finish I wanted. It was incredibly quick and easy. I did then follow up with a phone call, as I had a question, and again, everything was dealt with incredibly easily. Everyone I spoke to was lovely and extremely helpful. The curtains arrived within the period I had been promised, and they are so beautiful! The hand-finish is superb, and they are of the highest quality. They arrived in a large box, impeccably packed so that there wasn't a single crease. It was truly amazing. I ordered some cushions to go with the curtains, in the same fabric, and I couldn't be happier with everything. I have already recommended TM Interiors to several people, and will definitely be using them again. A lovely company, extremely friendly and helpful, a very high quality product and good value too. What more could you ask for?
Andrew M: We have had a number of blinds made by TM Interiors, both fully operational and also faux blinds just to dress windows, with each being very well made and important design considerations communicated well during the process. As it happens the fabric we have used has been discontinued and they have helpful in reserving what stock remains at the manufacturer whilst we refine designs. We would not hesitate in recommending their services and will certainly be in touch again as our refurbishment continues.
