Lisa Hammersley: Amazing service! We’ve got a 5 month old puppy who needs ‘rest’ after injuring his leg. We’ve been instructed to only go on short walks, and to do plenty of enrichment. I visited Posh Petz to see what they have to offer for treats that would keep him busy, and they did not disappoint. I explained the situation and the lady there was more than happy to show me some products/treats which are long lasting and would keep him occupied. Will definitely be visiting there regularly, as there’s a MASSIVE selection of natural treats, food and toys, and there’s a lovely, laid back, helpful atmosphere, too!

Roger Baldwin: Have only recently visited this store (Peterborough) the first time a couple of weeks ago and again yesterday.The store is very clean and very well set out.All the staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products.We spoke to stef yesterday and her customer service was excellent again very knowledgeable and friendly as are all the staff.We will definitely be using this store for all our cat food needs in the future on a continuous basis.

In all that time I have tried other suppliers but have not found the products to be as consistent and delivered as promptly like Kennedy do.If you want reliable and consistency then this is the place to go.Still the best even after trying another supplier I am back with Kennedy.Still my preferred supplier. :-)
Lynn Woodward: I buy the wild bird seed 25kgs. Loads of birds eat this mixed seed, there is no waste, the birds are waiting for me to feed them, which happens twice a day! And the company is great. This time of year when birds are nesting and having young it's so important to feed the parents. Hence the 25kg bag doesn't last that long 😂

Prices are competitive, and some of the Pets at Home own brand items seem to be considerable money savers. They also stock all the main brand names.This is a larger PAH store, with a car park at the front of the building, it's great for those larger and/or heavier purchases.There's also vets here, too, and all the staff are helpful and eager to assist.

Sabrina sabrina: I bought some fish for my son, and we loved looking around at the animals and reptiles. The staff were very helpful and informative about our new pets.
Charis Remzi: I always find what I need in here and the staff on the whole are usually quite friendly and helpful. I do find that on the whole some products are quite expensive and for that reason I do get some staples from smaller, independent shops or garden centres. It is a convenient location with generous open and closing times which is useful in a pinch.

Smiley Bean: This seems to be quite a neglected branch. When I visited there were very few staff around and it took quite some time to locate somebody who was able to fetch my click and collect order.Having said that, all the staff were very helpful under the circumstances.

Sue Reeves: Not overly impressed, went in to get a harness for our dog, had to search to find a staff member when we finally did said member literally lunged at our nervous dog to put the harness on, not once did they ask if it was ok to approach. I think they were just wanting to get back to a job they were doing. Wouldn't go there again. Needless to say we came out without harness, hope they treat the animals better in the shop.
Mark Cadman: The vets here are great. Very kind, sympathetic and understanding.
Sarah Buckley: Store is always well maintained and stocked. Most staff are happy to help and greet you with a smile. Prices can be a little high and the VIP app gives vouchers for things my dog cannot use due to allergies but apart from that it's a pretty good place and my dog loves her visits to select a new toy.

Nicole Bradfield: My partner and I went to see several snakes before coming here and we had an instant positive feel about the place and about Peter who was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After some deliberation we ended up buying the whole set up, and reserving a beautiful snake. They were closed the next day but they came to the shop just so I could come and collect my new boy. Completely confident in their knowledge advice and the quality of their animals and they will definitely be the first people I turn to if I need advice or for getting another reptile :) Peter let me hold as many as I liked and was happy and obviously proud to show me his collection, and Caz had a very similar approach the next day. Couldn’t have had better service or ended up with a better snake.
