Jo vaus-Lawson: Rang re an old printer that wasnt printing properly & spoke to Richard who said to bring it in. Less than an hour later i have a cleaned & aligned, fully working printer with ink cartridges that actually work (not like some of the ones i had brought off ebay). Really helpful, professional & all with a smile. Will definately be using in the future to replace my ink cartridges & they deliver too. Brilliant service

We paid the full amount in Sterling upfront, and after the fact, they wanted us then to pay for their bank fees as well.FYI AA Labels: that's the normal cost of doing business! Advice: don't order from this company if from Republic of Ireland there are other label companies that are more transparent.Further: We paid €15 the bank fee from our side, the 11 fee was the receivers fee, if you want customers to pay your receivers fee as well you should make that clear. You should not request EFT payments in this case to ROI customers. It is very unprofessional.

I had a issues that went back to October 22 and literally took 4 months to get resolved. Yes it was resolved but shouldn't have taken 4 months. For me I will be buying tech else where
