Ian Cowan: TK Electics carried out major installation work at my rental property in Peterborough. As a landlord living in Scotland all communication was done by phone and email. It is always a worry being so far away from the property while work is being carried out but the guys were great. Rebecca Markham: Very friendly person came swiftly in an emergency after I had had no power since 5:30am. Was unable to get my fuse board reset. Was let down by 2 other electricians and Bilal came to the rescue. He fitted me in and got me back up and running, solved the issue and replaced the faulty plug socket. Cant thank him enough. Excellent service, friendly team, superb value for money. Will definitely be calling them again if I need any electrical work. Highly recommend them and will let all know who to call if they need any work doing.

Melvyn Chimes: An electrician called resolve an issue with the electrics on my central heating. He informed me that a wire was short circuiting. I therefore was advised to purchase a wireless room thermostat - which I did. He then called again to fit it. He left telling me that all was working. This was not the case - I therefore have had to call in a heating engineer who informed me that there was no short circuit and the system was wired incorrectly. I was charged £86 and £60 (for a second visit) by the Able electrician Electricians should be aware of there own limitations!!!

Leeanne Hart: I had an issue with faulty lighting, I called this company who attended and "fixed" the issues, they advised it could be best to replace the lighting eventually, but for now what they could "fix" it, I received the invoice which I paid as I felt it was sorted, unfortunately, within 24-hours the issues re-occurred and the lighting, in some areas were not working at all, after contacting Trevor, he advised replacing the lighting and sent a quote to complete the work.I am shocked they did not just say from the beginning to replace the lighting, and not charge us to basically do nothing, I ended up having to have the lighting replaced through another company within a week of this company attending, the issues have now been resolved as it was a connection fault in the old lighting units, which needed replacing!Overall, I paid twice when this was not needed, this company should have said when they came to inspect the issue, "we recommend changing the lighting from the beginning", not to go ahead knowing the lights needed replacing to fix the connection issues within the old light fittings.
