Kim Bone: Absolutely awful parcel two days late no notification after scheduled delivery. Rang customer service who hung up got charged £50 in calls . Same day had a delivery from them that wasn't mine 13 boxes asked what name it was for refused to tell me ,got angrey slamming doors shouting at other people who asked him to move as he blocked the pathway.

gavin waterman: I won't do business with any company that uses DHL ever again! I stayed in as my delivery was supposed to arrive between 12 to 1pm. I sew the van and the driver, no telephone call or card posted through my letterbox despite leaving door open. Driver drove off. Got email 7 minutes about not being able to deliver and that a card has been posted through letterbox. Feeling frustrated Made telephone calls only to listen to alternated messages, when I got through, it was the wrong department. I went back online to have it delivered to a parcel delivery depot. I selected an address BP garage in Peterborough and thought the delivery would be awaiting when arrived. I went there and spoke to the cashier who knew nothing about it. Telephoned another number and was informed that the delivery would be there same time following day, and I was going to get a email confirming its arrival. No email and checked again online that delivery was refused. I was really angry and telephoned the wholesaler for a refund. I no longer want hassle of chasing it up. It should be 72 hours before I get the refund, but I'm not convinced. £220 may not be refunded. I'm beyond boiling point with employees that don't speak English very well. I've experienced a massive headache with this ordeal. I think a fictionoius company which doesn't exist will do a better Job.

Bola Egunjobi: I was really impressed with my visit to this store on Saturday evening. I went to send a DHL parcel to an address in Saudi Arabia. We had some difficulty with the Saudi address because there was a problem with the post code. But the lady behind the counter worked diligently for almost an hour trying several options including Google searches. She even made a couple of phone calls, one to a DHL driver because the DHL Sales & Support offices were closed.What can I say, she was very patient, never got frustrated, but instead chatted away in a friendly manner while she worked on fixing the zip code issue. I haven't received this much help from any other shop keeper nor DHL agent. In the end, I offered her a tip for her help, but she refused it. Said she is content with the incredibly small profit the shop makes on collecting the parcel for DHL.Heaven has a special place for special people like her. And the residents of Donaldson Drive Peterborough PE4 7 are blessed to have her as their local shop keeper.

I would certainly recommend JJ Store for sending parcels through DHL and would not hesitate to use them again
